Everything was just perfect and amazing! The room was cleaned every day and we had always new towels. Breakfast was delicious even if there was the same selection of food. Still you could choose from many meals. Very Great location. Thank you for your hospitality:).

We stayed 3 days in Lisbon, let's say an escape from everyday life. Beautiful experience also thanks to the time spent at this hotel; perfect room, very kind staff and a buffet breakfast very stocked with fresh products. I thank all the staff for their friendliness and professionalism.

🇵🇹🛌🛎️ Brilliant! This hotel is cool, having all the characteristics of a great place to visit Lisbon. Good position, comfy and stylish rooms, staff super smiling and kind and a good breakfast including Pastel de Nata. Well done

I wouldn't stay here again. Pros: -20-30 minute easy walk to stuff I wanted to do -Comfy bed -Good water pressure Cons: -Strong sewage smell in my room -Carb heavy breakfast -Could hear every step in the room above -Towels in horrible shape--to point they were worn with holes

A lovely hotel with nice views and very helpful and nice staff. I love coming back again and again. Located a bit outside of the city centre, I love the walk downhill to get to the main tourist places to visit. Although I advise you to walk uphill and enjoy lovely parks and great views.

This hotel is perfect for anyone visiting Lisbon for a city break. The staff were all friendly and spoke English. The rooms are a decent size, felt fresh and modern, and were very clean. I loved the nautical theme to the hotel, it was stylish without being over the top. A bottle of water is provided with each room, and we were also gifted a Lisbon fridge magnet in our room, which may have been due to our Accor membership? That wasn't the only personal touch that made our visit more welcoming - during our stay it was my birthday, upon returning to my room one evening was greeted with balloons, a personal card / message and an entire cake! The breakfast offering was really good quality and had lots of choice, we were all vegetarian and there was no shortage of options. Thank you very much to all the staff for a great stay!

Very satisfied with the service of the hotel especially from the receptionist Mr. Silva Guilherme. Great location. Will definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to be back soon. We really enjoyed our 4 Nights stay here. The location is great with a short walk to the Metro and lots of restaurants and a supermarkets around. The rooms are clean and spacious. A big Thank you to the reception staffs that could fulfill our special requests before our arrival. All the staffs are very friendly even those in the restaurant serving breakfast. We would like to Thank Mr. Silva Guilherme from the reception for his assistance and friendliness. The way he welcome us to the hotel and his smile every morning made our day. He is always so polite and helpful with our requests.

Great location close to the metro. The room was clean and nicely furnished overall considering the hotel is 2-star and well priced. The room came with a free breakfast which offered more than I expected (unlimited Pastel de Nata and pancakes!). I'd recommend asking for a few extra pillows for comfort. Otherwise would definitely visit again.

Very clean, tidy and well laid out/presented room! I arrived earlier than check in and the gentleman on reception very kindly had a room to get me checked in earlier. Slept very well in comfortable bed with good pillows. The hotel was an €8-12 from the airport. And a 6 min walk from a main roundabout monument which links onto the hop on/hop off bus and near a metro. Overall excellent location given just outside main city centre. There was no hot drink making facilities in room but noticed tea/coffee in reception. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a brilliant location. Room was lovely and breakfast SUPERB!! Lovely staff - sorted out my laundry after I got covered in mud falling down at Bristol Airport before I got to Lisbon!! Would like a kettle in room but that's just me wanting coffee all the time!! Can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I had a great short stay at the Ibis Style hotel in Lisbon. The location was excellent, practically in the heart of downtown and with easy access to public transportation. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and professional. Additionally, the cafe inside the hotel served delicious coffee. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at this conveniently located hotel with great service

First time in Lisbon and booked the suite - Room 1001. Huge room, lots of space, great views across the city… comfortable bed. Sofa bed needs improving and another set of small sofas would have been good. Enjoyed the breakfast and the baked products were very tasty. The staff were very professional & courteous. I would def stay here again. The location of the hotel is good with 2 metro stations near by and small convenience store and supermarkets opposite. Good games room also. Well done.

If I will be back in Lisbon, I will use this hotek again. The location, the transportation at your doorstep and the groceries next to it make life easier.

Very nice staff, good located, but small rooms that seem made cheap. For city trip it's ok I would say.

Very kind and friendly. Let me check in early and upgraded my room to one with a balcony which was a nice surprise. Well connected to transport and loads of local restaurants and a mini mart.

Great location, and we'll connected to the city. Nearby minimarkets for your daily needs, and a nearby laundromat as well. The rooms could use some more closet space, but other than that, they are just the right size, and nicely decorated. The staff are so friendly. I want to send special thanks to Kai and Lara, who were super professional, friendly, and accommodating to our little picky eaters. The game room in the basement was a nice addition. And for any travelers looking for this particular information: The bathrooms here have a "shattaf" (bidet), which was a pleasant surprise.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this ibis Styles hotel. The staff is very friendly and my room was quite spacious and clean. I chose this hotel for the location and - very important - the balcony. On a city trip I just find a lot more relaxing to know I have an outside space to just sit outside in the morning without having to get ready or enjoying a drink in the evening without a lot of people around. So in my opinion: if you have the choice: book a room with a balcony. Regarding the elevators (there are two) but during my stay I had no problems with them - they are a bit slow but they do their job. Will definitely come again!

Very nice hotel, good location (near Metro and sightseeing buses), very friendly and helpful staff at the front office, good breakfast, clean room. We had a drink at the hotel bar, very reasonable prices.

Nice hotel with large rooms. Rooms were kept well-clean. The breakfast buffet as up to expectations. Reception was very helpful and friendly. The metro is very close (5min walk). Great experience.I recommend.

Convenient location near Marques de Pombal metro station. Super kind staff, check in open 24h, decent breakfast. Good Value for money. You can't go wrong with this one in Lisbon. Hotel rooms are small but have everything you need.

Clean, comfortable & inexpensive. We had a top floor room with a terrace that had amazing views of the city. Tiny niggle in that it's a good 30 minute walk to the centre, but I can't really complain as closer hotels are more expensive! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a well stocked supermarket across the road. Hotel staff are helpful and multilingual. Recommended!

This is not one of the better Ibis Styles, rather mediocre, to put it mildly. The service is pretty indifferent, or, pethaps, it has to do with the lack of fluent English. No Platinum Status acknowledgements, worse yet, tried to charge me for bottled water, twice. I flatly refused, as always. I never pay for water in Accor or Marriott Hotels, no exceptions. The water should be free, always! The room was quite spartan, as in all Ibises. However, what made it worse: strong odor from the toilet, every day. Something is up with the plumbing. More problems: one elevator wasn't functional, the other old and slow. Breakfast was ok at best. Location is not bad.

So, I was coming into Lisbon for a work conference and came in a few days early to see the city and stayed here before going to another hotel. It was a decent hotel and up to the standard of ibis hotels within the accor group, however, a "free breakfast" is included with your stay. I would have rather not had breakfast included and had the price on my stay reduced instead. Something I enjoyed and was surprised by, and most people won't get this is the fact that the hotel had shatafs installed in the bathroom. That was a super pleasant surprise for me.

Lovely hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Can't say enough great things about the fun we had and attention we received. Would definitely come back.

We had the family suite with breakfast included. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good and diverse, however it did lack warm food: eggs, bacon, sausage. It had loads of desserts to choose from including the Portuguese pastel de nata. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is on the 9th floor so has an amazing view of the city (See picture). The hotel is central and very close to public transport.

We had one night in this hotel during our vacation in Portugal. The location is nice and very close to the restaurant with Fado singing. The hotel provided us with everything we expected. it is a really nice three-star hotel. Breakfast had a good assortment, the room was clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. What I liked is always fresh water in the lobby.

Ticked all the right boxes. Fab location near Marques de Pombal. Modern decor. Great breakfast. First time with this chain and would recommend.

Very nice hotel, it looks to have been recently refurbished. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top seem to have had a bar which is closed...maybe because it's not warm enough yet which was a shame but we had a room with balcony with view over Lisbon. It was rather windy up there but I am sure it is lovely in the warmer months of the year. Room had a coffee machine but no kettle, ask the staff for kettle which they promptly supplied. Fridge in the room is the quietest fridge I've ever had in a hotel room. Lovely big rainfall shower. Amazing quiet flushing systems as well (I can't believe I got excited about that!) The hotel is rather a way from the heart of Lisbon, about 25min by foot but I recommend walking the small back streets down to the city center rather than the main boulevard (with all the expensive branded clothes). You will come across lots of little restaurants here, there and everywhere. We stayed 4 nights and had breakfast on one of the morning which was lovely, all buffet food with everything you can expect and reasonable price at 7.50 euros. Beer is also cheap at 3 euros a pint, also look out for any offers on the day (displayed in the lift), we were there while there was a big football match and beers were then half prices!

Great value, great location. Clean and very friendly. Had to stay during covid restrictions (wish I didn't but I did) and I think they are doing a fantastic job. There was some lobby construction - but was never in the way. Great to see they're using the time for renovating actually. Obviously they were not able to provide their usual food and beverage service but they made the most of what they could do. Staff was wonderfully friendly at check in and departure. They were able to print some materials I needed (and offered many kind words of encouragement). Many grocery options are within the block (continente bom dia across the street and pingo doce) and food delivery thru uber eats was extremely fast. Room was spacious and clean, towels were packaged carefully in plastic bag. Hand sanitizers were everywhere. All in all a good place made great by the people that worked there.

The hotel is interesting. Rooms are very basic. My original room had odd odor, but they changed me to high floor with no issues. Rooms are almost like children's rooms. Mine was purple color with the ABC's on the wall. Different. Room was clean, efficient. Nice rain shower. Good TV, lots of channels. Good internet. They have a restaurant/bar and it is nice. Limited food but good. Good friendly service/drinks. Parking is a Nightmare! On-street only and very limited. I got lucky and someone had just pulled out. The location is interesting too. Suited my needs, but be aware it is not in the heart of the core sights. It is a few blocks to the start of Ave Liberdade and a few blocks to the University. I found some great places to eat around the area, not touristy places but locals places. If you want to be out of the core Tourist area but still close enough to get there or are there for the University, is it a great choice. Also good for shopping Tivoli if you are there for this.

We spet 4 nights in this hotel. Everything was execellent, from the warm welcome, the awsone connecting family room, the great breakfast ... we really felt rewarded and at home. Congratulation to the entire staff and its leader!

Staying here was a great experience. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very functional. Staff we’re friendly and helpful. When the elevators had a brief maintenance issue they went well above the call of duty to get things back on track. This place is very well run and I would stay here again.

Ideal location near a main metro station. The hotel has clearly been extensively renovated and to a high standard. We have stayed in higher rated hotels that have not felt as spacious and well appointed. Check in was swift, the room was clean and comfortable. We did pay extra for a balcony and view which under normal circumstances I am sure would have worked out perfectly had it not been so windy. This of course was out if everyone's control. Breakfast was a fairly standard, yet extensive continental selection. Very happy and would consider staying again on our next visit to Lisbon

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom felt a bit small but it worked just fine, with the shower being great in particular. The atmosphere in the restaurant area was always very nice, and the breakfast enjoyable. The metro is relatively close and will take you pretty much anywhere you'd want to go. The only negative thing about our stay was that we got really excited about a built-in Chromecast in the tv, which ended up not working. We informed the desk and were told it would be fixed but this did not happen during our stay, which was 5 nights. We were also told we could leave the postcards we wanted to send out and they would post them for us. It has been almost three weeks and nobody has received them yet. Of course we have no idea what is going on there but it is worth mentioning. Overall it was a very nice stay, after we moved on to another city we ended up missing the bed especially. If we do visit this city again, we will seriously consider coming back.

I spent 8 nights in the hotel ibis Styles Lisboa Centro Liberdade NE, room 903, which is very clean, the breakfast is varied, tasty and also contains some specialties specific to Portugal. Cleaning is done and towels are changed daily. The staff is amazingly friendly. Allow me to mention 2 names LARA and ERIC. I will return... Aurelia Nitescu from Romania

I paid £130 a day to find that the room doesn't have an electric kettle, no tea / coffee bags, no water bottle (apart from a 500 ml compliments water bottle only on the first day of stay out of 5), no toiletries, only cold breakfast (not evening scrambled egg or sausages/ bacon's). Absolutely rip off and pathetic. Highly disappointing and really recommend against staying here.

Our room on 9th floor had great views and so much light, very clean and comfy bed but the service was 5 star. After staying in spain where hotel staff so rude and arrogant, our stay restored a feeling of joy. So great to be treated with a smile. Wish we stayed longer in Lisborn and much less in spain at this hotel. Breakfast was 5 star to.

Hotel was in an excellent location near Metro station and bus stops. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a supermarket in same street. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room was fairly basic but that was exactly what I wanted as out most of the time. Bed extremely comfortable. Good bathroom facilities and wonderful shower. Room and hotel in general very clean. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, team was amazing and ensured we had a great birthday celebration for my husband. Hotel location was perfect and made it easy to see all the different areas of Lisbon. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!
