Stellar hotel. Very comfortable bed. Lovely service. Delicious breakfast. Great water pressure. Exquisitely scented bath products. I had the twin room which I thought might be too small but it was perfect. Those are all nice features, but what sets NEYA apart is its commitment to sustainability. 100% of its electricity comes from solar. The hotel has a net zero goal and donates 5% of its event profits to planting trees. Amazingly, they have in-room recycling—a bin with four different compartments. I have never seen this in a hotel room and have always wanted it. This is the type of hotel that we need more of in the world, and the type of hotel that deserves our patronage. The hotel is located within walking distance of the red line which goes to the airport, and also the yellow line and blue lines, which connect to other parts of the city. It is located next to a hospital but I never heard any sirens and had a quiet night's sleep.

The hotel was pretty alright, typical hotel pretty modern. Service was alright nothing special if anything a little stern. No real complaints about the room other than the faucet was really loose. The whole place seems to just be under stingy management, which I find very frustrating. There was no complimentary snacks or drinks or anything. There is breakfast offered, however it costs 15 euro per person for a standard hotel breakfast which I find outrageous. There is also dinner offered however I am unsure of the cost. There was even a message on the hotel key card basically saying to use the sink as little as possible save them money on water.

Fantastic customer service! It was a pleasure to deal with the front desk as they allowed an early check in after a long flight. Room was large and had a great view from the upper floor. Bathroom water pressure is fantastic. We did opt for the breakfast, but it wasn't to my liking. Probably I'm just not used to the items that were available. Parking in the basement underneath the hotel is tight and very tricky to maneuver, even for someone from NY! Unfortunately, when we were retiring for the evening, I pulled down the sheets to find an ugly stain that jad to be obvious to the house cleaning department since it was right on top! I did not report to front desk since we were leaving in the morning, but we had to sleep on top of the blankets with towels because it was disturbing to see that. I would recommend the location if looking for less traffic outside of Lisbon, but don't be like me if you experience an issue. Contact the front reception.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms looks nice on the website but we definitely had some older (or not yet completely updated) room under the roof. Breakfast was good, quit the standard assortment, nothing too special. Location is ok, you can get there by bus or metro but still need a little walk. Overall, we liked it but as tourists, next time we would choose to be closer to the (old) city centre.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Location turned out to be great, walking distance to several healthy and affordable restaurants. Plus it's an interesting and pleasant walk to the downtown area. The room had modern style and was in great condition. Our room had a view on a calm courtyard, and was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast worked out well - healthy options including plentiful fruit, chia seeds, goji berries, eggs, ham. Muesli. The hotel gym seemed like very much an afterthought. It would have been nice to have some higher quality yoga mats and foam rollers for example. But overall, a really nice experience, and a great home base for exploring Lisbon. Highly recommend 👍

Terrible hotel. There aren’t any services, the rooms aren’t very clean. Also we were woken up three nights in a row because of children jumping and screaming at 6am. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel this one is definitely not one, better pay a little more and have a nice service.

I arrived at the hotel at 8:30am after an overnight flight from the US, my intention was to drop my bags and return at check in time. My room was ready though and they let me check in immediately, I cannot stress how much a difference that makes after many hours of travel and little to no sleep. On top of that the staff is wonderful, the room is quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is robust, and the location is close enough to the city center but also far enough away to not have to worry about noise. This is a great hotel.

Had a 2 night stay here after a cruise. The hotel is lovely, great rooms, comfy beds and good choice of breakfast items. There's coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We walked down to the metro to travel into the city centre, only 3 stops. Would definitely stay again.

We totally loved this hotel. The front desk staff -- Francisco, Marcia, Maria and Vermissio were fabulous! The rooms were immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom products were superb. We also enjoyed a great breakfast which had a nice variety of options and was included in the room rate.

Lovely Hotel. Fairly good location. Good customer service . Although we didn't get a double room as requested. Also room service could be approved upon.

Great value for money. Rooms are comfortable and large and quiet. Excellent breakfast choice and small room service menu. Friendly staff. Lovely Spa with well priced massages. Removing one star as I only had blackout curtains (ie no day curtains) and despite mentioning this on the first day, it was not fixed during my 4 night stay.

A very nice hotel with great breakfast! The staff was very friendly and always welcomed us with a smile and happily answered all our questions, whether it was about nearby sightseeing or restaurants. The only thing we have to "complain" about is the cleaning of the room. We needed to ask for toilet paper several times because it had not been refilled in our room. The same goes for water, which was not refilled either. Nice beds and quiet rooms, we slept like babies our entire stay.

Location is a bit far from attraction but it's in a quiet neigborhood. Some convinience stores & restaurants just meters away. Modern room and quiet, good for resting after 12 days of trip around Spain & Portugal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Neya Lisboa Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This 4-star luxury hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. They made me feel like a valued guest and were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. The hotel's modern and elegant decor created a wonderful ambiance, and my room was both spacious and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and furnishings truly reflected the luxury status of the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the exquisite dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The culinary creations were both visually stunning and delicious, showcasing the best of Portuguese cuisine. The hotel's central location in Lisbon made it convenient for exploring the city's vibrant culture and attractions. I appreciated being within walking distance of many landmarks and restaurants. Overall, my stay at the Neya Lisboa Hotel was a luxurious and memorable experience. I highly recommend this 4-star gem to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Lisbon. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Probably the friendliest and kindest hotel staff I ever met! Besides the hotel itself was pleasant too. The conference room facilities and services we were using for a couple of days were absolutely OK.

My 5-night stay was great! The hotel is clean and the personnel is very helpful. Francisco was awesome! We asked for towels and were brought up immediately. The morning of checkout Francisco got us coffee at 2:30 am! Overall a nice hotel in the local side of town. But, not too far from some of the main attractions, my friend and I walked to the Santa Justa lift, and the main square. Thank you, Francisco!

Not sure how this is 4 stars. I was there for three nights and the restaurant didn't open except for a buffet for a large party. That wouldn't be an issue but the hotel is in a residential area and very very few restaurants were open close by. The hotel bar was terrible. Seldom anyone there and if they were they generally had something better to do than serve you. One night I went to the front desk to ask if anyone was serving of the guy sitting there watching videos on his phone. Clean yes. The bed was fine so that's all good. Breakfast was pretty basic plus didn't open until 7.15am so if you needed to get away early you were out of luck

Stayed from 26 - 30 aug in a double room. The receptionist was nice and checked us in early. The bed and pillows were good but the room had a bad odor and it was not addressed when we complained to the reception. The shower hose was leaking and water pressure was too low. The hotel is supposed to provide bicycles but it was not available as it was only two bikes for the entire hotel. This is not a four-star hotel.

I like the hotel but mainly because of the people working there! The rooms are clean and everything looks nice! However, for a four star hotel I expected more service! There is no pool unfortunately (they don't state they have one but we thought for a four star hotel this is standard...), the SPA was closed on Sundays although differently stated on the webpage and cards and the breakfast was good but again not four star worth it. I really only give four stars because of the employees at the hotel! They are super, super helpful and always listen and help out whenever they can!

This is not a four star hotel . I am convinced the people who wrote reviews for this hotel are bots or have been paid . I arrived at this hotel a bit earlier than my check in time . On arrival there was no welcome from the front desk . The lady was on the phone for approx 45 minutes before we even got a hello . This was extremely frustrating as we desperately needed to use the toilets and just wanted to drop off our bags to grab something to eat . The gym ( hardly a gym ) had about four pieces of equipment and no dumbbells or weights again lacking . Iv read many great reviews about the breakfast and it’s large selection . Iv personally had better in other 4 star rated hotels . Before departure I left a gold necklace in my room on the bed side cabinet . I called and emailed frantically about this as it was a very special to me . I had no reply for days after I made contact . They emailed to say it was never found (meaning it was stolen by the cleaners ) I have read other reviews about things going missing in this hotel so if you are staying make sure you leave nothing behind . I have waited 3 months to leave feedback as I thought the cleaners would have done the decent thing and handed in my necklace . Also if you are travelling from the UK please take an adapter as they don’t have any USB ports or plugs for us . It’s an ok hotel if you just want a nights rest . The one nice gesture we had from the hotel was on his birthday where they gave him a choc brownie . However it was rock solid . Some good points although not many the rooms are cleaned well . The restaurant staff are lovely . The guy on the front desk is very approachable . The rooms did come with toiletries . The beds were comfy

On the whole okay, but definitely missing a few things for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was very poor and the restaurant was right next to the reception. If you are looking for a very good place to stay, you should look further. I expected more.

Unfortunately the floor on the bathroom was quite dirty (dirt and long black hair, not ours) when we checked in. We made a complaint and said it would be alright if it’s getting cleaned properly the next day. After returning the floor was still exactly the same. After complaining the second time it was okay but also away from clean. At the checkout we asked for compensation (free parking) because we weren’t offered anything for the inconveniences we had. At least they agreed after speaking to the manager. Besides that 3 stars because of the friendly reception staff (cleanliness was obviously not their fault).

We stayed for 3 nights. We had a lovely welcome, all staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel has a sustainability policy. I didn't mention to anyone that it was my birthday so had a lovely surprise when I returned to the room to find a chilled bottle of fizz and some cake, thanks so much! Would recommend. The only criticism is that the bed was quite firm. Other than this it was brilliant. Thanks Neya hotel!

Our stay here was perfect. We received exceptional service from check-in to meals at the restaurant, the spa services and up until check out. We enjoyed the care they put in to serving us as hotel guests, reception gave great recommendations for sightseeing and were so friendly the entire time. The spa was lovely and we really enjoyed our massages. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we liked how they cared about being eco friendly. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely be back for our future visits to Lisbon.
