Do not recommend this place at all. They do not provide luggage storage and they are really inflexible for check in. I arrived early to the city for the very first time. I was so exhausted from the overnight bus ride. I rang the bell, but all I got very a very rude man poking his head out of the window from the top floor saying come back after 2, no, you can’t come in. Really horrible place. Please don’t book especially if you will arrive the city late or leaving hours after check out. You will need to drag your luggage on this rocky and hilly city roads. First hostel I’ve ever come across doesn’t do luggage storage. Outrageous

I know today that I should pay for a "no-check-in" fee of 20,84 euros after 1 year. In fact, I've reserved this hotel for 2 nights : 31/05/2019 and 01/06/2019. I stayed there for the first night, and there was 24 BEDBUGs in my bed, I've be bitten everywhere. So I complained to the hotel and cancel the second night. And, I year later, they ask me to pay for the cancelation beacuse of their fault????

I didn't get the money for my canceled reservation even after two months! I had to ask Booking.com for help, but they obviously don't communicate with them either. According to several reviews, this is common practice for this hotel. I recommend avoiding this hotel!

The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. There are large lockers outside rooms as well as smaller lockable cubbies in rooms. The major downside is that there is only one bathroom per floor (and it was prone to getting extremely wet). That often meant waiting significant amounts of time to get into the toilet or shower because 15 other people were also trying to use it. Otherwise, it was lovely, so if you can handle long bathroom lines, this is a great place to stay.

Don't book here if you want to make any changes! I booked the hotel with a free cancellation policy, they charged my card and never refunded me the money despite having cancelled within the policy duedate. Unresponsive, (pretend) not to speak English - utterly unacceptable.

Very uncomfortable hostel. A lot of people in a small place. Only 2 bathroom for more than 20 people. Wired vibes. Better spend a little bit more money and go in an other hostel. Only good for the position.

Inflexible with luggage’s, impolite, no respect and professionalism and are scam and robbers. After cancelled my second stay due to use one of card without consent they didn’t return my money back. Worst experience I’ve ever had in hostel. They look good but also explore immigrant in their rooms! Be careful with this property

Beware of a big scam!! We were accommodated 2 years ago/2018/. Last week/2020/, they misused my card and illegally withdrew EUR 144.40! Incredible fraud 2 years after. Everything was paid properly. If you have the same experience, contact me pls.

They took the money 2 time in my bank account and since august I ask them to refund me. They don't take care. Incredible customer service !!

Be careful how you pay. They will use your card again later.

bed was very comfortable.kitchen was cleaned..had dishes frdge micro toaster and basic utensils..there was one bathroom.on each floor.for all the people

The hostel owner is the worst. Very aggressive and have no sense of customer service. I almost called the police for him and it was the worst hostel experience for me. I even couldn't spend an hour there because of his attitude and requested immediate refund and moved to another place. This place is HORRIBLE because of him, worst person you could ever see or go into a disagreement with.
