Beautiful hotel, perfectly located near the centre. Close to a metro station where you can walk around safely. I just wished the bed was more new and the pillows were cozier other than that it was awesome. The room service was good too.

A nice hotel near the Metro lines to get around the city and to and from the Airport. The staff very welcoming The AC/safe/Tv all working. The rooms cleaned everyday. Nice size room and bathroom. Could not fault the hotel for the price we paid I would stay here again.

Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Very helpful staff. Really good breakfast with hot & cold food available. We walked from the hotel to downtown Lisbon & back on the 1st day. After that we bought 24hr metro tickets that are great value & the stations only 200m from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent 5 nights here. Breakfast was your usual continental style but very nice. Staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. Decent location in-between metro stations for getting down to the waterfront. Tried room service one night and it was very good.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Close to the metro and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean and our room was a good size (we were on the 4th floor). Most importantly it was quiet with little to no sounds from outside, I had 4 nights good sleep. Will definitely look to rebook here next time I’m in town.

Room did not resemble any of those on its own website. 814 is tiny with no view and definitely not 4 star quality. For those visiting on holiday for a city break or to see the sights, maybe wanting to be closer to the heart of the older areas of the city, look for accommodation a bit further south. This would suit if visiting on business, not a weekend citybreak type of hotel.

Nice, clean and well-maintained hotel in a good location. They serve breakfast at 7:00 am (local places are closed on weekends at that time); that allows you to be early and beat the crowd at popular tourist destinations. 5 min walk from the metro, easy access from the airport, plenty of neighborhood joints and a overall a pleasant area of the city. A little quirk though is that there’s a kettle in the room, but no tea/coffee, not even a single teabag.

Lovely hotel, in an ideal location, everything is around you ,from shops, to the metro .The lady at check in was lovely, the service f or the bar is shocking, we rang the bell and a fella sitting there,said you will have to be a little patient, how patient do you have to be, after 10 minutes nobody showed up, so us and Another couple left, yeah there was someone on reception doing nothing, talk about making your customers feel not wanted.

Nice outlook hotel, near by city center in a nice area. Our room was big enough and with a beautiful balcony with view. Polite stuff and maybe little prisly.. Was a good choice overall .

Stayed here for 5 nights. Beds and pillows (which were huge!) were really, really comfortable. Room was modern and clean. Could barely hear anyone around us in other rooms. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location with great metro and bus links within a few minutes of walking. One day our room wasn't looked in, so we had to ring reception for new towels (which were brought really quickly by the lovely lady on reception). The hairdryer in our room wasn't working so we asked at reception in the morning for it to be looked at, but it wasn't so we couldn't use it all week.

Stayed here for a few days in April. It's a quiet location within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and two metro stops. There are a lot of businesses and residencies in this area. If you are looking for more nightlife you can easy take the metro, bus or taxi. The room was comfortable and the staff were nice.

Good place

Brilliant location, very easy to access from airport and away from the touristy area whereby you can still access all the tourists destinations but also get to experience some of the wonderful places between hotel and the busy tourist area. Very friendly staff and very comfortable room. I got back after a long day and all my clothes had been folded neatly on the bed after I had left them in a pile. Little attention to detail like this made it a great experience. I was really happy with this hotel and will stay here again when I come back.

Im staying here now totally luxury,beautiful spacious rooms,air con,safe power shower large and a safe, tea making facilities well happy lovely friendly staff, overall 100% happy with the hotel 😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 plus ive put views from outside my room😊😊

Relaxing vibe, beautiful rooms with balconies, quiet but central location, polite staff, amazing breakfast buffet. We were here for our WYD “pilGLAMage “! Pope was staying two blocks away and passed by our door twice a day! Loved everything about this place and would definitely return!

Cleanliness much to be desired, at this time of the pandemic I did not have the proper cleaning. I found hair on the towels and on the bedroom floor, I don't recommend it at all, very bad.

Super comfy though small rooms with an excellent and expansive breakfast that starts super early. Close to the metro and about 45min from the airport make this a perfect spot to explore Lisbon from.

Very clean and modern, all the staff were great and prices very good for what you get, the location is good for shops and restaurants or even little cafes, it's a bit of a walk down to the rivers edge where most of the touristy things are happening but fun and good to sight see on the way down. It's also close to plenty of busses and the metro too. I would stay here again.

The hotel was good for a city hotel, the rooms were a little small and the worst was the breakfast, very weak!

The hotel is good but not fancy. The receptionists are very nice and helpful in directing and guiding tourist to city main attraction. There are few shopping centers 5 min walk from the hotel but walking to Lisbon's tourists main area takes 30 minutes.

Fantastic meal and service! Try the lavender lemonade and the vanilla latte!

It’s clean, cozy and it’s exactly downtown Lisbon (Saldanha). Would prefer bigger rooms and the restaurant not at the basement, but it is what it is, and this, is a good choice. What here is the best, is the staff!!! Once you say hello to them, you’ve won their hearts! Plenty of choices for food around, a 5 min walk and you are at a great shopping mall, another 2 minutes and you’re at a great park to spend some time.
