It took nearly 10 minutes to actually get in, longer for one of my friends. After playing roulette at minimum €5 stake then a very quick go on the blackjack table €10 a pop (bit expensive i thought) we went to get a drink, asked for one whisky with ice and one coke, husband got a whisky with coke, took ages trying to explain to the server but she didn't understand at all so we just left it at that. The smoking area left a lot to be desired. Most people would think smart casual would be acceptable for a casino but no, that's not the case, mostly scruffy day to day garb worn. Being in Vilamoura I would have thought the place would be a bit more upmarket. I'm not a snob, this was my birthday treat and I made the effort thinking thats what you do when going to a casino, obviously not here.

Double down only on 9-10-11, double after split possible, automatic shuffle machine, minimum bet 10€, no 5€ tables but rules where quite good for a casual player. Very spacious which was nice. Heineken beer 3.50€. Blackjack dealer quite good. Personally, I don't think the bad reviews are quite right, since it was a pretty good experience for us atleast. And I made 150 out of 50 euro's, so 100 euros profit :) Would recommend for the casual blackjack player. Wouldn't recommend for roulette players (outside ring minimum 25€ which is insane) otherwise only machines without a live dealer which suckes for interaction with dealer and others.
