One of the most UNPLEASANT housing experiences ever, a VERY BAD, DISHONEST, TOURIST TRAP! We had booked a double room with a private bathroom for the weekend (saturday & sunday), on arrival we were informed that the private bathroom was having problems and that day we would have to use the common shared bathroom for that floor. Plus, the room did not correspond to the pictures on the website and didnt have several of the commodities on the booking page. They assured us, though, that the bathroom problem would be fixed by the next day, offering us a discount of 8€(the tourist fee) for the trouble. We accepted that proposition only because we were arriving late and we couldn't manage to make a different booking for that day, fortunately we were able to stay in a friend's house for that night. The next day we came back in the evening only to find that the bathroom problem was not fixed (supposedly because the workers did not work on Sunday, which was quite predictable on Saturday when we first checked in ). They didn't have other room options (although later on check out the manager said they had, and that we were just misinformed..) so we had to stay there since it was too late to make other arrangements. The shared bathroom was quite disgusting, the room also very cold and did not have heating (contrary to the info on the book page) and to top it off, the next morning we were woken to the sound of heavy hammering on the room wall from ongoing construction work they were doing, starting at 08:00am and carrying on all morning. On checking out we obviously asked for at least half our money back, since we didn't stay there one of the nights and the one we stayed was quite unpleasant, yet they refused to give us that compensation, giving dishonest excuses and offered only a 25% refund on an already quite overpriced reservation. All in all, probably THE WORST housing experience in the last 10 years (and I´m including camping parks in this.)

Check in went fine, even though we came very late. Stayed there for one night and woke up with a lot of bite marks. Thanks for the bedbugs in room 305, but we didn't need any pets.

The location was convenient, close to public transportation and local attractions. The facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was lively. The value for money was reasonable, considering the amenities provided. I felt secure with the available lockers, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

I found great value at Delight Hostel . The affordable rates were justified by a clean and well-maintained environment. The location was convenient, and the staff's friendliness added to the overall positive experience. While it may lack some frills, the basics were covered well. The hostel offered a comfortable stay without breaking the bank, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking good value

First I have booked another image is not same and I have booked 2 rooms but with common room to change another I have payed 44 euro extra and also dark room .

you get what you pay for, not great not terrible. the room cleanliness isn't fantastic, so if you're allergic to dust like me please be careful.

Our check-in was around 11pm and didn't have any problems. The man on the reception was polite. When you enter the building you can smell moisture in the air. We were in the room 204 - room for two with a private bathroom. Room is ok for a night or two but definitely not worth the money. It is small, smelly with thin walls so you hear everything from other rooms and from outside. On the ceiling is a big water leaking spot not even tried to be repaired. There is hot water in the bathroom but the doors of shower cabin are broken. Cleanliness is decent but all room needs renovation. Bed is not so comfortable. In general it is ok for short stay and just sleeping. However the location is great - close to city center and easily reached from airport but way too expensive for what it offers.

Delight Hostel in Lisbon exceeded my expectations. The staff's warm hospitality, clean and comfortable dorms, and a fantastic rooftop terrace with stunning city views made my stay truly delightful. At reasonable price with friendly and healthy environment and location

Good location. Very clean. No towels, unlike some other hostels in the area. Needs more bathrooms. Nice little brunch spot and grocery store next door. The room (twin, private) had no where to hang a coat. No where to put/hang anything in the bathroom, either. Needs more hooks.

We rented a double room for two days while low on cash. The sleep was excellent. Dead silence, fresh air, comfortable bed, nice pillows. Everything is very clean. Nice kitchen. I was a little concerned first when nobody answered the phone. But the receptionist was very helpful and helped with out heavy bags. This is definitely a good sleepover place for a budget traveller.

Worst Hostel I ever stayed at. Sheets are dirty, drainage is blocked, it's noisy, WiFi doesn't work and doesn't look anything like the pictures on booking.com etc. Stay away if possible

Altho a little way out it is easy to walk to 3 different Metro lines. Hotel is basic but it is clean, and we were out all day sightseeing. I’d recommend a room at back as front street is very noisy with traffic. Lots of cafes and supermarkets close by. WiFi doesn’t work with iPhones.

Was there in Jan 2024, a budget friendly hostel, clean, comfortable. The suites room we stayed in was a luxury. Just like the star hotels. Great value for money

Stay somewhere better. This place is in urgent need of lockers, hot showers and working wifi—plus a long list of facilities that don’t work.

Clean hostel in a convenient location. Very close to 3 metro stations (different lines). A few eating places around. Would recommend for a budget-conscious traveller, but bring your own towel!

Beds aren't comfy neither are the pillows, Windows near the road so it's a lot of noise coming in,really thin walls you can hear everything from other peoples rooms, the room I'm staying at 303 way too hot and thanks for the bites from the bed bugs, Price is over 800 there is only 3 beds that's it no tv like most of the rooms the same price and no private bathroo. Such bad Wi-fi you can't go on the Internet properly. I would ask you to stay away and don't make the same mistakes

I had a lovely, relaxing time at this place. It was very new, clean and homely. The staff member treated me very well and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

One of the best place to stay. Its in a posh area, the super market is 10 seconds away. Quiet place very friendly staff. Reasonable price. I have stayed there 3 time and it was amazing will go there again next time.
