A nice and stylish hotel, actually. The rooms are spatious, modern, and well equipped, the breakfast is large and covers both local and international dishes. All in all, this sounds like more than 3 stars. The problem is the staff that is not very friendly and attentive and thus to create any kind of welcoming atmosphere. A pity.

The room wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The bed was comfy for the most part and we had enough room for our stuff. The main issues, however, were with the bathroom. The shower had a gap in between the glass and the door, so unless we were very careful, water sprayed everywhere in the bathroom when we showered. It also didn't have a main shower head, just the detachable spray thing, which wasn't the best. The bathroom also smelled like sewage at least half the time, which was gross to say the least. We could have said something about it, but we really only smelled it when in the bathroom and not in the bedroom, so whatever. Didn't interact with staff very much, but interactions we did have were pleasant. Breakfast food here was best of the three places we stayed in Lisbon. Location was pretty decent. Only about a 20-30m walk to Eduard 7th Park and right next to a metro stop, so you can get around the city pretty easily from here. Minus the bathroom situation, we'd stay here again!

The kettle in the room doesn’t come with coffee only chamomile tea which is very odd. When we asked for coffee they said we don’t provide coffee! What kind of a 4 star hotel doesn’t provide coffee with the kettle! Not close the center at all. There’s literally nothing around the hotel only business offices

AVERAGE service but GOOD LOCATION. We stayed for 4 nights in Hotel 3K Europa in June 2019. It is well located very near the train station and a mall which houses cinemas and shops and supermarket. Public transport is also easily accessible and the airport is a short car ride away. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. However , staff service is not satisfactory.

This is the place to STAY! I was extremely lucky to have found such a place in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Very clean (which is absolutely mandatory, even more so now), very comfortable beds, spacious and comfortable rooms, with plenty natural light, great Internet connection (I had to work online from the hotel, and the connection was flawless). Because the air conditioning system is shut down for health reasons, the rooms are a lot colder. Ask for extra duvets when checking-in. Breakfast is great and it is now served individually. The breakfast room as been rearranged to comply with the new distancing health rules. Great coffee, latte, croissants, eggs, cheese, juices. The hotel deserves 5 stars particularly for the great service provided by the hotel's head officer: polite, efficient, clear, and professional. A lady that would probably excel at any type of job. A true host! However, the night manager made my staying at the hotel a lot less pleasant: there is absolutely no need for passive-aggressive remarks, in particular when guests (or others) have been nothing but polite to you. Questions, doubts or requests should be addressed in a kind manner, despite the seriousness of our current situation: please, be kind, if someone is being kind to you. Perhaps the gentleman fears for the loss of his job, perhaps there is illness in his family; and yet it does not cost you to be kind and clear. Do not speak to others as you were doing them a favour. There are no favours. Only services that may or may not be possible and kind ways to convey messages. Close by you have a restaurant that is still serving meals (take-away service only; when possible, they will deliver at the hotel's reception area and you can pick it up there) called Sauvage. Food and service are great, and they are just across the road.

Unbelievably bad experience. We came looking for a room with good windows as my wife can't sleep when it's loud and the receptionist refused to show us the room. She said she was alone. We proposed to check in, leave all that’s needed, so we can see the room but she still wasn’t willing to work with us. My wife is Ukrainian and tried to explain to her in her native language, but it still didn’t help. What's worse, we went a few minutes down the road to next hotel of the same chain (3k Barcelona) and the receptionist there was very helpful - we stayed there with no problems!

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located for rail and airport, reasonable prices (though breakfast was pricey for what it was). No gym (though listings said there was one, annoying), no airport shuttle (same), but the bus which stops across the street went there pretty fast. I’d go again, but only if geography was the main reason for the stay.

The hotel is great and in a great location. When we left my girlfriend forgot a ring I bought her in Lisbon. We called the hotel and they found it. So a major plus for the people who work there! Thank you guys!!!

Nice Hotel, it’s close to the bull arena, near to a metro station, 20 min from the airport. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The staff is friendly. I will definitely come back.

Good location, near a city mark. Good bed size but that is it. The rest of the room is old. The breakfast lacks some quality on the products, since Portugal has more and better to offer. For the price, it should be better.

The hotel staff are quite helpful and friendly. The location is also very good. Not so far from main attractions but it is in quiter area. You have access to good restaurants and shopping malls in your walking distance area. Breakfast is comparatively good, but they serve same breakfast everyday. You get everyday scrambled eggs but you can order different types so they will prepare for you which is good. Rooms are big enough and it comes with a mini gym a minus one floor. There is not much equipments but enough to do some cardio and basic workout. In most rooms you have working table and view of the outside and sunny rooms also. So if you love to enjoy the sun u can choose sunny rooms. There is mini bar in room and good bar at the lobby as well.

At the hotel reception , the girl (Anna) was very unprofessional and unpleasant. We wanted to stay in the hotel and have her show the room, because now I'm pregnant and I don't sleep well. it is important for me to be quiet in the room. she refused to show the room and I asked if it was quiet. to which I was answered, well, windows are like windows. we were sincerely surprised by such an approach. and then she said, leave if you don't like something. I travel a lot, but I have never seen such a relationship with customers

Good hotel, no problems. Plenty of choices at the breakfast, the rooms are fine. There weren't any chairs or anywhere to sit other than the bed in the room, so if you need to take a call or check emails it's inconvenient.

Convenient because of the location. Perfect for business stay

Very average business hotel at reasonably central location and affordable prices. Service transactional rather than personable. Breakfast oversubscribed and overrated.

Room and bathroom are miniscule. In the lobby, I asked for a bottle of watter, and the receptionist told me to go up and get one from the minibar in my room. The receptionist does not speak Portuguese. Absolutely unbelievable

Correct hotel, friendly staff. Modern rooms, but milk glass wall dividing room and bathroom not a success (how does one go to the toilet at night without waking up the second person), usb outlet in the room is a good idea, but does not charge phone or IPad (not very useful).

This hotel is very modern and clean like an Ikea commercial. Rooms are good size. Our hair dryer blew after 1 minute of use. No kettles or coffee machine. Mini bar says there are a bunch of items that aren't actually there but the best part is that when I asked for an iron they sent me to a closet on floor -1 for a shared iron and board so I had to go and bring my clothes down with me.never seen this before. Close to airport and train station

Around 10 minutes drive from the airport. Room was clean and modern. Good breakfast and close to the metro. The bathroom light was very bright with only a glass window separating it from the bedroom which wasn't ideal.

One iron I basement for all guests. You have to go out if you room. Down to reception. Have to wait in reception line. Then the person will open the room for you. And the room have just space for the iron board. Cannot understand this hotel got 4 stars 😑

Room is very designer looking. But dresign offered over function is not my preference. No USB sockets in an age when even hotels provide it. Shower doors with no gaskets make for classy looks but if you dare use the shower you'll flood the bathroom.

The single room was spacious. Quiet. The district offers restaurants and parks near by. Breakfast was really great. Will return.

This hotel is not a 4* hotel for sure! There was mould in both the bathrooms. The bedside table was damaged by what looked like drinks spillage. The bedroom had tea bags but no milk or sugar etc as one would expect for 4* hotel. When asked for milk/sugar staff were very unhelpful. No iron in room either. Bedroom was clean. That’s about the only thing that was good. Very disappointing hotel.
