Nice clean hotel, friendly service Room was clean but missing basic items like coffee/tea making facilities could do with some prints/picture to give it some ambience. Bathroom could do with tissues and soap dish and working fan Breakfast buffet had good selection but coffee and juices were awful. If you're like us and need a good coffee in the morning suggest to book without breakfast. Paid an extra €3 for a fresh OJ there's a supermarket next door with a juice machine freshly squeezed for €2.50 for 500ml!!

Stayed for 3 nights and it was lovely. Excellent location with many shops and restaurants around. Metro station is 2 mins walk. Big and spacious room, clean. If your room is facing the main road, you might get some noise from outside, even on the 4th floor. Delicious breakfast, and staff are really friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel, it was clean and comfy. Service was good. Only drawback is the location. It’s in the center and close to a historic tram 28 stop but it’s full of homeless people. First thing I saw coming out of the hotel was some junkie peeing a car and screaming “eu sou consumidor”. Weird. Price is good so it’s worth it.

I stayed here from 18 to 21 Jan'2024. The rooms are quite good, and the rates are reasonable. I liked the room. However, the hotel doesn't have soundproofing, so we can hear a lot of noise. Breakfast is ok (can be better). The host is very responsive. I also booked a trip through the hotel to Sintra with Pedro (Yellow Cabs) which I highly recommend. Overall, it was a good experience. A decent 3-star hotel (2KM) from city.

Great stay! Stayed here for 4 nights in Nov 2023. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious compared to some of the other places I’ve stayed in Lisbon and Porto. Location is a bit of a walk from the touristy/centre area (20 minute walk). Still there are some grocery and restaurants nearby. Opted in for breakfast when booking and was not disappointed. Lots of options. Juice, tea, coffee machines, and water. Yogurt, lots of different breads, desserts, and fruits. Hot food included eggs, bacon, and another option that rotates. Free luggage storage if you arrive before check in time. 24 hour reception was nice as well. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Very good 3 - Star Hotel. I have stayed in many of these in Lisbon but this was the best. Clean room, comfortable beds. Fruits for free in the room. Really good breakfast compared to other 3 stars! Only improvement suggestion: WLAN is for free but needs to be renewed after 5 days. Would be cool if it could be valid for the whole stay in case you stay longer than 5 days. Also water pressure could be a bit stronger. But all in all, I loved Hotel Travel Park and will definitely come back!

The rooms and breakfast were very good. The location was not close to the city centre but it was very close to the metro.

Missed a five star rating due to no ice machine, my only complaint. Amazing spread at the breakfast buffet, beautiful hotel, restaurant seating area, and outdoor patio is very private with a screened in patio, no pigeons to bother you! (A bit of a common issue in the streets). I would recommend this hotel.

Love it. Metro near. You can walk to many places. Good breakfast. If You need, there is a garrage next to hotel.

We had high hopes when we arrived in the car park and took the lift up to the well presented lobby area. However, the reception was not welcoming at all and the customer service was not good (except for one lady who was working there when we checked out). Rooms were basic. We wanted a double but there was some mix up and we ended up with a twin. Generally was fine but customer service needs vast improvement. Location seemed OK with lots of shops etc around.

    Solid 3* Hotel. Very good location for Lisbon sightseeing. 1’’ walk to Metro and 5’’ walk to tram 28 stop. Proper breakfast, + for Pastel de Nata;

Very nice 3 star hotel. The room was nice, new furniture and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. The price was decent and we received quality. Only a small disadvantage, there is some small noise when it's quite from the subway

The service by the front staff was great, but the hotel itself is very old. The shower had mold and everything in the room looked over 20 years old. The bed was uncomfortable and felt broken. Thankfully we only stayed for one night. It's not the worst place ever but there are much nicer hotels in Lisboa.

Nice clean rooms, good breakfast, supermarket and metrostation in under a minute… because of the mainstreet along the hotel and the nearby hospital a little loud (sirens)

The hotel is new but it is not about modern . The room is huge but I didn't enjoy it so much. It is not clean in the room, I feel itchy when I came into the room! I will try another as there are a lot good hotels in lisdoa, btw, lisboa is one of my fav. city in the world!

Visited Lisbon for 5 nights with my wife and 15 month year old son, and the Travel Park Hotel was the ideal place to stay. Our room was comfortable and had all the essential toiletries and the option of new bedding everyday. Breakfast was good and the staff (mainly the Indian gentleman) even attended to my son's needs by getting him a highchair. We had asked to fill up our Flask for my son's bottle numerous times and this never phased the staff. Reception staff were also very professional and really friendly (sorry I forgot your names, lady in glasses with curly hair and the gentleman in glasses). The hotel is a minute away from Anjos Station but to be fair if you don't mind walking then Interdente and Martin Monez are only a few minutes walk away. Martin Monez has some really good Bengali restaurants, so we mainly ate there as they catered to our halal diet. Also, we found that souvenirs were much cheaper in Martin Monez than anywhere else in that locality. My family and I used the metro station, which was easy to navigate around but travelling with a toddler in a stroller, we found that Bolt cabs (download the app) was our life saver as the price was already displayed in the app and drivers were always around to pick us up and we never had to wait more than 5mins for a Bolt cab. From our hotel, to the people who worked inside the restaurants to the Bolt drivers, we were truly humbled by the humility and genuine kindness shown by the residents of Lisbon. Thank you.

Decent hotel with Metro and good cafes nearby. Clean rooms and toilet, good housekeeping and staff are friendly and helpful. You can leave luggage with reception after checkout if you want to explore a bit more. Only issue I had is the bedding wasn’t 100% cotton as I have an allergy so had to bring my own.

A very cosy and clean 3-star-hotel. They have a wonderful breakfast. Everybody is very helpful and friendly at the front desk and at their restaurant. We loved staying at Hotel Travel Park Lisboa.

Stayed for a few nights right after my Portugal arrival. Staff was polite, the hotel was clean and they had comfortable beds. The breakfast can be added for a small charge. Overall great experience! Forgot to take pictures, sorry!

I wanted to give 3 stars but overall the hotel is very nice. Rooms are big and clean, beds are comfy and breakfast plus restaurant staff is great and friendly. The problem was with the reception personell which was not professional at all and didn't seem to know how to do their work. We had two separate consecutive reservations plus we paid separately for city tax and breakfast. They couldn't handle such simple problems and we had to explain again and again and again that we paid separately. Luckily we had an email that proved that we paid because they just didn't seem to understand or listen to anything.

We stayed at the travel park hotel from April 22-27, 2022 and our experience was wonderful. Hearty breakfast, friendly and professional waiters, and each day with different specialties (the Pastel de Nata are so good!). The cleanliness of the rooms is incredible: everything always clean and tidy, towels always clean and above all they didn't touch anything, not even when we forgot 200 € on the open suitcase. Finally, I want to thank the reception for their 24/7 assistance and patience, especially the girl with glasses and curly hair and the young Sporting fan boy: they gave us valuable advice and made our stay unforgettable!!! ❤️🇵🇹❤️

Central location with easy access to the Metro station below, parking inside the hotel car park was really great. The hotel is quiet and comfortable A+

I thought this hotel was amazing for a 3* Great choice of breakfast, have to book a time at reception the day before so as it doesn't get overcrowded. Room was clean, shower was powerful, good selection of toiletries, plenty of plug sockets and TV had plenty of channels. 2 metro lines in walking distance with good connections to the airport and at €1.50 really cheap. Staff were pleasant, helpful and polite. If you choose to walk its around 20-25 minutes to the main centre. Superb, thanks to everyone at Hotel Travel Park Lisboa .

I made an reservation for a room in June through Despegar.com and this hotel without explaining cancelled my reservation. I’ve planned my Europe vacation and this hotel just made an absolutely unnecessary headache. Not recommended

Because my hotel in Sintra was cancelled, I quickly needed a new hotel for two nights in Lisbon. It is a nice hotel at 25 minutes walking distance from the centre. The hotel is around the corner from a metro station but you can also take a scooter or taxi. The rooms are very basic but good. I personally didn't like the bed (very hard mattress) and had some problems with the air conditioning, which made it very hot. I had read some reviews here about the attitude of the staff at the reception, but I didn't notice anything about it, they were very friendly! There was leakage in the bathroom. When I reported it, the staff member told me she could look at it the next morning. Later she called me that she would like to bring some towels to clean it up. Very friendly. The breakfast is very extensive. They have different types of bread, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, sweets. The breakfast positively surprised me. They also have a terrace where you can sit outside.

Nothing fancy, just a good nights sleep! Rooms are very clean, comfortable mattress, strong AC and water pressure. Friendly helpful staff. And the bonus was the on location parking garage for €12/night.

Everything is well at the hotel, clean rooms, quiet environment, friendly staff. The breakfast contains everything you need. The Location of hotel is very good, near the Metro station and also by walking is only 25 minutes to the city center and port. But the only thing that I didn’t understand in lisbon was the city tax and safty box expenses. I really didn’t have such an experience before. Its better to include all the expenses at the time of reservation. But nevertheless thank you for everything.

We expected it to be very good and it was better than that! Rooms spotless and well appointed, about 20-25min walk to the centre so perfect for touring. The fortress is nearby, bit of a climb but like, this is Lisbon, a lot of things are upwards. The breakfast? Really really good, if you're hungry by lunchtime, it's your own fault, the hotel lays on an excellent spread. Easygoing and relaxed, we'll use this hotel again when we're back in Lisbon.

I stayed for three days at this hotel, and I truly appreciated the service provided by the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. I had a minor issue with the bedding in the room, but when I mentioned it, the staff promptly replaced the bedding and even offered me some thoughtful gifts along with a handwritten apology letter. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
