As a Prio customer, I request that measures be taken in the face of this situation so that it does not go unpunished and I await your feedback to decide whether the fleet partnership remains with your dear company. (Original) No dia 13/05/2022, por ser cliente frotista dirigi-me ao Posto Prio em São Bernardo para abastecer o meu veiculo onde me deparei por parte da funcionária Srª Raquel um enorme desrespeito e ausência de cordialidade, civismo e notória falta de cordialidade exigido pela profissão que exerce. O facto ocorre quando me dirijo à janela exterior de atendimento, para solicitar o abastecimento frota. A funcionária pediu-me que entrasse dentro da loja para realizar um pré pagamento, onde a funcionária em questão já estaria a atender outros clientes. Por estar aos risos com outros clientes e de telemóvel nas mãos, respondeu-me com tom de voz irónico e com termos verbais impróprios de acordo com o senso comum cívico que deveria ter no seu posto de trabalho. A funcionária foi desrespeitadora e até agressiva quanto ao tom de voz e discurso. Logicamente que este desplante me deixou furioso, pois a funcionária não merece estar em atendimento ao público e denigre de forma brutal a vossa imagem. Na loja em questão não indica que o atendimento é apenas e exclusivamente dentro da mesma, alêm do mais, a Srª Raquel já estaria a atender outros clientes dentro do estabelecimento levantando assim, com aquele discurso, algum tipo de favoritismo face às pessoas em si. Após esta situação retirei-me, pois estava com minhas filhas menores no carro. Ao arrancar, percebi que a funcionária, saiu pelas traseiras da loja provavelmente para fumar e aproveitar para ter uma conversa social com outros clientes não respeitando assim seu posto de trabalho. Como cliente Prio, solicito que sejam tomadas medidas face a esta situação para que não passe impune e aguardo o vosso feedback para decidir se a parceria de frota se mantém com a v/ prezada empresa.
