+ Postiv: Nichts - Sehr laut, nachts klingeln alle die ins Hotel wollen, das hört man in die Zimmer. Die Betten durchgelegen, Räume nur dürfitg geputzt, teilweise noch Fließen im Badezimmer locker. Personal spricht nur teilweise englisch - Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, entspricht nicht der Werbung. Besser hier nicht übernachten.

Horror, not a hostel.

Horrific place! Antisanitary levels are of the charts, cockroaches on the kitchen, holls in walls, black fungas on the walls in every shower room, some rooms don't have toilets, but have bidet! Just awful, everything is old and falling apart.

I've known the house for some time and I feel comfortable with the politeness and respect that the employees show me. Not to mention the description, which is great.

Tiny rooms with basin and bidet, no toilet seat.

People were nice and always willing to help, however the communication wasn't easy (they only speak Portuguese). The location is ok, Arroios metro station is 5 minutes away. The room we stayed was with private bathroom but without air conditioning -seem like you can't have both-. If the room has air conditioning there are no windows, if it has, is small located high on the wall and not easy to reach. During the evenings is noisy and hot, one can hear machines working around 3- 4 am

Não recomendo. Foi a pior estadia que já tive. E já Viajei muito. Péssimo atendimento. O quarto era péssimo. Toalhas rotas. Cama com cabelos. Quarto sujo. Solicitei uma peça de fruta( já não comia há 4 horas e era 2 da manhã) e claro que ia pagar. Qual é o meu espanto enquanto estávamos na cozinha , a senhora renega-me uma peça de fruta. Muito barulho durante à noite. Pequeno-almoço não havia. Justificação, A funcionária não tinha fechado. E devia refilar com o patrão. Só ele é que podia repreender a funcionária pelo atraso. Omg que justificação. Péssimo. Mesmo! Não recomendo. Muito mau

Cozy hotel with very warm and attentive hostess. Very clean and ordered little rooms. We did not expected bearfast but it was included at our rate. Perfect place for small budget
