This place is a scandal. This shouldn’t be even allowed by law to host people. Imagine renting a room where you find a broken bed with a missing leg, literally, and with walls covered with mold, it was super humid. Add that to the huge cracks in the walls, the faint lights, the general feeling of dirtiness.. I rented way cheaper places around the world with way better conditions. The star is there for its respectful staff, who accepted to give us a refund without a problem.

CAREFULL, FAKE 5 STAR REWIEWS ON THIS HOTEL, Terrible place, the whole room smelled to wet and moldy, the walls look very dirty, there was bedbugs and we had to put all our bagaggge on quarentene after our stay here, they charge way too much for such a terrible appartment, zero hygiene standards.

So bad...4 flights of stairs, old, falling apart, stinky, no mirrors in the bathrooms or in the room...very annoying. No kettle in the kitchen...only 1 burner on the stove worked and the flame was so low...took forever, so i heated water in the microwave for my coffee. The pics on the site are NOTHING like the real thing! Not worth the money I paid!!

The rooms and bathrooms are ok but the kitchen is not too nice and there’s barely any plates/pots/knives. Other than that totally fine.

Für den günstigen Preis kann man hier auf jeden Fall 1 - 2 Nächte verbringen..mehr aber auch nicht. Überall riecht es nach schimmel, offene Kabel und Kaputte Steckdosen und die ganze Wohnung wurde gefühlt seit den 80er Jahren nicht modernisiert. Die Türen fallen fast auseinander, es gab ein paar Stunden kein Wasser,... Immerhin ist die Wohnung zentral und fußläufig erreicht man die Innenstadt in 15 Minuten.

Die Küchenausstattung ist ausbaufähig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber sehr undicht was Wärme, Feuchtigkeit und Lärm betrifft. Wie angenehm der Aufenthalt wird hängt von ihren Zimmernachbarn stark ab.

Good and clean hostel for a good city stay. We could walk to all destination we wanted to see and were really happy with the owner! :) She cleans the shared rooms every day, therefore it is really clean. You will have to know, that the hostel is in a normal apartment, therefore there are some loud neighbors included. It didn't really annoy us, but it is good to know in case you want a calm place.

I don't know why the rating of this hostel is like that, cause for this price and location in Lisbon you won't find a better solution! Actually, I would rather say that the hostel is underestimated: the kitchen and bathrooms were always clean - thanks to the administrator Barbara who keeps an eye on that and is veeery welcoming :). We got a room for two for 5 nights and it was truly amazing cause it was big and with a balcony! So in our turn, it was a quiet and nice place to sleep while exploring this beautiful city.

Clean and has a lovely staff. However, due to the broken bathroom, we only had 1 small one in our floor for all the bedrooms. And don't expect much more than the basics from the bedroom: bed with basic thin foam mattress, table and chairs and a light. But it's Lisbon, you're not staying in the bedroom much.

It's a great value for the money. Especially off season. The staff is great and just for a sleep it's a good place :) Since it's set up like an apartment, there is not much room and almost nothing besides the bed in the room. Also you can hear/wake up if someone comes in at night, because the door bell is heard everywhere loudly.

We had a small room and rather redecorated long time ago...the room looked "a little bit" different than on the photos. Additionally this is not a quiet place, we could't sleep because of traffic noise. Bathroom is shared outside the room and is not cleaned every day. There was breakfast in the offer but there was no breakfast in the kitchen in place. If you need sth cheap it will be enough, otherwise I would not recommend.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE -There are party at 11pm by the families next to our room and no one care about that, we cannot rest for the long flight tomorrow -The facilities inside of our room is horrendous, electric plug in is unstable and dangerous, dirty towels still there and were hanged when we checked in so no one did clean our room before - The toilet was disgusting, smelled bad and molding everywhere The worst hostel I have visted so far Lisbon is a wonderful city and do not let this hostel ruin your trip

Third floor and no elevator, by the way very close to the city center. We had a private bathroom out our room. The owner was so kind with us

There is no bathroom in the "special " room as advertised. Noisy all the night and the workers make it even worst in the morning. There's not any respect for the guests. I

The romms are in a bad shape, my window opend in a chimney so i could barelly get some fresh air in, the toilet paper ran out and the sound isolation was non existing. The beds were confy

Not the best hostel you might find in town, the bathroom was not so clean and the kitchen surely needs a renovation. But the staff is nice and the price reasonable. Don't come here if you need to carry big luggage with you as they are on the 3rd floor and there is no lift!

Cons: -Dirty walls -it was super hot, the window opened up in a tight corridor, with no possibility of proper ventilation -really noisy -the front door bearly worked, in fact all doors barely worked - at checkin the staff barely opened the hostel for us (it was 10pm, not super late). - the door from our room didn't close properly Pro: -it's cheap. I only needed a clean bed in a clean room but I wouldn't say that this hostel offers it. i would avoid it.

On 3 floor no lift, very uncomfortable bed, toilet not in the room, old establishment that has not been upgraded. We did not enjoy the stay ...

I have booked room in this hostel for next week. For last few days I am trying to contact them. They are ignoring my emails, calls. Did anyone have similar issues with this hostel? Does it still exist? I never had similar situation. Sometimes I had difficulties with contacting the hostel/hotel but I have never been totally ignored.
