Bedbugs in the beds. And the staff don´t clean. Horrible!

Two Venezuelan guys make this tiny hostel run sweetly and smoothly with a lot of care and laughter. It is highly affordable and seems to attract a lively but respectful group of travelers and South Americans here to work. There is very little common space so be prepared to share the kitchen and bathroom with all the other guests. It’s a warm, homely and scrupulously clean place, and it would be hard not to enjoy yourself here.

Place is small... but was enough for one nigth stay. Can't imagine longer stay. More closet space would always be nice... Advantage of two bathrooms is nice. Could be cleaner (smaller bathroom) but it also depends on the other people that stay there beaides you.

The place is great its very clean and the lady is very very friendly and welcoming. There are absolutely no bed bugs the beds are brand new and it all looks modern and nice. There are two bathrooms that are shared with the people who stay over but they are both new and clean. The sheets smell fresh and the beds are comfy. Its close to the center and the prices are super affordable. I really recommend this place. 👌😊

Wirkt von außen eher unangenehm und dreckig. Von Innen allerdings wird man von der Sauberkeit und der Moderne der Zimmer überrascht. Allerdings ist es sehr eng und man teilt sich mit mehreren Personen die Toilette, weshalb man dahingehend genügend Zeit einplanen sollte. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gute Anbindung zum Zentrum Lissabons und mehrere Cafés befinden sich in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.

I am writing this in Oct 22 and pls disregard all bad comments that are older than four months. Four months ago the brother of the owner moved in and he keeps everything very very clean and is friendly and helpful. (He lives there himself and he keeps the place clean and safe.) The room is bright, the mattress quite comfortable and the location is right next to the metro and several bus stops. But yes, you have to share the 2 bathrooms with other people but they state that in the booking. What you pay and what you get fits nicely together. Please note that check in is only after 4pm. If you arrive early, chances are that no one‘s there to greet you as the place is a big apartment and it doesn’t have a reception. You’re not even able to enter the building.

Had a bad experience and the communication was unreliable. Recommend to stay somewhere else if you can. There are better options in Lisbon for a similar budget.

Friendly staff

Its okay if you are going alone or friends or buddies for a short trip. Rooms are rather congested and small. No one is available 24*7 to reach out to in case of emergency. The bath room is shared so sometime an issue. Location is good.
