What to say about the Parque das Nações? What an amazing destination to visit while in the city of Lisbon. The picturesque setting, gentle breeze, dining options, and even attractions like the cable cart and the overlook tower make of this a must-visit for locals and foreign tourists. Additionally, you can just go for a stroll, a run, or just to sit down and enjoy the views. You can also take the little ones to the children's playground. Last but not least, you'll be staring right at the famous Vasco da Gama bridge. I highly recommend it!

A short walk from the mall is a cool park with the flags of the countries around the world flying proudly. This park is overlooking the Tagus River and the Vasco de Gama Bridge, the longest bridge in all of Europe. There are cool sculptures in this park, as well.

Great afternoon can be spent in this newly developed Parque das Nações district. What was previously abandoned buildings and empty lots, was refurbished and developed for the Expo 98 in Lisbon. Now has a mall, casino, arena for concerts and shows, walking and cycling parks, street art, sculptures, water features, a state of the art Oceanarium, as well as a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. Very different from the old historic side of Lisbon, but worth the visit.

A really beautiful park along the water. You can go for a nice walk. It's green, by the water, lots of nice statues, restaurants and a cable car. This park is also easily accessible by subway and train (train station nearby). And there is also a shopping center nearby.

Take the metro or bus to Oriente station to the Expo 1998 site on the Tejo. Impressive architecture. We were there at 10 a.m. in February and everything seemed pretty deserted, but that didn't bother us. Many restaurants were still closed, but things are certainly different here in the summer. We walked to the Vasco da Gama tower (unfortunately you can't go up there unless you reserve a table at the hotel) and from there took the cable car along the Tejo. No people, no queuing, as I said: February and 10 a.m. With Lisbon Card 10% discount! We drove there and back so we could enjoy the trip longer. And we have that. Great view! You travel in small cabins, so you're alone. When you board, a photo will be taken, which you can then buy for €10. Afterwards we walked along the Tejo to the Oceanium. In between, a coffee on a sun terrace. Very, very nice walk. And then we went to the Oceanium (own review). All comfortable on a morning. We were thrilled!

Beautiful place. The flags are very interesting, and so are the artworks around it. It also has a beautiful view of the Vasco Da Gama bridge on the other side of the bay, paired with views of the bay itself and the cable car. Overall, beautiful and lively place.

More modern looking part of Lisbon. Felt quite different here from other places . Nice to walk around and see high rise buildings. The mall is nice too. Walk by riverfront and you can admire the high rise building around and also the bridge. There are also cable cars visible but we didn't try that out. We were using public transportation and came to Oriente. The train station is nice too.

The best area to stay in Lisbon. Many restaurants and a promenade on the banks of the Tagus River to enjoy and enjoy. There is a really cool cable car to ride

I was flying to Frankfut and had a layover of about 5 hours in Lisbon. It was enough time to go to visit Parque Das Nacoes. I took the train from airport and back.

The place may have once been nice. The cable car looks nice and the view of the water is ok, but the park is definitely not a must-have. First and foremost, all flags that are mostly frayed by the wind. Ok for a short shopping trip on the way to the airport.

A must-visit if you are in Lisbon. Although some areas are already showing the passage of time, in general it continues to be an extraordinary offer for leisure activities and family outings. You can choose to explore the gardens, take a walk along the river, ride the cable car or simply sit by the river and relax! You can choose to visit the Oceanarium, or other pavilions, go to the Vasco da Gama shopping center, among others...it's all worth it! The park was very well designed, it has everything.

Nice place, very different side of Lisbon from What most of the central districts look like. I got there by e bike from the city centre and had a chance to see some rarely spoken side of Lisbon(not dangerous at all, more like sleep districts) on my way, but the place itself is worth visiting too, at least for the look at the Vaska Da Gamma bridge and the oceanarium- one of the best in Europe. I think it’s also a suitable place for a walk with kids, the promenade is a bit shattered by trees and it’s very comfortable even in the hottest day of the year

This is a great park to walk and people watch along the water front. It's near the expo center and mall. Many of little places to explore and enjoy some outside time.

Great seeing the art and flags. Seems a bit empty but it’s the views and walks you go for.

Exactly between the airport and the city center (Oriente). Lovely promenade very next by the sea, bunch of bistros. Totally worth of visiting.

It's a nice area for a walk by the riverfront near the aquarium and mall with a lawn to relax nearby and kids play area. The walk is adorned by beautiful fountains throughout.

Its a nice place to walk a bit along the river:). If you walk out of the vasco da gama mall there is first an amazing artwork worth to take a closer look at. Walk further to the water and keep walking to the left there you will have a nice view of the whole vasco da gama bridge.

Very nice day out, the shopping mall is close by and there are little cafes to sit and enjoy the scenery along the sea bank. Definitely recommend!

Really indifferent. A lot of buildings and more interesting : some malls and places to shop behind the park. The park itself is nothing important in my opinion. There are smaller squares in Lisbon that are worth visiting.

👍👍 Beautiful place. It's such a pleasure to be here in any season in full sun or under the moon. The Belem tower is awesome !
