Lovely garden plaza with a beautiful tree canopy. Great place to chill in the shade, have an Espresso and people watch. Weekends you will probably find local vendors around the sidewalks selling a variety of produce and handmade local crafts.

Amazing but not really well kept , this old city garden with some of the most popular and most beautiful trees in the portuguese way of getting things done...this garden deserves to be seen and experienced with a grain of salt..but well worth it

Great place to have a coffee, wine or any kind of beverage, at the “kioskos” under magical trees brought from the American continent.

  • 5Jerry M. 8 months ago
Maybe my most favorite park in Lisbon. It's a perfect combination of nature, art, walkways, grass, benches, and cafe in a free space that's easy to get around. Way better than the botanical garden nearby, and it's free!

The Príncipe Real Garden is magical. It is both simple a charming. There are plenty of banks to remain in there for a while, two kiosk to buy beverages, a little restaurant, an underground museum, and a magnificent Tree in the middle of the park. I love coming to this park, since this does symbolizes the essence of that bohemian and romantic spirit of Lisbon.

  • 5Zoltan D. 6 months ago
Lovely little park in the heart of Lisbon. Small coffee shops are makes it an ideal spot to take a break and enjoy nature even in busy times. There's a fresh water tap and plenty benches for a short relaxation or picnic.

Delicious meal. The bread basket and garlic shrimp alone had my kids (11 and 13) licking their fingers. Service was kind and friendly. Loved our experience!

Good place to spend some time in Lisbon. All the surroundings make you fell that you're not in the center of a city. Close to Bairro Alto and with lots of places to eat and visit nearby.

Great park, shady and has a water fountain to fill your water bottle. The cafe in there is good value -2 euro for a huge glass of wine

  • 5Alnasir C. 3 months ago
One of the really popular and central areas of Lisboa. The Flores square is the place to go with no less than 8 cafes and restaurants and very busy. If you don't get a table no worries get a drink and sit on one of the 10 benches in the square while waiting for your table.

(Translated by Google) Small, simple, nice, tidy and with beautiful and majestic trees. As usual, nature is very much loved and appreciated here in Lisbon, and this can only please me. Also in the middle of this garden there is a very characteristic bar and a kiosk bar, also characteristic. Literally in a fantastic central location, a walk and you are already in baixa chiado, a very central area full of shops. What can I say, this city is really beautiful (Original) Piccolo, semplice, carino, ordinato e con degli alberi bellissimi e maestosi.

(Translated by Google) Excellent residential area, has all the trade around as well as transport. Very central place that you can choose to walk. If not, it's parking. For us residents, although we have the badge it is always unbearable to want to get home and not have a place for the car. (Original) Zona residencial excelente, tem todo o comércio à volta assim como transportes. Local bem central que pode optar se por andar a pé. O senão, é o estacionamento. Nice garden not so big. Trees, grass and shade good enough for a rest. There is also a small restaurant with a terrace - normal prices. Being in a crowded area specially when are turists it might be hard to find a parking spot. Otherwise there is a public parking (with payment) around the park.
