The service was TERRIBLE aside from the man at the front who was greeting guests and providing snacks upon arrival. We arrived an hour early for check in and were informed the room wasn’t ready which was fine. However, after spending $50 on the roof and asking about check in 30 minutes AFTER we were allowed to officially check in, the room was not ready. However, the guests in front of us were being sent up to their rooms immediately. There was no apology or remorse from hotel staff. The hotel was beautiful itself but I wouldn’t return unless you’re an old white man because it seemed like we were serviced based on the color of our skin (classic). Additionally, every guest was shown a map of Lisbon with things to do, meanwhile, we got hardly a greeting.

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel located in a great and easily commutable spot. Slight let downs for me: expensive parking that could have been included in the room rate, cleaning that was not thoroughly done and the reception staff calling us nonstop at 12:05pm asking us to leave the room because checkout is at 12pm, when were removing our belongings from the room. This is left a bad taste and is something I have not experienced even in 5* hotels in London.

Fantastic place that is beautiful inside. Staff was phenomenally helpful and accommodating as well as positive and polite. They could not have helped further when a travel companion was not feeling up to a tour by getting an accessible pool day at their gorgeous sister property at the One for the day. We had lunch and a perfect tan day. I will happily return within the year to enjoy again and highly recommend others go as well. Staff was the most enjoyable part of my trip and the food was the best I had all throughout the time I was there!

Excellent hotel with a central location, clean spacious rooms and attentive staff. Our only disappointment was the hotel restaurant dinner, which was overpriced compared to the quality of the food served. Also, when we shared our experience with the hotel staff at the checkout counter they didn’t seem to care much. Would have been nice to see a bit of professional pride from their side.

We have some mixed feelings about our stay at H10 Lisbon: Pros: nice hotel design, good location, good breakfast selection, wondeful bed, Rituals products, daily coffee tabs refill Cons: there was a big building site next to the hotel and directly at the back. We booked a Superior room and that was definetly not the view we expected. We would have wished for an information about that. When we asked for an other room they said that there was no other view (without a building side) available. At least they did not start to work early in the morning. The room itself was very nice but not as well looked after: the lamp next to the bed was crooked, some of the screws were loose, the towels were thin and frayed, the toilet brush was very old and there was a hole in the carpet. Two days later the hotel staff talked to us about our initial concerns, which was nice but over all there where some issues which we cannot oversee. At breakfast they forgot our Coffee twice and we had to ask multiple times. Alltogether we feel that the price-performance ratio in that price kategory with a 4 Star Superior Hotel is not accurate and can be improved in the future.

Four our stay in mid September. Overall the hotel is nice and the rooms are very comfortable (we had the deluxe room - great room but lacking natural light). However we have had some incidents here which dampened our experience. Got back at 4, room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Went up to the rooftop bar to wait, came back at 4:15 and there was no cleaner in site but the door to our room had been left open. While we lock most valuables, this is not acceptable of any hotel. Hotel has a gym featured in their brochure. When arriving, there was no gym but they said they had a partnership with the gym around the corner if we show our hotel card it’s free to go in. We did this embarrassingly to the staff at the gym and they essentially were laughing at us that no such partnership existed. Back at the hotel when we asked again, they said that’s strange and that there is a partnership. But then a manager came out and contradicted this and said you have to pay to use it. And only loosely apologised for the other staff directing us there with false information that was very embarrassing. We are travelling for an extended period so while it may not impact a lot of holiday’ers, we have been booking hotels with gyms and it is extremely misleading that their brochure on their website still features a gym with no alternative option.

I love it this place it’s our second time to be there suites are nice, it gives you the advantage of having two separate rooms if you have a baby that sleeps early. Rooms are also fine but a single space only. Breakfast is very simple yet very nice people are friendly and very accommodating. They have a really cool roof top bar so you can have a coffee or a cold drink and enjoy the weather of Lisbon. It’s very close to marque de pombal and the parks there are lovely. Also close to a metro and there is a bus stop across the door.

H Hotel Lisbon is an incredible gem in the heart of the city, offering the most amazing city view from a modern balcony that captures the entire city and the river on the horizon. As a wedding photographer, having the chance to shoot an intimate wedding ceremony here was nothing short of amazing. The breathtaking backdrop adds a touch of urban elegance, making every celebration at H Hotel Lisbon a truly memorable experience.

We LOVED this hotel, particularly the staff - ALL of them. The people who checked us in answered my daily questions, including info on trains, buses, activities, festivities, etc. There wasn’t anything they couldn’t help us with. There was a fellow who jumped to carry bags and came to our room to help us settle in. Our housekeeper was sweet and went beyond to make our room comfortable. Nuno, in the restaurant, was an excellent agent of the hotel and very enjoyable to visit with. Also, the bartender was the greatest. Finally, the room was quite comfortable, the breakfast was superb, and this hotel was very conveniently located in Lisbon. We’ll be back!

What was brilliant about this hotel was the rooftop bar - the service was friendly, the views were beautiful and, for a rooftop bar, I thought the prices were good. But you don't need to be staying at the hotel to visit. This hotel was fine but not somewhere I would recommend. I didn't particularly like location, especially for the short stay. We ended up using a lot of transport. The hotel staff were efficient but unfriendly - when we checked in the atmosphere was very odd. They barely spoke to us, just gave us the keys. I didn't find that sort of attitude anywhere else in Lisbon. The room was clean but nothing special. Our room looked onto a road, but it was quiet.

Loved this boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Lisbon. The room is a little more spacious than is typical for a downtown hotel, the bed super comfortable, and the staff of incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant- best meal we had in all of Portugal.

The staff was friendly and nice but everything was a bit of catastrophe. I had really been looking forward coming here and it did not live up to my expectations. The first room we got was next to a very loud garage, it sounded like a jet enginge. The staff told us "nothing to worry about, the sound will stop 9.30 in the evening". Not really what we had in mind for our honey moon... So we asked for another room. After some arranging we finally got another room. This room, however was quite dirty. The bathroom had some kind of black mold in the shower and the toilet seat were no longer white, to out it mildly. We decided to check out early. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is modern, I appreciated the comfortable linens and bed. Our room was a bit small but had a significant number of windows - nice for natural light. The bathroom was a decent size. I do feel the hotel lacks a bit of the attention to detail regarding cleanliness, the bathroom tile had splattered stains adjacent to the toilet, door and wall. The tub/shower had a significant amount of mold and the water wouldn't drain well while showering. We called for two clean towels, house keeping never delivered them.

Great hotel, lovely staff and excellent roof terrace (when not raining!). Bathroom could do with a handle to make getting in/out of shower over bath safer as quite treacherous . Service for the one night we had dinner in the hotel was painfully slow.

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip to Portugal a couple of weeks ago. Overall wonderful service and atmosphere. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast area was the best part according to my picky kids. Delicious food. Walking distance from Eduardo VII park where we enjoyed the opening mass for WYD 2023. We truly recommend this hotel.

We visited Lisbon with a group of friends and decided to stay in the H10 hotel. We though that it was really good value for money and it really was. The rooms had everything we needed and more. I even got a bottle of bubbly & a cake brought to my room as a B-day present from the hotel which I though was an amazing attention to detail. Overall really happy with the stay, location probably wasn't the most ideal, although we didn't mind taking electric scooters or taxi to take us anywhere we wanted.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located. The staff is always very friendly and eager to support you with any requests a guest might have. The best of all is the rooftop bar though. We had the pleasure of being here during a full moon without any clouds. Beautiful. You can look into the old city center of Lisbon and towards the Tejo river. We had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. Definitely worth a visit.

Duque de Loulé is a very nice hotel with good and super friendly staff. They make you feel welcome and are very helpful with tips to make your stay comfortable. Our room was fantastic and very bright. The rooftop bar was nice and we were lucky to have a bright view over Lisbon! The breakfast we had was the best we have ever had with a lot of fresh food to choose. Thank you very much and we definitely want to come back!

Great location, friendly staff and lovely boutique decor. Lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms were large, clean, huge bathroom and shower had great water pressure. Only thing that could have made it better was if the rooftop bar made reservations or held tables specifically for hotel guests, we didn’t get a chance to sit and enjoy the view because it was packed every night.

Almost everything was great. Only they need to be more focused at the reception. We missed slippers in the room as well as cosmetic kit.

The staff at the front desk was all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast here and the nice touch of providing cake and champagne in the room for my partners birthday. Thank you!

Rooms very nice except 10th floor where rooftop bar located. Most staff very nice. Very slow bar service but great view from rooftop. Great breakfast and location.

Overall it was a nice hotel in a central location. The rooftop was nice but otherwise the hotel didn’t offer many amenities that some others do. I had a few inconveniences that I didn’t mention to the staff - so can’t hold that against them. It was ok for the price and I might consider again.

Such a lovely and welcoming hotel, the staff are very warm and hospitable, and have a really useful knowledge of the local area! Located in a lovely area and very convenient to get into the centre! Would definitely recommend!

H10 is perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast is faboulous. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Moreno for his quick response to our requests always with a great smile. We will definitely come back to H10.

Lovely room, in a lovely hotel. Pretty decent location, even if we never did work out the closest exit from the Marquis de pombal metro station!! Staff were amazing - really friendly and helpful. Would have lived to use the roof top bar but it was either shut or only open for private hire, shame.

A fantastic hotel with a very friendly and helpful team. The breakfast buffet is extraordinarily good with an excellent selection of food: homemade pastries, freshly squeezed juices and a menu for warm meals (pancakes, eggs etc). If you travel there by car, make sure to ask how to get to the car park beforehand since it’s a bit tricky to find.

I usually never leave reviews, but our experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff literally have zero respect for their clients. The manager charged our credit card without permission for a miscommunication on their end. Not only that, the manner in which they treated us was completely unprofessional. How this hotel can charge $275 per night without any amenities is ridiculous. We told the hotel that we would be booking another hotel after they told us they would be moving our rooms and charging us an extra fee. AFTER we booked the new hotel they tell us we owe them 275 euros for the rooms. What a joke.

I’m so glad we chose this hotel for our honeymoon! It was magical and so cozy. I will come again! The service is impeccable! A lot of the staff that we spoke to our genuinely kind and helpful. Thank you for having us H10!

Hotel: This H10 hotel is beautifully designed and decorated and each room has beautiful lighting and enough space to spread out. The bathrooms are large, though I found the shower difficult to maneuver in. I would also recommend the rooms be stocked with water each day, so guests can refill as necessary. The hotel buffet breakfast is divine and plentiful, the a la carte options varied and tasty, and the dining area gorgeous. Nothing tops the spectacular rooftop bar / viewpoint which is a must-see during your stay. Plan to get a spot 30-45 minutes before sunset and sip on an affordable cocktail before heading out for dinner. Location: Central to many sights, but quiet at night which was great. We Uber'ed quickly and cheaply to West and East Lisbon many times to save our energy for walking those hills, but would often dine near the hotel in the evening as there are many good restaurants. Staff: The staff is kind, accommodating, and what you would expect in this posh hotel. They went above and beyond to educate us on the tiles inside the hotel and allowed us to purchase them.

Touches of quality and detail, care and concern, and of course comfort and convenience are all aspects of H10 Duque. From entry to waking up and having an exceptional breakfast buffet they really have it down to an art. The rooms are outstandingly clean and have many great additions such as a reading nook, rain style shower head, and Nespresso coffee bar. The location is close enough to the city center and action to access via scooter, walk, or cab. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby as well. Overall it’s one of the better hotel experiences I have had in a long time without spending double the amount.

Such a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed each day of our stay. The room may not be very big, but it is clean with enough room to keep the belongings and clothes. Staff was friendly at all times, the reception would even give great tips for city sightseeing and general recommendations. The breakfast was an absolute dream. Highly recommendable with loads of variety! Thank you. If we should come back to Lisbon then definitely to H10 Duque de Loule.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. All the staff we met in this hotel - reception, the breakfast and the diner, are all very friendly and attentive. The service this hotel offers is simply excellent. I have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The staff and managers do pay attention to every little detail. Not only the breakfast buffet but also the diner are more than great. The room is very clean and spacious. It takes only 20 minutes walk from hotel to downtown Lisbon. We had to catch a flight very early in the morning so I asked for breakfast-to-go. The reception asked about food allergy right away. We as guests are really spoiled in this hotel. I will recommend it to all my friends and maybe come back to Lisbon just so I can stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was beyond our expectations, the decor is absolutely beautiful, warm atmosphere. An exceptional welcome at the front desk, the young lady spoke perfect English, very professional welcome. The hotel lobby, room & dining areas were very very clean. My husband & I have been travelling for almost 50 years in most of the continents, & we had one of the best breakfast ever this morning,. Our room was super clean, spacious, comfortable beds, & no carpet. Tonight, we decided to have dinner in the hotel, & were not disappointed, excellent fish & octopus. The presentation was a piece of art but at the same time delicious. Now, all the staff, from the front desk, to the dinner service, & everyone else we encountered we were served with a smile & answers. I will surely return & recommend it to everyone who I encounter. Thank you all at the hotel!! PS. Thank you Nuno for making our dinner very pleasant & your suggestion the order in which to eat. You were great.. A
