Do not stay here. There were bed bugs in the hotel room and my sister and I left with over 100 bites EACH. I have bites on my face, neck, arms, back, and legs. Truly traumatizing. We saw the bugs on the bed on the last day and it was too late. There are other reviews that mention bed bugs and this is clearly a problem that they have not felt any urgency to fix. Be VERY careful if you choose to stay here. We stayed in room 203.

I booked this hotel while I was on the plane on the way to Lisbon. I couldn’t beat the price and this hotel was located blocks from the water and close to many amazing restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of closet space. The decor was updated and the bathroom had all the products you will need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of outlets to charge your phone and electronics and I’m glad I picked an interior room cause I’m sure the one facing the street would have been loud….and definitely no bedbugs. That’s the first thing I do when I check into a hotel.

The rooms are absolutely clean and there are no bedbugs as mentioned in other reviews. So don’t worry about the cleanliness, the property got all the rooms and lobbies deeply cleaned. Their rooms are super comfortable. I didn’t take the breakfast as I am vegetarian and mostly there are meat options available. There are plenty of options in the city. The staff is very friendly, rooms are sound proof, showers are well maintained. 10/10

I was really happy with our stay at The 7 Hotel in Lisbon. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and friendly, and there is a locked room where you can keep your luggage if you arrive before check-in or have an evening flight on the day you check out.

We were staying on a 5th floor. Clean, nice cozy room with a small window, bathroom is fresh. Location is perfect in a middle of downtown. Breakfast simple and perfect. Stuff are welcome. Price is perfect much for 3* hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. I stayed in one of the suites.l was traveling for business and the hotel was located conveniently for both my work schedule and exploring Lisbon. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities that I needed. The staff at the front desk were helpful, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will try to book it again when I am in town

The 7 Hotel is perfectly located in the Baixa district between Barrio Alto and Alfama. Walking to any location is a breeze and there’s no shortage of activities around! The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here in this cozy beautiful hotel - we will certainly be back!

There was a problem in the electricity in my room. It turned off every hour and then partially turned on after a few minutes. So when Ive been in the shower the light were turned off. When I was sleeping the AC was turned off by itself (and didnt back), leading to a bad sleep. The tv was turned on a few minutes after that when the electricity was automatically back every hour (!) in night (the AC didnt back automatically as mentioned). I asked for the help of the reception staff 6 times, they promised everytime that it was solved but it wasn't even on my last night. Additionally, the house keepers in floor 4 were yelling non-stop when they worked together (usually 9AM-5PM), which made the sleeping even worse. I could hear everything in the adjacent room (including snoring of the people there). Furthermore, the room didnt feel clean. I found several woman hair on bed (I was a solo male traveler), and there was a significant rust in the bath. The soap dispenser was very dirty as well. Overall it was a very bad experience Edit due to the hotel response: They lie! First of all I left the room only 48 hours ago, so about which guests you talk about? It's now rainy in Lisbon, and people didn't use AC in these less than 2 days. I have records of all my complaints from day 2 of my staying till day 5, so if google can let me upload it, I will be glad. I asked to move a room since my second day and they refused. The same you see in their reply is the same you will see in the reception. Could I imagine that during a shower my lights were turned off?! At least be honest to apologize... Regarding your claims that the noise made by guests - another lie. I have a video of that and I will try to upload it ASAP so everyone can see your sadly lies.

Decent hotel. But the rooms aren't nice at all. AC did not work, the bathroom was small, beds were not comfortable. Overprice breakfast and they tried to make us think it was included once we arrived. Not good value for money.

Lovely hotel in a great location for the city centre and attractions. Good breakfast options, especially gluten free. Very clean and well appointed, good WiFi connection. Also, reasonably priced and staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

We are staying here on our 5 day city trip. When we arrived at the hotel, the people at the reception were very nice. In the morning they stored our luggage, while we explored the city. Check in time was at 15.00. There are many places close to the hotel where you can get something to eat, or buy clothes or souvenirs. The location is great in the centre of the city. Also close to subways, busses and trams. When we entered the room it was nice and clean, and so was the bathroom. Both a bit smaller than expected, but still everything you need for a city trip. The people cleaning our room every morning are very nice. We communicated with them by writing small letters. We asked to tuck in our plushie alpaca and they did. We like what you did there. This hotel is great :)

Friendly staff!!! Very helpful, kindhearted people! The hotel is super located and the rooms are cozy and have a nice view! (the rooms with the street view!). Highly recommended! Looking forward to coming to Lisbon again! Loves from Vienna

Excellent experience, great staff! They also allowed us to drop our bags while we were waiting for our flight. so we could enjoy the city another day.

Hotel is quite stylish, but don’t go for it when you like your sleep. The street noise is terrible. You also hear every noise from the hallways. Almost impossible to sleep. When I asked for a more quiet room (I stayed in 216), to be able to sleep, receptionist did … nothing! Oh, and the bathroom stinks like mold or something. No recommendation at all!

We staied the weekend in Lisbon and loved the room. The room was very well equipped and clean. the employees were attentive. The service was complete. The location was superb. Close to both Av Liberdade and Terreiro do Paço.

Best location, near subway and walking distance from all attractions. Small rooms. Clean. However there is a bad smell in the rooms and looby.

The location is really good and so is the service. But our air conditioner stopped during every night and nothing was done… I had to wake up two or three times every night to turn it on…..they told me that they were restart….. but it did not work . And the shower was not hot at night …. Only in the morning

Good hotel in a very nice position, from the window looking at right you can see placa de commercio! The cleaning of the toilet and the breakfast should be improved. Staff always available and friendly.

Not worth the money - a good location but very basic rooms, lot of noise from corridor lifts. €1 charge just to refill each bottle water in the room was a joke considering €250 a night!! Front desk at reception left unattended for long periods of time - so significant delays checking in and out. Overall very poor.

7 hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of Baxia 5 minutes walk from Arco da Rua Augusta so you are in the heart of Lisbon. We found the hotel clean and tidy and staff helpful. Being in the city centre it can get a bit noisy at night but this didn't affect our stay. We were only given 1 complimentary tea and coffee and no milk which was a bit disappointing but they topped us up when asked. The breakfast was nice with a wide selection of food. The metro was just a 10 minute walk.

So nice I stayed twice! The hotel is awesome, fantastic location (maybe 2 blocks from the main square and all the action, yet still quiet at night). We had 2 different types of rooms, one with 2 separate twin beds and the other with a full queen. Both were lovely. I also loved that they do allow for early check-in (for an additional fee), but when you get into town at 9am, the fee is definitely worth it because the jetlag was real (it was our second location with a 6 hour time difference and we'd been traveling non-stop for 4 days). They also want to make sure you're happy. I asked about different tours and they went out of their way to find times and locations. The hotel is not even 3 minutes from the Baxia Chado metro station which was very nice. There are busses and trams close to the location as well. Plenty of places to eat that are all within walking distance (at LEAST 20 different places to eat within a 5 minute walk). I'll be back.

BEDBUGS!!! I was extremely disappointed to discover that the room I was staying in had bedbugs. My holidays were ruined! I'm still itching. after came home need to wash and iron all my clothes Then I asked receptionist about my itch he pretended that first time see like this. But when I checked google I found out that I am not the first one! wrote a complaint letter to hotel, but they choose not even answer it!

I chose this property based on previous reviews and for the location. I was disappointed. The front desk staff were not kind. The key card holder flashed bright green lights into the room all night, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning did not work well and continually turned itself off. If we wanted the room a comfortable temperature we had to get up every hour or so to turn it on again. The rooms were very overpriced. Upon checkout, the worker came up with a new charge that we needed to pay. It was small, but insulting after a restless night in poor conditions, when we had already paid over what was currently being advertised as the nightly rate. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. Next time I will look elsewhere and find a nicer place for the same or better price.

Excellent hotel that has everything you might need for a short stay in beautiful Lisbon. The rooms are not unnecessarily big, but still it's all there. The shower is excellent (important for me), beds comfortable (although I hardy fit in them with my 1,87m), and the room is quiet - zero sound from outside. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, even after just coming out of a strict lockdown and things were still a bit upside down everywhere. Next time we are in Lisbon. we will book here again... and I recommend anyone to do the same!

Nice location and rooms. The staff went above and beyond what was expected when they tried to help us figure out some covid rules for our flights back home.

Very kind reception, good location. Nice looking rooms, but Literally the worst sleep I’ve ever had in my life. These beds are so stiff it feels like I’m sleeping on a concrete slab. I’ve been have the worst back pains one could imagine and the pillows are just as stiff. My entire body aches and I e been running on minimal hours of sleep. Nice looking hotel but genuinely the worst comfortability they could possibly offer. Wont be staying again

VERY BAD HOTEL!!!! I slept in the hotel 3 nights, bought things, had it in my hotel room and the we’re gone the day after. When I talked with the reception they told me there is nothing to do Don’t Sleep There! If that’s the way they treat their customers

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night during our short visit in Lisbon (June, 2022). It was horrible experience and not to repeat. Others might have good experience, but not me. Pros: 1. The good things about the hotel was the location. Everything was on walking distance. 2. The wifi is OK. 3. The facilities is OK. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is fine. The bathroom and teh room are clean. 4. The breakfast is ok, but can be improved. Cons: 1. The check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00 Someone already tried to open our room's door before 11:00 in the morning. We already put a sign that we did not need someone to clean our room. And we would leave the room at 11:00 as the rule!!! You must pay more attention to this. The receptionist must communicate better with the housekeeping service. 2. The TV did not work when we just arrived. I called the receptionist, and instead of he asked someone to go to our room and fixed it, he chose to hang my call and asked me to wait. Then, my partner went to the receptionist and asked him to come to our room. The man was asking what was wrong, etc. If we knew the problem, we would not call him!!! After few minutes, he fixed it. 3. No network for Portuguese number!!! We were in the room no.108 They should buy something to unblock the network for phone providers. We must go to 0 floor to get our phone network. 4. There was so noisy in the morning next to our room. It was like a big machine and the place was so dirty when we opened our windows. 5. The procedure of tapping a card to enter the lift sometimes a bit annoying. The card was less responsive. I understand if it was for security reason, but I expect better system. 6. The staffs are not nice or friendly, especially in the reception. They need to train better how to greet the customers.

Very good location, decent breakfast, but a dreadful smell in our room 409 throughout the stay (a mix of sewer and rotten cabbage odor). According to the hotelier, it happens when it rains. A known issue, apparently. No twin room as we had booked. 1 star because 0 doesn't exist. Have a good vacation.
