Is it even possible to rate cero?, I think I'd feel cleaner and SAFER sleeping at a park instead of this place, pictures have nothing to do with reality. Dirty, messy, mattress was sank like it had been used for centuries. Had to leave and find another place.

Good hostel stay and cheap accomodation

The hostel wasn't great, but it wasn't tragic either. For one night ok, but worse if you want to be longer. A bit dirty and neglected.

Very rude and uneducated staff.can't speak english even can't speak good portuguese.They speakes lies alot. People should go to Police station immediately if they are doing fraud with anyone.

Do not stay here! It’s dirty, the room stunk of sweat, the bathroom was hideous, there is no sink in the ‘kitchen’ to pour a glass of water from. The whole place was tiny, it’s a 3 bed flat turned into a hostel. Foul. Don’t do it

Fuimos una amiga y yo en el 2019, la experiencia horrible. Nadie en recepción, tuvimos que llamar y la chica que vino hablaba poco inglés, fuimos al edificio de al lado donde estaban las habitaciones, el portal lleno de basura, al entrar la habitación sucia, sin hacer, la cama llena de manchas...un horror. El baño sucio, oxidado, fatal. Le pedimos el libro de reclamaciones y estaba a reventar de quejas. Ni Booking ni PayPal nos ayudaron, no cumplían ni siquiera con las medidas Covid. Las fotos del anuncio una estafa!!! Nos fuimos de ahí y tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento rápidamente,por no dormir en la calle. Ojalá cierren el sitio!
