The Joaquim Chaves laboratories are some of the best we have in Portugal. I speak for myself, at the Azeitão harvesting center. Fast and professional.

I haven't done the COVID analysis yet and the confusion is already in place. It's a shame because it's the only laboratory that does the test without an appointment. The confusion is just due to a lack of common sense on the part of the person distributing the passwords. A person can have more than one password. Today for example, there were only 17 people in front of me, but they had already distributed 58 passwords... if we add to this that they only have 60 tests, imagine the confusion.

5 stars, very good service and very fast, I got the results of the analysis on the same day, the opening hours and the fact that it opens at 7 am is also very good for me.

Large public turnout, made worse by Covid tests. On top of that, there are no arrival passwords, which unnecessarily provokes discussions. I recommend ONLY blood tests to the laboratory until 11 am (people are fasting) and from that time onwards for covid tests. I liked the professionalism and friendliness of the nurse, otherwise I would have rated it 1. I don't recommend it (for now)

I loved the professionals I saw, when I went for tests, it was never easy for me to take blood, my veins always burst and I ended up fainting, I went here for 5 months and they always took it the first time, they never burst a vein, I barely noticed the needle, very friendly always wanting to know if I was ok and talking to you. I sincerely hope that it continues like this, and that the professionals I have found remain there for a long, long time. I recommend it!
