Charming hotel. We stayed there three nights over the Christmas weekend. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Their lounge is spacious and comfortable, with complimentary filtered water, coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is plentiful, although the taste could be improved slightly if more items were not lukewarm. We had a Junior Suite (610) and I believe it was a Lisboa Room (609). The Suite is a significant upgrade for not that much additional cost. Bathroom amenities in the room are excellent. Highly recommended overall!

We had a fantastic stay in Lisboa Plaza. Location was great, easy access to main attractions. We get beautiful room with King size bed. Very impressed with the room, spacious made it feel more homely. Bed was comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities include a small gym and a nice roof terrace on the fifth floor, with an honesty bar. Breakfast is buffet style, comprising pastries, fruits, local hams and cheeses Instagram @dininginlondon

Booked last minute for a very reasonable price! Had a separate bedroom and living area, all very spacious. Great to use the rooftop patio as well! Clean and quiet. Location was superb as we were able to walk everywhere directly from hotel. All staff great, especially ladies in the breakfast room.

The first place we ever stayed in Lisbon and now after living here for years we still recommend this place to our friends - and they all love it. It has a boutique feel and charm but is very professional, clean and nice. Great slightly hidden location yet right by the Avenida. One of our favorite all time places. Also, they have a family size room and can wheel in some extra beds if you have kids.

The location of this hotel is wonderful - easy to get to anything you could want to see and do in Lisbon. The rooms were a bit small. My single was really small . Tiny. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. On the positive side. The hotel has been maintained beautifully and everything worked very well. I would return to this one.

A hidden gem…exactly what we needed for a few nights in Lisbon. Really good for tourists. Arriving late at night we needed a comfortable bed. The check in was easy and the room comfortable. Included breakfast was incredible with plenty of choices, great food and accommodating staff. Also breakfast is 7-12 which is a really long time. This boutique hotel prides itself on service and we felt the team went above and beyond to help. The 24 hour water and coffee was very welcome after a long day out. The rooms are smaller, but comfortable. Good hot water and really, really soft and absorbent cotton towels. The location is closer to the airport, but a short taxi ride to the main attractions.

Our stay was excellent! Would recommend to anyone. The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. It has a very original feel to being in Lisbon with breakfast, bar, and lounge. Rooms were great and the building itself is warm and welcoming with a great location to walk out and explore the city! We were trapped out of the parking area and the staff waited on us and helped us find a spot for quite some time. Again, a level of service that goes above and beyond expectations.

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Comfortable bed. Decorating in the main areas is lovely. Excellent breakfast buffet - worth the money. Dog friendly, too! Nice bar for an evening beverage. Outdoor terrace on 5th floor. Complimentary apples available in the afternoon / evenings. Close to Metro and Promenade. I would stay again!

This hotel was all about the location and customer service. Reception staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the lounge area where you could get water, tea and coffee all day. The bathrooms are very big and can easily accommodate a family with kids. The entrance to the hotel is also manned late into the evening so feels very safe.

There are positive features, but they are overshadowed by negatives. One: there is no exchange of air. In today’s pandemic environment it is important to have filtered exchange of air for health reasons. Also, the room consequently began to smell like a stale locker room after a couple days. We acquired COVID during the trip and the absence of fresh air was likely a factor. Two: bathroom fixtures have never been updated. Three: hotel staff introduced fragrance into the air. After I registered a complaint, the intensity decreased. Nevertheless, we experienced consequent symptoms: my wife had a burst blood vessel in an eye, I experienced a redness and soreness in my left eye, I experienced otitis media in my left ear, and so forth. I openly challenge hotel management to explain to the world how evoking medical symptoms is hospitality.

Spent four nights at the Lisboa Plaza and really enjoyed our stay. It has a great location only a few yards from the metro which is located on a beautiful tree lined avenue. The staff were really helpful and friendly and we will definitely be back

Great hotel great location Room is a little small. Breakfast is amazing. There is a room with fresh coffee and iced water complimentary all day Just be aware there is no complimentary water in the room so if you forgot to get water before you go to bed there is a charge of 2€ for a small bottle of water Free Porto every afternoon - what ? A nice patio also Gym is very small and stuffy but with all the hills in Lisbon nobody needs a gym And super nice and helpful personnel, absolutely all of them

Room kinda stinks. Hotel is gorgeous. A/C on full blast is like a trickle of somewhat cool air. Man at front desk is extremely nice.

Hotel is located a little way out but 15min walk sorts it and for those that dont want to walk the metro is within 100yds. Friendly but reserved staff havnt tried breakfast yet. The location is idea near to several Metro stations, from the first greeting till we left 5 days later everyone was helpful and professional with a friendly twist. The rooms were well appointed and spacious, cleaned daily to a good standard. Breakfast was a feast with plenty of choice for different tastes. No tea or coffee in the room but 24/7 in the lounge which we found better. If we are ever back in Lisbon we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Four nights were spent there, and it was amazing. Very clean and comfortable room. The atmosphere in this exquisite and timeless older hotel is wonderful. The staff always paid attention and offered assistance. There is a great variety of appetizing, fresh items at the breakfast buffet! Strongly advised!🙌 The prices was pretty consistent over 250€ a night on all booking sites but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 161€ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code LMUKR before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy✌

Very relaxing hotel with lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable (all-day refreshments, fresh fruit, glass of port before bedtime...). An all-round pleasant stay in an ideal location for discovering the city on foot.

a little disappointed, carpet with some dust which was a problem to sleep, even asking for a room without it. an upgrade was promised but it never happened. they tried to charge 15 EUR when I park my car in the street. poor breakfast. The A/C system was broken and the temperature was 36 degrees, feels like super hot inside the hotel

Had to change room from two singles to a double. The staff was very accommodating and oh-so-sweet. I believe their names were Danielo and Alonso. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Cute and welcoming. Not modern, aim for the ancient. If you like carpet, welcome, calm, that's fine. Pretty clean everything. Slightly small rooms (they could do less but bigger). Very kind employees who work there. Rich breakfast, good for everyone, omnivores, vegetarians, vegans. All of quality.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! What a delightful hotel. Quiet and tastefully furnished, the staff have been so welcoming and our room is fabulous. So glad we chose this boutique hotel to stay in. Thoroughly recommend it for a visit to Lisbon.

This hotel is a perfect slice of Portugal. We did not want a sterile, faceless hotel, but something authentic. The hotel delivered charm, comfort, a pleasant and attentive staff in a great central location. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable sitting area. The buffet breakfast was generous and had a nice variety of food and coffees. We had dinner in the bar one night. The food was delicious and the bartender was friendly and solicitous. There was also a nice outdoor area on the 5th floor. We would definitely stay here again

Very central location for touring. Allow staff we encountered were excellent - extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (availability until 12.00 a bonus). We also had lite bites in bar area which were very tasty. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Room was small I got what they call it comfy queen or a small Queen room but I had booked a regular double room. I showed them my reservation they showed me the information that they got from my travel agent. So the room was small I like the stuff I like the breakfast it has a great location I would probably stay there again I don't think the room cost me more than 67 US Dollars including tax. This room does have some advantages because on the same floor there is a beautiful terrace. I don't remember what floor I was on though. Ask if you can get one of the rooms on the same floors the terrace. I thought the staff was professional they gave me a good suggestion for restaurants it didn't have a pool I usually like a pool but it was definitely sufficient and adequate for one night and I would stay there again under the same circumstances.

This hotel is a very good choice. Better option than a luxury hotel because this one is quiet although in a very central location, clean, truly cozy, polite staff. The cleaners are discreet and they clean when you are out of the room. Last but not least, a beautiful combination of flavors for breakfast, vegetarian friendly too.

I respectfully have to say that the staff in the front is not aware of some basic things. I used Apple Pay when checking in but the lady (Cata) made a charge. She was also not friendly in comparison to my 5 stays here in Lisbon over the year. Then when I checked out the man seemed annoyed when I asked about the deposit. As I was leaving he stopped me to tell me they owed me money. It was a mess! The room was okay. Also in my reservation it said I had breakfast and then they said I didn’t. I would rate the hotel 3 out 5 stars. It’s safe and clean but everything else was not so great. Update: it’s been over 10 days and I still don’t have the refund that was placed on my card. I gave the hotel originally 3 stars but now I wish I could give it a 0. After the post I received my deposit back. I hate that this had to be done and that the service would of been more diligent. Please keep an eye of out for your deposit.

Good boutique hotel with nice breakfast and a gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely terrace and nice public spaces for telaxing. Not luxury, but definitely next tier. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

You must stay here if you visit Lisbon! We received absolutely exceptional service at this hotel. The staff was so professional and went way, way out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. Some of the best service we’ve ever received - which helped prompt us to write this review. We rented a car and the hotel offers parking for a small daily fee, just around the corner which was so convenient! We came back during a busy evening to find that there were no spots. The staff went out of their way to reserve a spot at the front of the hotel for us , and even sent a fine bottle of Port to our room to apologize for what was barely an inconvenience. They also made wonderful recommendations as to where to eat locally (we wanted to avoid touristy spots and eat where the locals eat). We loved chatting with the staff and general manager and have learned so much about the amazing country of Portugal. They truly made our stay special! The hotel is located centrally within Lisbon, easily walkable to the many major sites, and the interior is gorgeous. Breakfast is delicious, with a highly being the pastries. Port tastings are complimentary, and we enjoyed some amazing port when we would get home from a long day of exploring. There is also complimentary flavored water, tea and coffee all day which was really convenient. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and have a traditional Portuguese flair. Beautiful marble bathrooms as well, bidet included. The one thing I’d suggest is to bring a hair dryer as the room did not have one. In conclusion, my husband (a couple in our mid-thirties from the US who are fairly well-traveled) and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! They helped make our stay here in Lisbon so special.

Tiny rooms but great breakfast and wonderful staff. This hotel is in the heart of everything Lisbon. Tucked away but easy to get to. It had a classy but vintage feel.

One of the nicest and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was perfect, the location is perfect. The breakfast is incredible….And on the last night, the day of my wife’s birthday, they brought champagne and treats to our room as a birthday gift from the managers, thank you so much Diogo & Joaquim, we will be back for sure!! Amazing!!!!!!!

The rooms are on the smaller side and the office desk is across the bed where a TV stand would ordinarily be. This makes for an awkward situation where one cannot go from one side of the room to the other without disturbing the other person to stand up so one can pass. Can be rectified by smarter placement of furniture.
