Very poor quality for the cost. The rooms definitely need renovation, soundproofing and extra sockets in the bathroom and in the bed side. You also definitely need good ventilation in the bathroom because there is none, resulting in the whole room being dazzled when you bathe. Also, the Internet access points are located in the corridor outside the rooms, with the result that the coverage is not good enough, as befits a hotel of this type. Also most important of all! At the hotel during our stay, maintenance work was being carried out in adjacent rooms, none of the staff informed us about this, despite this they placed us next to the drills! We were informed by an announcement in the elevator that planned work was being carried out! I think we should have known about it and they should have informed booking.com as well. None of this happened! When we were asked at check out if everything is ok and I said no, everything is not ok because of the above, they offered to treat us to the sparkling water we got from the mini bar in the room! Of course I didn't accept this because it was just ironic! Apart from the poor quality, I admit that it was very clean and the housekeeping did a good job! What I didn't like at all was that they didn't leave water in the room every day and if you took it from the buffet at breakfast they charged you. Also, an additional positive is that it is located on a main street of Lisbon, close to metro stations and from there you can go anywhere! Of course, for the same money, you can find much better on the same road.

We just checked out of the hotel and we have only good memories from here. Our room was spacious and big, and they cleaned it every day. The food was very tasty and the staff always smiling and kind! :) The hotel is in an ideal location in Lisbon and I would recommend everyone to stay here. The restaurant located in the hotel serves delicious food and very good draft beer. The restaurant staff always waited for us with a smile, which is commendable. After checking out, we could leave our things in the hotel for the whole day and use the toilet, which meant a lot to us. Once again we recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back here! :)

Excellent location . There is a metro station outside the hotel. The Rossio station only 15 min walk in a very beautiful avenue. Nearby you can several restaurants. Very clean comfort rooms. The stuff is very friendly and helpufull. The reception gave us a lot of information of the city !

The internet was really weak. The bathroom was not in a good condition. There were not slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush as well. The breakfast quality was medium and it was repetitive every day. I ordered something from Uber in the night and I was really tired but they prevented the delivery on my room’s door, so I had to come to the reception to recieve it!

They cancelled my booking just one day before arriving, without informing me because they were overbooked. And all this happend during the Web Summit week, the biggest tech congress in Lisbon, so finding a room in another hotel was almost impossible and the hotel personal didn't help me at all. VERY dissapointed. I don't recommend it.

Stayed here in July 2023 for 4 nights. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was very nice. We ended up having to pay for ironing for 2 outfits, and they still aren’t wrinkled to this day. We booked the family room, which was actually 2 separate rooms; one with a king bed and one with 2 twin beds. Despite facing a main busy street, the hotel was rather quiet. The location was good with access to many restaurants and sites, but a little further away from what I guess would be more touristy areas. Only complaint would be the included breakfast was lots of pastries and carbs. Would have appreciated more protein and beverage options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the bedding was impeccable. The location is ideal. The breakfast was of good quality and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel.. Staff go above and beyond. The location is brilliant. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds . Stayed for a birthday break which was a present off my beautiful fiancee, and had a birthday treat delivered unexpectedly to our room . The staff must be paying attention to passports.. On site restaurant surprisingly nicer and cheaper than dining out ..Steak in cherry sauce beautiful and tender .. Breakfast OK but plentiful.. Well done all Obrigado por uma estadia maravilhosa

I have spent 3 nights at this hotel. Great location and friendly staff. I would appreciate vegetable for breakfast but I understand that people here probably don't eat veggies in the morning.

Fantastic place to stay. So centrally located. Compared to other 4star hotels this feels like a true 4star stay. Rooms were large, clean, bathrooms had good lighting. There is a gym, restaurant, spa/sauna room. Public transit is literally outside. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was excellent.we were visiting for the first time from 🇨🇦 Canada. When we got out the taxi one of the guys was coming in and saw us an ask us if we had a reservation at the hotel and we said yes and right away we take our luggage inside for us.

Great location right across from a metro station. Rooms are very nice. There is closet space too. Air conditioning works well. WiFi worked well. Breakfast is great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and every day the room was cleaned up. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is good. Nothing to complain about.

I came with my grandparents and spent 3 nights. The only problem I have with the hotel is the showers but that has been every hotel in portugal. I don't like how high the shower is, and I don't like the glass door that only goes across half of the shower. I would like it if there were some sort of rails for my grandparents to get in and out of the shower. Now the negative is out of the way, the staff is by far the strongest part of the hotel. They have been the most respectful, kind-hearted, friendly people I have met at any hotel. The people in the lobby would have a friendly conversation with me. If I had any sort of problem, they would fix it and answer any sort of question I had. If they didn't have the answer, they would fogure it out get an answer. The restaurant deserves a paragraph on their own. The staff deserves 6 stars. They were very quick to make sure we had anything we needed, clear away dishes, and get refills. The food is amazing as well. We had lunch and dinner there one day. I came back the next day after I had already eaten dinner somewhere else just to get the steak with mushroom and cream sauce. I highly recommend it. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and loved to have a conversation and joke around. All of the desserts are excellent as well. My stay here has been wonderful and I would recommend this hotel.

Probably <= 3 stars hotel - definitely not 4. Room: OK but due to carpets there is always a bit smell. Bad air conditioning (probably wasn’t working at all). You can open window but area is noisy. Breakfast: Average Others: No info about price for mini bar items and you get the surprise at checkout only. There was only info about if you order additional tea/coffee. Would I book again?: NO

Excellent location on main Libedade aveue. Great customer service and comfortable rooms. Excellent shower with plenty of water. Good breakfast. Walk to sightseeing attractions and restaurants. Recommend.

Modern hotel in Lisbon with friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet and full restaurant for lunch and dinner. Centrally located a short walk to the old city center and river/harbor area.

The staff at the reception is always very attentive. And even surprisingis the fact that in almost every case when you arrive at the hotel lobby , somebody will push the button to call the elevator for you. Luggage service: They will store your luggage when you planned to ( for example ) leave lisbon for a couple of days and already booked to come back to the same hotel 🙂.

Just enjoyed a 4 night stay in this hotel. Great location metro is close by and its a short walk to other areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was buffet style good choice and a good way to prepare for a day of sightseeing. We had dinner in the hotel one night we enjoyed our dinner and thought it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel. .

Nice hotel near a Maccas! Long walk down Liberty Ave to the river/port. Many super expensive shops nearby. Rooms and breakfast were fine.

Location of hotel is great and so was our room! Breakfasts were good. All staff were efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if back in Lisbon.

This hotel is close to the Lisboa city. All amenities really close, and if you walk down the road, there is hop on hop off rides, which give you city tours starting from 20€. Staff are decent and will go beyond their way to give good hospitality. We booked a double bed room, had a mini bar which I asked them to empty and I put my own items in it. Towels get provided to you, along with bath soap, shower gel. Inside room are quite spacious as well depending on what one you choose. Breakfast has a wide variety along with vague coffee selection. Just bare in mind every time you ask for refill of coffee, sugar or even tea, it's €2 per item, so best take some of your own, or you can carry some from the breakfast menu or there is Continente supermarket closeby. Other fast foods include Mcdonalds, burger king which are literally on the opposite outside the hotel. From my personal experience, I will give 4 stars for my stay out of the 5. One less star because double glazed window wasn't really functional. The outside window was locking but the inside one wasn't locking so the room wasn't sound proof which was the downside of my stay. They were aware of it and waiting for an engineer, I don't know how far that was true, also it didn't get fixed till we left. Biggest spoiler was the Aircon. As it didn't function properly. We put it to 17degrees and also adjusted it to 23 degrees and the cold air or the heat was the same, no difference. Second night, we had no Aircon as it get displaying an error and the hotel staff didn't fix it till next morning. So overall 4 out of 5. On the plus side, the hotel also does a fix price taxi drop off at €20 to Lisboa Airport.

Bad service, old furniture in rooms and bad smells inside. Location is top, but hotel have to be renovated and staff's trained to be TOP Hotel.... currently definitely is not properly star's rated!

We booked 2 nights in this hotel. The location is perfect. It's in a safety area, and the commute is convenient. The room is clean, but it's now new. Restaurant with delicious food and prices are acceptable. Risotto strong recomend.

Very modern and clean hotel in the center of a lively road. Parking underground and valet service which is amazing. Metro and bus lines 2 minute away. Beds are super comfy, staff are nice. Breakfast is not bad and room service is slightly slow but apart from that eveyrhting is great
