far
the
worst
Accor
group
hotel
I
have
stayed
in,
I
have
stayed
in
better
Ibis
hotels.
We
are
Accor
Gold
members
and
were
not
even
properly
acknowledged
on
arrival
(apart
from
being
given
Privilege
rooms;
it
would
be
interesting
to
see
the
normal
rooms
because
these
were
not
acceptable
at
all!)
The
rooms
was
smelly,
dirty,
dusty
and
mould
everywhere
in
the
bathroom.
We
asked
to
change
rooms
but
were
told
the
the
hotel
was
full
(
it
didn't
appear
to
be
very
busy!)
I
was
challenged
aggressively
by
a
female
receptionist
when
I
complained
about
the
dirty
bath
(mould
etc
needs
regrouting
but
this
was
dirt
that
needed
Jif

I
started
to
scrub
it
with
a
flannel
and
it
came
off
with
pressure
-!)
Air
conditioning
not
woking
properly
(told
to
keep
curtains
closed
actually
good
advice
as
view
awful
-
old
run
down
building
-
constant
barking
dog
and
homeless
sleeping
in
tents)
We
complained
on
several
occasions
to
no
avail.
Breakfast
terrible
Pool
area
small
and
again
needs
complete
renovation.
Location
bad
too
-
at
least
8
mins
walk
to
metro
(but
then
fairy
quick
5
stops
to
where
you
want
to
be
in
the
city)
Only
positive
-
lovely
bar
staff
in
the
evening
Nothing
else
good
to
say-
awful
