Business
Hotel
in
Lisbon
For
a
trade
fair
visit
I
stayed
5
nights
in
the
Ramada
by
Wyndham
in
Lisbon.
The
hotel
is
a
quite
modern
hotel,
in
the
Olaias
district.
It's
very
close
to
the
Metro
station
"Olaias"
which
makes
travel
in
the
city
very
easy
and
comfortable,
even
without
a
car.
The
service
at
the
reception
is
based
on
the
staff
very
different
-
while
the
check
in
was
amazing,
complaints
management,
service
requests
and
check
out
were
sort
of
disappointing.
Sadly
the
corona
rules
and
learnings
are
either
requested
or
enforced.
So
no
masks
in
the
lobby
for
the
guests,
in
the
elevators
and
on
the
hallways.
And
no
intention
of
the
staff
to
change
that.
The
rooms
are
modern
with
a
tendency
to
look
worn
off.
While
you
can’t
hear
anything
from
the
outside
traffic,
the
AC
is
very
loud
and
also
the
social
life
of
your
room
neighbours
will
not
be
a
secret
for
you.
The
rooms
are
clean
and
the
bed
is
comfortable.
The
preparation
was
not
up
to
100%,
I
had
to
ask
several
times
for
a
full
set
of
towels.
Sadly
the
room
service
has
to
be
ordered
via
pre
printed
notes
-
and
acts
at
unusual
times.
On
the
first
day
out
of
the
trade
fair
I
didn't
get
room
service.
So
some
lights,
some
shadows
in
this
department.
Also
to
mention
-
when
you
open
the
water
taps
the
first
water
that
comes
out
is
yellowish
(see
picture),
so
better
let
the
faucet
run
before
facilitating
the
water.
