Brilliant location. Staff could not do enough to help. Breakfast was continental, that is cold, but on 3rd day noticed hot food could be ordered. Overall, brilliant

We enjoyed our stay at Vincci Liberdade! Spacious and comfy rooms, well equipped for all our needs (including coffee machine). We appreciated the view and the quietness during the night. The hotel has a nice position, close to the Avenida metro station and the luxury brands shop on the avenue.

Very polite and friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, in a large shopping area and within walking distance of many bus and metro stops. Highly recommend.

Excellent as always. In a beautiful part of Lisbon just off the Avenida de Liberdade. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean with the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. Great bathroom with complimentary creams, gels and shampoos in designer style bottles and large bath towels. When looking for a hotel, if this comes up, look no longer just book, you wont be disappointed.

Boutique style hotel, located close to Avenida de Liberdade nearby all the high end stores and approx. 15-20min walk from Lisbon main attractions. Hotel itself offers cosy rooms, equipped with comfy bed, spacious bathroom and cabinets. Helpful and kind service. Good breakfast. Great value for money especially compared to other hotels in Lisbon.

Very good hotel in the city center with parking (extra fee). The staff was very polite and helpful all the time. They made us an upgrade for free so we stayed in one of the corner rooms with 2 big balconies. Everything was clean and changed every day. Breakfast was good with a lot of options made at the moment. It’s very difficult to find a 4 star with this level in Portugal so I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

I loved the bed! After staying at other places this week in Portugal, this was my favorite bed! The most comfortable bed. I was upgraded to a suite for free and it has tons of room, a sitting area, a big bedroom, a large bathroom, and two balconies. I loved my dinner as well last night. An Arugala salad with fancy cucumbers, French fries and almond cake. So good.

Looks good on paper, there was no option to make tea at the room but there was option to make coffee...there was no toilet brush...the process of getting and paying for breakfast was an amazing 4 step process. Otherwise good location.

I stayed in the hotel 1 month and it's one of the best 4 stars hotel I've ever been. Nice restaurant, nice personal, very clean room.

We spent 2 nights here and loved it. The location is perfect, nice and quiet but walkable to the touristy areas. Lots of upscale shopping very close. The room was very comfy, clean and quiet but most important - the AC went nice and cold. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had breakfast which was well worth the money and happy hour on the patio was great with Lucas making the drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing place. Great location, great staff, and the food that they just called "snack food" available in the bar before 7 pm was delicious! Order the special Portuguese melted cheese with bread. I can't say enough about that comfy bed too! Definitely would stay there again.

Nice hotel, very convenient if you come for shopping - all the best boutiques are just minutes away. Metro and bus stations, Eurocar rental spot are also very close, together with great restaurants. One thing! Bear in mind that bathroom door almost doesn’t exist so don’t come here with someone you’re not comfortable hearing you making noises on the toilet.

Want to wake up here every morning. Staff was always accommodating and made each morning of our four night stay just amazing. Breakfast is great, location is perfect for a walk down to the river, and bed is comfy. Couldn’t compliment this place enough.

Stayed here for one night with my partner before a campervan trip then booked again for the last night of our trip as it was so lovely! Stayed in a corner double room - room was modern and clean with a huge comfortable bed and A/C. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Lisbon!

Stayed in few different hotels in Portugal during my stay. This hotel was far by the best. The AC actually worked! Clean, cool rooms and lovely staff. Breakfast was great as well and good location.

Good Hotel, well positioned between barrio alto and rossio. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Absolut recommendation.

Rooms are large enough but u can never sleep in because if one door of your floor is slammed shut by the automatic closing, the hole hotel shakes and u stand upright in your bed. The beds are worn out, bath room is ok though. No space to get a sun bath, no sports facilities. Impertinent staff when I checked out, this actually was annoying. Price value of the hotel is simply not good and absolutely not worth it. Location is okay though.

We had booked a stay in Lisbon at the Vinci Liberdade Hotel. We weren’t sure what to expect with this boutique hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were big and clean. Cleanliness was our priority with Covid etc. However, the staff were more than helpful as well. They were always willing to take the extra time to answer our questions and recommend restaurants and places to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke fluent English which was a plus. We had no problem communicating with anyone in Lisbon. A big shout out to Miguel at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond and was so very helpful. If you’re traveling to Lisbon, we highly recommend that you book at this hotel!

I cancelled my reservation for the following reasons : - My wife and I drove 4 hours from a 5 stars resort in Albufeira to come to Lisbonne and spend one night before flying back to Canada. When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk lady was not friendly at all, she started by saying to my wife (after she asked her for the parking location) if my wife knows how much it costs? Like if the front desk lady assumed that it will be to expensive for us. Following that, when I came in to do the check in, she said that she wants to see a negative PCR test. I said that I just had a test and I will receive the results tomorrow for my flight, so I don’t have the results now and also I wasn’t asked a PCR test in the previous resort. I showed her our proof of vaccination from Canada. She said it’s not valid and just acted like if I am not welcome at all. After a couple of minutes, of me standing and not saying a word and her looking on her screen. She said that it may be another option by doing a rapid test that costs 3€. WHY SHE DIDN’T propose that at the beginning? I cancelled my reservation and walked 5min to another hotel. When I arrived they had a one page explaining everything I need to have (including the rapide test). The check in was straight forward with a nice atmosphere. The front desk lady at the Vinci Liberdade judged us based on how we were dressed (we are in holidays and Therefore I am not wearing a suit) For the records it was the first time we booked in not a 5 stars hotel in our 3 weeks honeymoon. Very disappointed. Not professional at all!!!

Super stay! The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The facilities are great and the staff amazing. When arriving to the room we received a nice plate of cakes and sparkling wine to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. Thank you Miguel for making us feel special during our stay in Lisboa.

This place has fantastic breakfast. The place was cosy. Staff was very kind and helpful. There is a big problem with sound isolation though: one can hear what happens in the rooms left, right and above you )

I have been at Vincci Liberdade for a week-end and everything was perfect. It was my birthday and they made something extraordinary in term of service. It is one of the best experience I had. The reception, the room, the service and location was perfect. I strongly recommend it

We had a great stay! Staff was fantastic and helpful (special thanks to Romulo and Jose). The room was clean but a little bit small. The breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was nice because of the staff, not so much for the food though. Location is good to explore the city.

very clean and all of the facilities were very nice. the staff was very helpful and attentive to us for everything we needed for our 7 month old baby throughout the stay and provided us a pack n play. our room had 2 small balconies that you can step out on to see the streets and trees below which was nice. the area is very quiet, comfortable, and safe. the metro and bus stops are all 5min walk or less

Excellent hotel with some of the friendliest staff I have met while on vacation. They are really nice people always available to lend you a hand when needed. Additionally, the hotel has all the services you might need with a great restaurant and a prime location in Lisbon. 10/10 stay and will be definitely coming back next time I am in Lisbon!

Very good in general. A bit short on luxuries expected for a 4 star (no slippers nor extra pillows, wires dangling, flush system in all toilets kept dumping water, bland decoration) but big beds were appreciated, service is excellent, location is great if you have a car and want to go shopping.

We had dinner outside on a lovely cool evening. The food was delicious, cous-cous; braised veal and eggplant rigatoni and financier and pear crumble for dessert. One dish was better than the one before. Service was superb.

We were really looking forward to our 2 night experience at this hotel. However, that was disappointing. Not only was it not the double bed We requested in advance, but We were given a room with two single beds on the lower floor, so We asked to change my room. We were then told that changing to another room would incur an excess charge of 25€ per day. When we checked, there were other rooms available on the same level, but we were told by the staff that it was the only room available, so we upgraded to that room for an additional two nights. The next day, at the breakfast restaurant, as we were about to choose our food, a staff member asked, "Would you like some egg dishes?". We requested scrambled eggs and fried eggs. I wondered why he didn't listen to us about that when we were our table. The breakfast had more variety than the standard one. After breakfast, 2-3 hours later a stomachache occurred and it was completely impossible for us to go out. We have enjoyed many delicious dishes in Portugal so far, but there was no sign that this kind of problem would occur. Rather than blaming anyone, we just informed the staff of the facts. "After eating breakfast, We felt really unwell, so could you please give me a drink that can adjust the osmotic pressure in my body, such as an oral rehydration solution or a sports drink?"I said. the staff replied "I'll talk to my colleague," and the call ended. The staff then entrusted the soda water and a slice of lemon to another staff member, came to our room, and asked us to sign a bill for 3€. We were saddened by the staff member who came to our upgraded room and signed for a 3€ charge during an unexplained case of food poisoning. If there is a charge for the drink I requested for my abdominal pain, why wasn't I notified of this when I contacted them? Indeed, l only told them the fact that we had a stomachache after breakfast at the hotel and were forced to stay at the hotel, but the staff's response to this was that they remained silent until we asked for a drink. In the hotel reservation request, I wrote, "I'm visiting for my honeymoon. I'd be happy if it had a double bed." We would happily stay at a 1 star hotel again and again if the hospitality that we received could be called 4 star. The location was convenient. You can also take a taxi from the airport for 10€. Uber Eats also arrives in 10 minutes (we asked someone outside because we were too weak to go out and we couldn't completely rule out the possibility that the food poisoning was due to the hotel's breakfast). We managed to calm down my symptoms with the medicine I had and was able to catch my flight the next day. Thank you for a last days in Lisboa!
