Quite simply DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this store!!!! Once they have your money they don’t care wether the item works or not. I bought an epilator by Braun. Got it home and it wouldn’t even turn on. (I think they had it that long in the store that the battery died) I was expecting to return it and simply get a refund, but oh no. They can’t do that…..apparently. It has now been sent away for repair. How long will it take? Who knows? Meanwhile they still have my money and I have no epilator. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE

I bought a fridge a month ago and was delivered unsuccessful. The fridge was damaged in the process i made complaint, No reply till date. Radio popular didn't have good service in delivery and do not care about their customers.

Understaffed and not organized, mayhem as employees scramble to do their jobs, be it at the till, or in the store, most staff is ill manered. The price tags on some products are missing. The prices are most of the time ok, and they have a good variety of brand on most products.

Went with ny husband to see and buy appliances. We were there for over an hour and a half and no one even asked us if we need any help!!! Obviously if we are there looking and opening the doors of the fridge for more than an hour, we came to buy! Than we went downstairs to say what we want to order, and the service was very lacking, no one wanted to help us, and than one guy came to us and barely looked at us, was very impatient towards us, we felt he just wanted us to leave the store. The service is really bad, no one wants to help, and no one wants to do their job. Not recommended.

This is a well stocked Radio Popular store where you can see most models of items unless you are looking for high end laptops which unfortunately are only available in the warehouse. I would have liked to show you the inside of the store but unfortunately after taking a photo I was approached by the staff and told I had to delete the photos. I explained that it was for a google review and no photos would include customers but they obviously must have something to hide or are shy of publicity. Never had this problem in other branches or with competitor stores such as Worten, Media Markt etc who are more than happy for the publicity. After I put my phone away I was followed around the store by security and other staff members which was a bit intimidating but I guess they wanted to make sure I didn't take any photos. Enjoy the shots of the outside.

They sent me from another Radio Popular to this one because their system said they have the calculator that I wanted here. Turns out they didn't have it here either and I wasted more than 1 hour of my life.

I wish that this store has the same customer service team like the one in Carcavelos, because in Carcavelos they are more friendly and much more helpful than them especially this store that I am providing a one star is due to the way of how they treat you and try to avoid you so they won't do their work properly as the others so my advise to you is to go to Carcavelos and let them trained the staff

This is a great shop for your home electronics. The shop is very nice, accessible by car, they have an elevator for accessibility. The staff was very friendly and patient. Thank you all
