I
was
looking
forward
to
my
visit
but
I'm
rather
disappointed.
Yes,
it
is
an
impressive
building
with
lots
of
stores,
but
not
very
practical
for
actual
shopping.
There
is
no
map
or
store
directory
available
anywhere
-
these
should
be
at
each
entrance.
Because
of
the
building
design
it
is
confusing
to
find
anywhere
specific
without
just
walking
every
metre
of
every
floor.
The
shops
need
to
be
listed
by
category
and
we
need
a
map!
I
suspect
this
has
been
done
on
purpose
to
make
sure
everybody
spends
more
time
wondering
around
and
so
pass
by
more
stores
-
NOT
a
good
plan
in
Covid
times,
or
for
anyone
who
is
just
short
of
time.
There
are
some
signs
overhead,
but
only
for
the
biggest
stores
and
I
suspect
they
must
pay
extra
for
this
service.
I
tried
following
signs
to
the
customer
service
desk
but
I
never
found
it
and
ended
up
going
around
in
circles.
After
one
hour
I
left
without
finding
what
I
needed.
The
toilets
were
not
very
numerous,
quite
difficult
to
find
and
they
were
dark
and
cramped
and
not
particularly
clean.
Also,
there
were
very
few
places
to
sit
and
rest,
so
there
were
groups
of
people
sitting
down
on
the
floor
making
it
difficult
to
pass
by
-
again,
I
suspect
a
ploy
to
force
more
people
into
the
food
court.
I
would
hate
to
be
an
elderly
person
trying
to
get
around
here!
I
think
they
just
tried
too
hard
to
make
this
place
look
impressive
without
thinking
about
the
people
who
would
actually
use
it
each
day.
In
summary
-
by
all
means
come
here
to
look
and
stroll
if
you
need
to
pass
some
time,
but
for
real
shopping
-
go
somewhere
smaller
or
better
organised.
