    Reception service: 9/10 Location: 8/10 Architecture / Facilities : 9/10 Panoramic views: 8/10 Quality / Price: 8/10 Contemporary luxury hotel, with a polite and serious professional team. The restaurant quality may be highlighted, a gorgeous experience. Is not close to the city center but the location in the sea shore northeast of Lisbon gives you the best views of the Lisbon Bay and the bridge over the Tejo river estuary. A bit little expensive, if you are tightfisted like me that always look for fair price. Recommended for a weekly stay for business and probably better for a weekend trip.

    I Was a bit concerned about the distance from the hotel to the Lisbon it turned out to be a pleasant drive, the actual stay was absolutely superb the rooms are super clean and the views are spectacular, the best I can say is for the staff, WOW unbelievable service, a special mention to a young lady by the name of Ana Conciecao, Who will learn your name remember your preferences and deal with absolutely everything with the highest professionalism, I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never found somebody that is so professional as this young lady.

    Overall a good experience. Loved the location and staff were great. Breakfast was good. One thing that was weird was that the waiter specifically reminded us that the bill did not include tips to make sure we would tip him. Maybe it's an European thing but that was strange for a first class hotel.

    I am Portuguese but I have to write this in English for the world to know. I WAS a customer of this hotel at the personal and professional level, until they decided to block a customer of mine that suffered from motion disabilities from going to the toilette. Who on earth can deny toilet to a person with disabilities? ! They assumed we were not customers and we were escorted to the door. These people dont know this hotel is an historical building and dont know the responsability it cones with it. Turns out I was not a customer at that specific moment but I was there all the time as a customer and presenting the building to customers. That move cost them a lot of money and it was one of the worst episodes I have ever seen in this industry. The reception staff is just absolutely terrible and should be replaced, they are better suited for hostels and other low cost things. They should know these decisions are short sited are public relations nightmares and cost money in the long run. Do yourself a favour if you value service, politeness and human respect, choose another hotel and reception team.

    Discovered in 2021, we came back in 2023. For leisure or work, if you want to relax, this is the place to be 😉 We enjoy the views towards the Tejo river, the service and the staff, the best breakfast in the world, relaxing SPA treatments, gym and swimming pool. Welcome to the best that Portugal has to offer !

    Sadly, an expensive gift I bought for someone went missing from my room . The management had no clear answer nor did they help with it; in fact, they tried to blame it on me by asking not once but four times that I might have misplaced it. Then offered me a 10€ deduction on my food bill. An Absolute atrocious insult!! Specially when my gift costed far more than what the room charges were!! Unprofessionalism masked with textbook false hospitality. The manager seemingly bragged about his NLP skills instead of addressing the issue . Judgemental staff, pretending to not understand English well . Extra charges were applied and when asked they look blank in the face acting unaware of doing so, making you feel like you aren’t wealthy enough to afford the hotel! Their actions are demeaning. The shower floods the floor, nespresso had water leaking, complimentary room waters were missing and when asked for it, they happily charge you for it. I have travelled 7 countries in last two months, first time I was made to feel like I didn’t belong in supposed( for the lack of better word) “their rich world” . Unusually I would brush things off but this clearly was a violation and absurdly hurtful for no apparent reason. So be prepared to dress in big obvious brands- look expensive, don’t be friendly with the staff cos they will look down at you.

    Horrible customer service for a 5 star hotel. Stayed once in the hotel in summer, went well. Tried to book a room for a second time, but unfortunately pressed the wrong date. Turned out to be an unforgivable mistake. I immediately contacted the hotel, tried to rebook for one day later, explained i was in a rush, was booking late at night, pressed the wrong button. Hotel said they are fully booked for 10 days (!) and then charged me a full price as a no show! I mean really? I was happy to change a date, get a voucher, anything. Not a chance. For a hotel claiming to be a 5 star hotel customer service this is unacceptable. I will never go there again. And be careful with your bookings there, customer service is brutal and has zero flexibility once you provide your credit card details.

    We love this hotel is really great. The location amazing. This includes one of the best restaurants with a incredible chef. Also the stuff super helpful. We get a good recommendation from the concierge. Is really great for families.

    Excellent stay at the Myriad. Great staff. Most welcoming and warm. Not experienced such hospitality anywhere in Europe. I guess Portugal is special. The hotel is very modern and slick. Location is a bit far from downtown but an Uder will cost about 7-8 euros from downtown. Metro station is a 10 min walk.

    Gutes 5 Sterne Hotel mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Personal. Ausreichend Aufzüge. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und Modern eingerichtet, mit einer super Aussicht auf die längste Brücke Europas. Der Bodenbelag sollte allerdings mal getauscht werden, da dieser aufgrund eindringender Nässe vom Duschen wellig wird. Essen sehr gut, auch das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichlich.

    I’m a fancy person and this place met my needs on all levels. The sauna / steam room was a nice surprise and there are TONS of amazing restaurants right next door. There was a live singer / piano player day time and night time (and it was a Sunday!) my room was fabulous with a deep bathtub and jets !

    I had an incredible and super comfortable time with my friend in the River Lounge Restaurant and Bar with a great view over the river. Also. Beautifully decorated hotel. Attentive and welcoming staff. Tasty drinks and snacks. Incredible 360º Babylon Bar, without a doubt a must do in Lisbon.

    Such a cool hotel! Didn't really understand the decor but the view from the room was awesome and the layout was great. Note - shower was enclosed in glass so could make it difficult depending on who you're sharing a room with. Left little pastries for us. Swinging chair was neat. Great hotel to get to the airport without feeling like you're staying at the airport.

    Absolutely stunning hotel and amazing staff members. We also enjoyed the breakfast there last summer. There was a lovely lady called Sofia, she was so welcoming and professional. We were really impressed by her. She is a natural at her job!

    Our stay at Myriad helped us relax and unwind. First of all, the hotel itself is fabulous! The room was amazing and we had beautiful views over the sea. The comfort you feel is like no other. Also, the interior of the hotel is very beautiful. We also visited the pool which is located on the 23rd floor. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from and we enjoyed it very much. Last but not least, there is something I would like to emphasize on; every single one of the people we encountered (from the receptionists to the breakfast waiters/waitresses) were genuinely kind and welcoming. This is something that I personally appreciate very much, and thanks to them our stay was even better. We look forward to coming back!

    We visited the rooftop bar to enjoy the views over Lisbon and a glass (or two) of Prosecco. They charge a 10€ entrance fee, but I think it’s worth it. The bar was not too crowded, and the views were really spectacular.

    The hotel is great, amazing location, etc. However for the 5 star hotel is not acceptable (for me) to have a lobby bar open only by 1 am, on Friday. Hotel was not empty at all…So if you do not expect to chill at the lobby bar and on the beautiful terrace after 1 am with a relaxing drink in your hand visit it, otherwise I would consider to go for a different hotel

    I had a minor issue on my first night with a bar bill. But we all make mistakes. On my last night I decided to use the bar again. Having waited over five minutes, I managed to get somebody's attention to ask for a drink. After waiting 14 minutes with nobody coming to take my order, I decided to go elsewhere. When you sit and wait at a table and staff walk by you, or nobody even acknowledges you, it makes you feel your not welcome there. It was not a very busy place at the time. I don't mind waiting as long as somebody made the effort to say they would be with me shortly. You would expect that minimum in a five star hotel. This is a good hotel in a great location. Reception and breakfast staff could not have been more welcoming. Sadly, the bar staff spoilt what should have been a perfect stay.

    Dear Miriad team! As I can see, the wall between bathroom and living room is transparent. So if two women I know will be in the double room, there might be some inconveniences when one of the persons is in the bathroom. Could you tell us how to act in this situation?

    I stayed here for 3 nights in October 2023. The room was quite comfortable and had an amazing view. Service was also very prompt. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast spread, and that the hotel was not a large property. For the price, that is.

    Stayed for a 3 day work event and enjoyed every minute of being at the hotel. Every member of the hotel team was superb; relaxed & friendly yet utterly professional. Gym & spa were spotlessly clean with superb views. Food was terrific. The perfect hotel for a work trip.

    The first place I stop when I come to Lisbon as they have some of the best cocktails in town, you can order off menu with Nuno and Eduardo and they love the challenge.... Pics are a gin sour with port and a cherry manhatten with dark chocolate liqueur

    Special location but that's secondary to the staff. I normally stay in the EPIC Sana but this has closed temporarily. What it has shown is the overall level of attention to detail is common across the two Epic hotels I've stayed in and I would imagine, the group as a whole.

    Entering the hotel after 2 years was really like coming home. And every member of the staff made me feel at home. From the night team at the desk, the cleaning staff, the breakfast staff and the waiters in the river lounge and the restaurant - everyone addressed me with a smile and a personal word.     Myriad was a very pleasant surprise. One of the best check-in experiences I've had at a hotel: quick, polite, clear and professional. It is very convenient to the airport but is peacefully detached from the immediate vicinity of the often chaotic airport. Excellent views and very nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

    The location is really good if you are visiting Lisbon but would rather not stay in the city centre. There is a lot around in terms of restaurants and all but we are also quite close to connections to the city center via Oriente station. The hotel is really good with incredible staff and facilities. The gym is quite good compared to other hotels I've stayed in the past and is open 24/7 and has also an incredible view. The Spa Area is not huge but still very good to relax for a little bit. Breakfast offers several options (all of them really good). The rooms are so comfortable and the description of soundproof rooms is actually real here :). The reception, bar/restaurant areas are also really nice and you can just have a nice drink with an incredible view without leaving the hotel. Definitely my go to for a stay in Lisbon.

    My stay there was very pleasant and so much more than I expected. Will be staying there again anytime that I am in Lisbon. Paulo one of staff at the front desk was professional, kind and courteous. He was great and so was the rest of the staff the restaurant was nice on the first floor. They have one on 23rd floor but we didn't make reservations soon enough most definitely will be making them next time.

    A bit out of the way, but close to the airport and at a beautiful spot. Lovely modern architecture in a modern area of town. Great looking rooms with views, but not a 5 star rating from me because there are some flaws or maintenance issues like leaky side windows on the bath tub/shower, or unfixed damage on an area of an otherwise good looking red lush carpeting. "Dings" on an otherwise great room. Amazing breakfast spread, great restaurant for all meals. Very impressive pool in the top floor, beautifully designed spa, and commanding workout gym. I give 4 stars but this hotel was very close to perfect from my point of view: I really liked it, and I do recommend this hotel if it fits your purposes.

    World class hotel. Great service and incredibly attentive staff. Unbelievable breakfast. Beautiful setting, but far from everything. Two minor issues. Late check-in is confusing since valet service closes and no obvious signage on what to do. Also, for a hotel so close to the airport, the 50€ shuttle fee seems a bit steep. Just Uber it. Take a river view room and enjoy!

    As Cherish would say 'love it, love it, love it'. I think the hotel and quality of service is higher than a 5*. The moment you walk towards the doors you are greeted and welcomed even if you are not a guest. Everyone makes time to chat and check you are OK. The quality of the food was outstanding! The building was absolutely beautiful as were our rooms and the view. I would definitely recommend and go again.

    Lovely hotel overall with a few shortcomings. Hot water was lacking in the evening and the pool area bent temperature was too cool for our tastes. Several pieces of workout equipment in the gym are in need of repair. Great ambiance and amenities. Service was delightful. But they need a couple small details improved to cap the 5* experience.

    The extra cost of staying here over other nearby hotels is worth it. The breakfast was incredible, the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had. The rooms are very nice, the view was great. Would definitely stay again, even if it meant paying 80 a night more than other places.
