Imagine paying for a room you weren’t even sleeping in for two extra nights in order to ensure your belongings are safe and coming back to an empty room? Yeah. That happened here. My friend got his stuff STOLEN from his room. No compensation. No help. Anabela is the most unprofessional and unstable person we’ve ever had to deal with in customer service. She called THE POLICE on my friend when he said “I’m not leaving till I get my stuff back.” Which is a very practical thing to say when you’re frustrated, in a different country, your flight leaves in two hours and you have no baggage. We have called customer service to only be transferred with no help. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL GET YOUR STUFF STOLEN.

My friend extended his stay here as he had to deal with something elsewhere. He left his belongings in his room thinking they would be safe. When he returned to his room 2 days later his belongings were taken out of his room, misplaced, and never returned to him. (We’re assuming they were either thrown out or stolen). To try and deal with this issue he spoke with hotel associate Anabela and my friend kindly said “Im not leaving here without my belongings”, which is normal when you just want your things back before you go back home. Anabela called the cops saying my friend was refusing to leave the hotel which is not true he just wanted this issue to be resolved. HE NEVER GOT HIS THINGS BACK AND RETURNED TO THE STATES WITH NOTHING. This place is extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A very nice hotel. However, I end my vacation upset because 3 things of mine are missing. I've been robbed. You trust the hotel and then something like that. I was allowed to hear that I had so many things in the bathroom ... so that means I don't know what I took with me?! cheek. 2 body sprays and my bra glue were stolen from me. (Things were missing after the room cleaning) They tried to help me but only tried without compensation. I wouldn't book here again, even if it really is a nice hotel, but my trust is gone! The girl must be happy with my stuff 👏

Excellent location for exploring Lisbon. Near Central Park and Parque metro station. Nicely appointed modern facility with in room climate control. Excellent staff. Well stocked breakfast room. Special thanks to Annabella, Sofia, and João for their efforts to make our stay productive.

It was a nice stay at HF Fénix Urban. The room was clean and modern and the balcony was a real bonus! The breakfast was very impressive but expensive and a bit much if heading to meetings for the day. But a great choice if you have time to relax and enjoy. Staff weren’t very friendly but helpful enough. Location is off the beaten path.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff regularly cleaned our rooms without moving our stuff. One problem was the hotel only had a couple of vegetarian options for the breakfast buffet menu.

The shower head didn't work, it did not stay on the wall nor did it receive water. I am pretty relaxed so I figured, no problem, ill just have a bath... but there was also no plug. Highly inadequate for a 4 star hotel. When letting the front desk know, they seemed to not he too concerned about this. I will not be back.

I liked the aircon keeping 23 degrees in the room. Outside there is construction, so I slept with earplugs. Bathroom was well equipped.

Good clean comfy room, with toiletries and a mini bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

1. Lobby area: Nice and comfortable 2. Service: mediocre service especially from the gentlemen in the front desk - the ladies are better. When I checked in I was told that the porter went home early so no one can help with my luggage. One of the front desk ladies helped me push the trolley to my room. When I checked out, I was plainly told that no one can help with my luggage. 3. Rooms: very small, basic, poor lighting (even if they may claim energy saving). Even as a solo traveller, it was difficult to move around the room…they are very small. Rooms have thin walls so you can hear the noise from outside regardless of which floor you are on. I was initially on 1st floor and I moved to 7th floor - it was better but still noisy because of thin walls. 4. Housekeeping: they clean properly but are very unfriendly - as if they don’t want to be there. Be careful not to leave your personal drinks in the bar fridge. They may “get lost”. I felt very uncomfortable to stay in this hotel after my drinks were stolen from the fridge (even if they are not expensive drinks). 5. Location: good, not far from metro 6. Breakfast: I tried it once and it was not bad at all. In summary, I wouldn’t book at this hotel should I travel to Lisbon again.

Veey nice and very clean hotel. large rooms centrally located. Staff has been friendly and responsive. Has a good lobby bar with a few restaurant itrms.

It is close to the Marques de Pombal square, also close to El Corte Ingles mall and around it are good restaurants and walking distance to Avenida de Liberdade. It offers free breakfast with good selections and it has a bar at the lobby (lobby is at the 4th floor). If you bring your own food, it will cost you 5€ to sit down at the bar and eat. Some attendants are polite but there some that aren’t. Rooms are good size but the elevators are small, 4 people with luggage is tight.

BAD SHOWER, NO DRINKING WATER Sometimes the silliest of the hotels cost cutting approaches irk you so bad!! We check in - great the room was as expected. Day 2- no water bottles in my room after long day of sight seeing!! We ask why so and they say that water bottles were welcome drink . Now in addition to €180/ night we have to also pay for a basic necessity like water!! How hard was it to say “we will get you right away “

Horrible experience. Sent a serious complaint after staying here for 3 days, not even a response. Housekeeping is terrible and took items from our room without checking.

Room was so noisy from road and outside with a lot of refugee from morning standing side by side main door to get to home office there and make a lot of noise near hotel

Amazing stay. Wonderful staff. More than clean. It’s a 5 stars hotel quality service. Go for it !!! To the management: Tomas deserve a promotion. Really, it’s this kind of person that you need as Manager. I Hope you’ll consider it. I’m used to 5 stars Monaco Hotel that doesn’t provide such amazing and attentive persons. One remark (not a complain: the breakfast needs improvement in the product quality)

Stayed here for 4 nights. Good location. We haven't had breakfast, we preferred to have it somewhere else instead. Housekeeping service is poor though. 1-) They've left our room door open for 2 days in a row, despite we complaining and at the reception and asking to be careful as things could be stolen by anyone. 2-) They've forgotten to refill toilet paper, we had to go ask at the reception when we arrived in the evening. 3-) Asked for an extra pillow and they brought it without a pillow case. Apart from that rooms are comfortable, good bed and good shower. AC not powerful enough in my opinion, so the rooms are fairly hot. It was just OK and for what we needed, but I wouldn't come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Value for money, fantastic hospitality, great location and breakfast buffet, friendly staff and good housekeeping - will stay here again

Staffs are unfriendly with no smile, quite rude indeed. The breakfast was not that good either, with very limited choice. My room was located on the ground floor and right next to the road which is noisy and people can look into my room from the street!!! Remember to bring your slipper coz they don’t provide it to you! Overall it is a very bad experience, I strongly recommend not to try this hotel!!!!!

Very clean , staff at front of house good staff in breakfast room sullen and aloof. Rooms not quite same standard as Porto. Shame Hotel sits next to immigration office! Metro also thunders through (under) rooms, might be better to ask for higher room. Barman in the evening, excellent.

The location is good. 3 mins walk from Parque metero. Staff members are kind and nice 😊 The room was tidy, but we found very big black moulds on the celling and bath tub was nearly blocked.... Breakfast wasn't fantastic.. every food wasn't tasty at all, even fruits...
