Don't go there. The worst experience ever. I went in some old rooms but clean and functional. But this for this money without functional toilet is the worst. We found penultimate night a clogged toilet, the next day they were negligent and didn't even fix the problem and blamed us for their bad drain. During the day we were outside, without using toilet. You can see from towels, they have used from hotel (name on towels) next to this not hotel.

Highly recommended! We started there for three days. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. The location was super for us. The alfama district was w beautiful walk from there.

If you are in Lisbon for travel/tourism only, not much luggage then this is suitable for u. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. There is no space to keep your clothes other than few hangers. No space for large luggage. Few minutes walk from metro. I didn't have any issue at all. Staff are helpful, especially when I checked in after 12 midnight and there was staff at reception. Importantly, I left my luggage on check out day for whole day.

Had to cancel my reservation since the staff didn't care about responding to the guests' messages. Confusing information saying 24 hrs reception available but check in is possible 14.00-19.00. Bombed the hotel with messages asking how should we check in og we arrive around midnight...10 days passed and not a single word. ZERO fot this attitude to the customers

It s an old building, with some room renovated. We were 2 COUPLES, one room had just the bathroom new, the other one everything old and lot of mould in the wall. What I can not understand it is why to spend money for a luxury bathroom and leave the other things in very bad condition. The worst thing was spot a cockroach on the floor. The position is not bad close the metro. Just the owner should understand the right way to work in the tourism.

I liked everything. The staff is very nice, everyday’s cleaning, the bed was comfortable, the location is perfect. And there’s a very good bar with fresh baked pastries and non-touristic price. I will stay at this place again on my next visit

They don’t have free parking as advertised on multiple hotel booking sites, it’s paid on street parking and max stay is 4 hours. (Please update your website!) The bed and en-suite bathroom was as expected.

Clean and nice place, with very polite service. Take warm pajamas if you are not going in the summer season - here is not heating and nights are cold. I am not giving five stars because of noise of cleaning and renovation at 8 AM. Although I have good experience with this place.

Man. What a spot. Aircon, good water presh, clean sheets, city views and a desk for writing at. Couldn't recommend it more. Great value. Respect

This building is a dump riddled in damp. Kitchen is discusting like something from the 20s... Do not book this

Small room with double bed of 1,20m width and reduced length. Too small for two Dutch adults. When we entered the room, there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the hastily constructed bathroom that did not disappear despite the active fan and the open window. One spot on the floor is big enough to lay down a small suitcase and open it. Put it anywhere else and you trip over it. The location of this pension is a short walk from the city center which is nice, but the immediate neighborhood of the hotel is run down and grimey.
