The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and cozy and are cleaned every day. The location is excellent - not in the old center where it is way overcrowded, but also not very far from it. There are two metro lines passing near the hotel. Also there are some nice parks close by.

It was nice. But the reception forgot that i paid also for breakfast :/ and their parking area is for 15 euros. Thats much I guess. But their airconditioner is working perfectly. And also in my check in was writing city view but I was in the 1st floor. With no view.. It was good and quite :) I suggest it

Good location for us, near two metros and bus direct to airport. Near designer shopping street and about 3 metro stops from centre. Very polite staff and rooms clean. Found bed very comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast. Negatives: TV too small and not really acceptable. Water empties out too slow in the bathroom sink and shower floods the floor, drains probably need cleaning properly. Not always necessary to change the towels everyday. Why isn't there a bin in the main room and more importantly, why haven't they Installed a socket next to the bed?, very annoying. Maybe they need to move the bed. Good stay otherwise and reasonable price though a little lacking as above.

I got here as a solo traveler. So the bed and its sheets was very comfy and smells terrific. 👍🏼 There is an old small LCD screen as TV. 👎🏼 I also had problem with the head of the shower douche so I had to take it of for a good stream. 👎🏼 I explain to them about the situation and I got to change my room. 👍🏼 Anyway, in general very good experience very nice stuff and totally decent price🫶🏼🙏🏻

the only reason to stay there is the location understaffed front desk that had to work in a very noisy environment, 30 minutes waiting time for check in as there was only one person at front-desk, the acustics in the foyer were terrible so it was super noisy and I got headache while waiting for check in, the room, though equiped with a comfortable bed, was a bit run-down and outdated, the bathtub/shower leaked so the floor was always covered with water and there was fungus in the bath, it could take some renovation. I booked a room without breakfast, when I wanted to have that they insisted on it being paid in cash right away, as I didn't have my wallet with me I went up to the room and decided to have breakfast in one of the nice cafes around as it didn't look that appealing that I would go to the windowless breakfast room anyway. not welcoming and outdated, feels cheap but isn't, at least on the dates I stayed, for 180€ a night you should get better than this.

Lovely staff and service. Immaculately clean. But, very dated and tired. More a 2 Star plus than a 4 Star. Bed very comfortable and Aircon works well.

An awesome place. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, the room we stayed in was great, the location more than good. It was near bus stops, city centre, metro stations, parks. Highly recommend.

The taxi dropped us at the wrong Turim then we were told it was a short walk but with a bag on wheels on the cobblestones and roadworks it was not easy. The sheets and duvet were polyester and we sweated through the nights. We had to request water for the room and ended up going to find it ourselves. Staff were good.

Conveniently located from the main shopping and restaurant areas (about a 20 min walk). Helpful and friendly staff. Upon our arrival the lady at reception drew places of interest out for us on a map! Great service. Quiet enough, although I don't think we were there during the busy season.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't regret it. Great place for a short stay. A double bed room very small, but if you in Lisbon for sightseeing then it's OK. Very good location to metro or a bus station. Delicious breakfast, hot and cold selection. I'd like to highlight Caroline for a professional service and very high standard of a hospitality.

3.5/5 Location very good 2km from centre (taxi airport EUR15/airport line Saldanha metro 10 min. walk), quiet area off main roads and good cafe/bistro bars nearby; Prince Eduardo Park 200 metres way. Room & cleaning personnel were good, comfortable bed, bathroom fine, could open window, adjust AC (& piped muzak next to it) and although tv older i.e. no USB/screen share, but much content English/original language content (subtitled in Portugese). Breakfast quite good too EUR 15, bar too open pm and room service (outside contractor) was good, can order online & quite fast, with some funky packaging.

The air conditioning wasn't working. There was damage in the room that could have easily been fixed. There was another couple that complained about the air conditioning, so I wasn't the only person with the problem.

Towels were not complete in the second night, the Aircon did not work, the parking is too small for a BMW. I do not recommend the hotel.

Hotel in line with expectations and price. The personnel is kind but sometimes we had difficulties on making ourself understand (they to not speak English fluently)

Firstly the Breakfast was very poor. Not a choice, always the same. It felt like a ZERO STAR hotel. The staff were only a little helpful till the last day, when things really went wrong. We booked a transfer to the airport at 12 noon, and the receptionist called us down at 11.05, saying our taxi was waiting for us. We went down stairs to find no taxi. When it did eventually arrive the driver was on a phone call, and asked us to wait a minute till he was finished. His call lasted 15 minutes. I was by now wishing I had never heard of Turim Euroapa Hotel. It is a 4 star hotel, which in my opinion is not worth 1 star I will never again visit a Turim hotel again. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I am angry about the way we were treated

Good 4* tourist hotel close to Marques de Pombal. Rooms are decent though the TV set is tiny compared to hotels in the same category. Breakfast without being extravagant is good given the price of 10€/person. Staff is friendly. Prices of the rooms may however rapidly climb during the high season and then you're clearly paying the high demand of accommodation.

The hotel is near two metro stations and a huge park, so it's almost perfectly placed. The rooms were clean and the sizes were enough for us too (2 twin bedded rooms). They had tea and coffee with the room and a water boiler. The staff was friendly although they pointed us to a closed restaurant on our first night.

Clean rooms and good heating. Quiet with amazing hot and cold buffet and fresh chocolate croissants buns and bread varieties. Friendly helpful front desk but rooms lacked face cloths and kleenex tissue. Comfortable twin beds only. No queen or kings. Great curtains and centrally located. Thirty minutes walk to old town. Take bus or Metro/subway to Belem and Discovery sites and must see Coach museum (24) along with amazing churches.

Checked in today 9.2.19. Clean nice hotel. Friendly front desk boys. My room has a nice view of the street. Tomorrow I plan to try the breakfast.

Convenient location for a city trip. Excellent breakfast, lovely staff. Rooms partly renovated, technical maintenance needs some improvement.

This hotel was just perfect for me as a single traveler. The room was clean and cozy with decor I found to be very comfortable and relaxing (dark woods and reds). Great shower, safe neighborhood, quiet (just the right distance from a main street), all for a very good price. Staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Hotel installations're on a very good 3 stars level, but definitely not 4*

We had 2 rooms for 10 nights and during our entire stay, both rooms got cleaned twice!!! We would be out all day and when we return to our rooms at 4-5 pm, our rooms were not cleaned. When we asked for clean towels, they decided they would come to clean our rooms which by that point we declined since we were all very tired from a day of walking up hills.

I never intended to write this review, however with the extremely poor customer service I have received to try and resolve the issue, I believe it's best I warn those about this hotel before considering booking. The only positive I can find from my stay would be the location, the hotel is within a 10-15 min walk for most central locations and is fairly convenient. Now onto the negatives, the rooms and style are extremely dated, the air con did not work at all during our stay to which the window had to be left open however the street can be quite noisy and busy. The safety standards in this hotel are a complete disgrace, on my second day I went to use the hotel gym, the equipment is very basic and the area is not very spacious. The routine was going as planned until I used the TRX straps that were hooked into the ceiling, I didn’t even place a fraction of my weight onto the straps before the hook immediately flew out of the ceiling and straight onto my head. I fell straight to my knees and saw blood dripping onto the floor. My friend ran to the reception and requested help from the receptionist, who assumed it was a small cut and leisurely made her way over to the gym before realising the severity of the incident. About 30 minutes of basic treatment was provided by the receptionist who asked if I would like to go to the hospital. I was unsure of the severity of the incident as I couldn’t see the cut but my head was throbbing throughout the incident and decided I should go to the hospital to receive more appropriate treatment. The hotel called for a taxi to take me there (to which we had to pay for) and I was treated at the hospital after being there for 7 hours and returned back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning. After all this, the compensation that was offered by the hotel was a free breakfast for 1 morning. I’ve later been chasing the hotel on numerous occasions to arrange for a more appropriate level of compensation for the severity of the incident and have received extremely lazy replies back, with a large majority of my emails being ignored after over a month of attempting to get this resolved appropriately. It is truly shocking and I urge anyone to consider looking elsewhere before booking this hotel.
