Very disappointing hotel for 200CAD a night. Although the staff were friendly and location was good (close to M. Pombal square), pretty much everything else was not up to par. The entire hotel was always very stuffy and sleeping was very difficult. The A/C did practically nothing despite being on the max setting, and unfortunately, opening the window in the room was unviable as the surrounding street was very noisy. The hotel was also very dated. The rooms had visible wear and tear (I.e scuff marks on the floors). The gym was also in a rough shape with no sanitary wipes provided to wipe down the machines. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but not worth the fee for a nights stay. Room was clean but a little tired, not four star. Room was next to a road and train track so was a little noisy. Also very awkward and initially hard to find from the main road. There is a staircase, however there are a lot of steps which isn't great when you have luggage. Staff very helpful.

This review pertains room 117, Avoid! I recently stayed at Eurostars Lisboa Parque, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To start, getting to the hotel was a challenge in itself. The signs guiding visitors from the Main Street pointed in the wrong direction, causing unnecessary confusion and delay. Upon finally arriving and entering my room, I was greeted with an uncomfortably warm atmosphere. The air conditioning was evidently malfunctioning, making the stay unbearable even with the AC at full noise/power. Moreover, the bathroom emitted a rather unpleasant odor during the first couple of hours. The bed was overly soft. Further compounding my dissatisfaction was the floor's condition - it seemed it had been waxed some time ago and was now dangerously slippery. Walking around felt like treading on ice. Hoping for some relief, I reached out to the reception to inquire about the possibility of moving to a different room. However, I was simply told that all rooms were booked, with no other solution offered. As if the above grievances weren't enough, upon checkout, I encountered another hiccup. The staff member at the reception attempted to charge me the city tax twice. While the amount was minimal (2Eur/day), another point to added to my discontent. I hope the management takes note and ensures that future guests don't face similar inconveniences. I will not return.

This hotel does not deserve 4-stars (anymore). Once, I guess it was a good place to stay but the hotel management apparently is investing very little to keep the inventory and rooms up-to-date and functional. We had two squeaking beds - the first night really was a horror, every slight movement caused a noise that woke us. We did not get much sleep that night. We then got another room the next night - the bed was slightly better but really only slightly... Next, the temperature of the shower was not stable at all, i.e. it was either cold or too hot and always changing. Also, the floor and other furniture just looks very used with lots of scratches etc. It just does not feel like a 4-star hotel and all in all it was a very disappointing experience. Positive was the friendliness of the staff - of course they could not do much regarding the state of the rooms but they were very understanding.

Furniture is old and the rooms are not clean like a 4 star hotel. You can hear the room next to you . The staff are very nice and friendly but overall service is average. The breakfast is really great and well served.

August 2023 stay with 3 rooms. Excellent time at your hotel. Front desk staff at all times were extremely friendly. Bathrooms were wonderful. We found the beds very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choice. We also ate dinner there (we paid). Amazing manager. His recommendations were spot on. Every dish was better than the last. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Very clean The staff are very helpful and friendly Breakfast was good There is a lift in the gym at rear of hotel which we used to get onto the main Street with restaurants etc. I don’t know if it’s allowed but we used it. It does close early so you have to walk down the hill. Tea/ coffee or kettle would be nice A lovely hotel

Location is good. Hotel is clean and has all the basic amenities. It is not 4 star by any stretch if the imagination. Many Hyatt Place or similar hotels are much nicer. It looks like a hotel from the 80s when you look at images of the rooms. From the outside the hotel looks much fancier.

Very nice hotel Close to the city centre. You can go everywhere from here and it has bikes and scooters to rent nearby. Employees are very likeable! Rooms are comfortable in winter and had a nice terrace to have your meals or get a sun tan Bathroom are big and well organized... and you can have a comforting immersion bath.

Warning: no Air Conditioning period! You won’t be able to sleep. I’m really confused how they got 4 stars!

Didn’t stay long in the hotel because the air conditioner was broken. But the staff was very helpful and offered to move us to a different hotel. The bed was too small though, next time I would get a twin room instead of a double if I stay here. Giving this hotel 5/5 purely because they dealt with our complaint very fast and offered a room in a different hotel.

I've stayed here for three nights and I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The location is great, the hotel is near two metro stations far few minutes by walk. Anyhow, the city center is around 20 minutes by walk. The classic double room was nice and I really appreciated the two bottles of water at our arrival and the check in at 12.00 am, it's great for an early flight. The breakfast is really good and offers several choices. I thanks the guy at reception Guillerme who was very professional and really kind!

Welcoming was good, the receptionist recommended a nice restaurant just a few minutes away and we loved it. Got to the room, a sauna! The air conditioning only let out hot air, it was a sweaty mess. Went downstairs to get a bottle of water (they didn’t have any in the room) and the lady said the bar is closed... so was everything else because the supermarkets now close at 22:00. So there I went back to the sauna, thirsty to a point I couldn’t sleep. Not sure this should have 4 stars.

Really nice, a great staff. They have parking and are close to a metro station on two different lines. Reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was really nice and cozy with a great view and balcony.

A clean, efficient hotel. A bit basic, but answered all of our needs. We were a bit concerned that the hotel was located too far away from the center, however we quickly discovered that you can walk everywhere! The staff members were excellent (front desk and breakfast area). The only downer was that room service could not be ordered until later in the day and the choices were limited. A very pleasant stay.

WOW ! Worst hotel ever. Within 5 mins I was disrespected and treated like a dog . Whoever the main checkin person should be RE-trained. I’ve never ever met anyone so condescending. She gave me attitude about the simplistic task “ OHH YOU JUST MADE TOUR RESERVATION” and rolled her eyes…. No I made it an hour ago. Complete C*** and then there was no rooms available .

Okay rooms (biit worn) and should clean the balconies; great staff; ideal location, park nearby to jog in an easy to reach from subway.

Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast and pleasant staff. Special mention to Andre who welcomed us with a smile on our arrival and saw us off at the end of our 3 day stay.

Exceptional service from start to end of stay. Rodrigo at reception was fantastic along with other members of staff. Always chirpy and smiling. Room very clean and tidy, breakfast always in neat order. Highly recommend as worth every penny.

We liked everything about this hotel vs it's price. The room was big and clean. Same for the bathroom. The location was also great. The service was kind and welcoming.

We stayed two nights--and were comfortable in our room. The hotel staff were very helpful giving us ideas on how best to enjoy our unexpected stay in Lisbon. The desk staff when we left for our early flight was particularly kind. The hotel was at a good location to meet our needs.

Very friendly staff and nice room. We had to use their microwave a lot to heat baby food and they never complained and even gave us plates etc to use. The safe was locked and they reset it for us. Booking.com made a mistake and didn’t order a baby cot for us which the hotel arranged super quickly for us. -1 star for the central heating/airconditioning

We loved this Eurostar! Incredible service, truly above and beyond, when we showed up without a reservation, three weary kids in tow. They do not have adjoining rooms at this hotel but the suite was huge and perfect for our fam of 5. The breakfast was one of the best of any Eurostar we’ve stayed across Spain and Portugal. Management, please thank your staff for being wonderful, welcoming hosts. The receptionists, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were absolutely lovely!
