Hotel is good but there have 2 point not good 1 - there haven't charger point near your bed 2 - room inside not mirror (glass) available 3 - in winter time no heatran fan

Whenever I am in Lisbon, i stay in this hotel. Thiscplace near to city center. You can go by walk. Nice cozy rooms. Friendly and Cooperative staff. Breakfast is included in stay and its very good. Worth the Stay

Newly refurbashid hostel with double, triple & bunk beds. Just about 75m to metro station Intendente and 15 minutes walk to the city centre Rossio.

The staff are friendly and (educated)!! Nice place to stay for relax..😊

You can get room in affordable cost.

This is hard for me to evaluate this one. Rooms are clean! No doubt there! But before one book here please read carefully every detail on any booking application. There is no lift and to inform you of that detail, they posted a photo of old stairs. They told me personally that they have some rooms with private bathroom after I asked them, but I cannot certify that. I made the mistake of booking with them without acknowledging that I was in fact booking for a room without bathroom. The bathroom was shared. Surprisingly it was clean! But travelling with my wife and my teenager daughter there were no conditions for us there. The location is very shady. Let's say that when the sun settled, we heard a lot of arguments in the street and also some hotel clients were not polite at all since they did a lot of noise during the night. We had a reservation for 4 nights, stood there only 1!

The hostel is very clean and tiddy. Rooms are nice, bathroom and shower are shared and are clean and convenient. No elevator if you're coming with a suitcase. The staff is really nice, although mostly doesn't speak English. The breakfast is basic but more than enough. The kitchen is poorly equipped for cooking. When we were there, there wasn't much atmosphere or people even though they have a really nice terrace which was quite a shame

Recommendable if you are looking for an affordable centric place. Clean and big rooms, the guy from the reception was really nice.

Great affordable place, location is perfect. Far from mass tourism and next to a plaza with lot of cafes and bars. Super clean rooms and common areas (brand new). Great beds and pillows. The shared bathroom rooms is still ok since there is a lot of different bathrooms on each floors for very few rooms. Bed was made every day with clean towels.

nice service, cheap price

Wouldn’t recommend - even for broke students :/ Was not expecting a Hilton hotel as the price was quite low, but this is beyond anything I could imagine. Myself and my friends are students, so our standards are quite low but wow, did we come to an unpleasant surprise. If you’re telling yourself “it’s cheap and I’m only going to be there for sleep”, then get comfortable with the smell of mould. Moreover, the door to enter our room was broken, nails hanging out of it etc!!! I hate to say this because it’s so extreme, but I actually felt unsafe (and no I am not a spoiled rich brat lol) in this place and didn’t even sleep there for a night despite having booked 3 nights. Now to the receptionists. I understand running a place is hard but they almost behave like they don’t want business. The communication was very difficult, and they needed to call multiple people to secure our cancellation (despite arriving late we couldn’t stand to even stay the night) after having told us that we had to cancel with Expedia (which was wrong). It really seemed like it was their first day on the job, and when we asked them to email us to confirm the cancellation...they handed us a tissue to write out email address on - I had to suggest to them that we use one of their business cards instead. Anyways, I took some videos to send to my family so please find the screenshots of the clips attached...

The bathroom is in Very poor condition, they don’t refill toilet paper and smell really bad and not cleaned .. and the receiptionist is also very rude .. I just checked on online and they had 2 rooms available one of inprice like 31 euro and another 3 bedroom for 45.. we were two person and wanted to take the double bedroom but he didn’t give us that room and we needed to stay on big one .. and he doesn’t speak nicely too .. and sad part is their bathroom is really dirty , unhygienic.. .. dustbin were full of trash no toilet paper worst experience ever👎👎👎👎👎
