Sehr hellhörig und nicht den Bildern entsprechend! Es ist klein, in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand und du hörst ALLES von deinen Nachbarn. Das Bett ist steinhart und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, das Fenster aufzulassen ist unmöglich, da es extrem laut ist. Das Bad ist eklig und bei den Männern richtig demoliert. Unsere Lebensmittel wurden aus dem Kühlschrank geklaut. Zwei Sterne gibt es für den Empfang und den günstigen Preis.

They canceled my booking when i was almost there and paid a taxi to get there. They say it was a booking.com problem. But i I had to waste time and money without any additional supports from guesthouse and booking.com Awful experience. They need to manage their bloody property better and learn what the da*n is customer support.

The loudest place in the Lisbon! Нotel (hostel) doesn't control the behavior of the residents in any way. As the result till 03AM : music, loud laughter, doors knocking and screaming. You can only ask another residents to be hush, but usually it help for 10 minutes. It is impossible to have good sleeping or some rest here. I don't recommend this place to anyone. And I'm regret that I choose this place!

The GOOD- quiet location, clean rooms, friendly owners and great if you are athletic and like a good workout. The BAD- a trek up a very dark, creaky wooden staircase. (If you are American, it’s really 5 tall floors, not 4. In Europe, ground floor is 0). The UGLY- we booked for three nights, but my wife has a bad hip so we never made it passed day one. They have a no refund policy. ( humm, wonder why?) I asked Catarina if we could get a refund for at least one of the remaining days. Said she had to ask her sister but to no surprise I have not heard back. So it goes.

we had a smaller room in the accommodation, which contained several such rooms with a shared kitchen, plant and magical...we were overall rather satisfied if some things could be improved for the comfort of customers (the light in the corridor turned on 24 hours, the peace of others,...) , but the accommodation lived up to its billing and the communication with the accommodation was again top notch, I recommend it to people just for a one-night stay

Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung, Straße abgewandte Seite. Riecht nach Reinigungsmittel n, eine Putzkraft war täglich vor Ort. Gemeinschaftliche Küche, Kühlschränke und Bäder vom Zustand her OK. Lage war gut, es gibt sehr unterschiedliche Zimmer. Kommunikation über booking unproblematisch.

The rooms are way smaller than expected from the photo, the bed was fairly small for two people and unfortunately it was super loud because street is extremely busy also at night. It was very clean everything and the Girls are nice but unfortunately we had a very bad night.

Very warm room, but the fact that the bedsheets were not changed was for sure the most unpleasant experience we had there

Am Tag der Anreise wurde unsere Buchung storniert, aufgrund der schlechten Bauweise der Nachbarn über dem Zimmer(?). Wir waren ziemlich verärgert über diese kurzfristige Stornierung, da wir schon auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft waren.

Realy nice, good location, very nice building, excelent value for cost

Nice and modern. Good kitchen. Very attentive staff from the Café across the street. Only minus is that the doors are historische, which means you can hear a lot of stuff from the hallway or the room next door. Not really suitable for bike travellers (4th floor, no elevator).

Nice building, easy communication, huge room, good value for money, it was little bit cold in the room (winter in Lisbon) and soundproof isolation could be little bit better. Recommended if in Lisbon, for sure would come back

Super Hostel, the rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful and comprehensive ! Catarina is always available when you need something. I recommend !!

Only great if it just a bed you need ....so more for people being quiet early morning or late at night cause it two keys to get to room

Well, we never managed to see the place, since we had this booked for over 2 weeks, but when we were about to arrive (less than two hours away) they canceled past the check in time. Not even message or a call. Not recommended at all

Beautiful place to stay in Lisbon. Clean environment and friendly service. Good location and pleasant stay. I can only recommend.

Do not stay here!!! My friend and I had booked this hotel 3 months in advance, super excited to stay only to have the hotel cancel the booking 12 hours before we were supposed to check in . Leaving us scrambling to find other accommodation. It was a horrible and stressful situation I would not stay here ever.

A range of disappointments and surprises, each one worse than the other... Cleaning not done, the refrigerators still full of dishes from the predecessors, rotten vegetables, the coffee maker still full, the sinks and three toilets out of four clogged and the showers in a sorry state. A nightmare.

Beyond disappointed. Room looks not as pictured. Toilets and showers are shared and not clean at all. Also it feels like the walls are paper. You hear every word or move of everyone. Do yourself and your money a favour and book something different.
