Nice apartment but very noisy

Excellent but quite far from the city center.

It really is a beautiful apartment. My whole family was really impressed upon first entering. High ceilings, great view and beautiful floors. The person who greeted us was friendly. However, the reason why I rate it a 2 star was for the following reasons. 1. There was a bad smell in the bathrooms that seemed to get worse throughout the 2 days we were there. 2. The upstairs tenants are not part of the Inn and were up literally stomping on the floors and banging things until 430 in the morning. We ended up leaving a night early because my husband just couldn't take it. Even after asking the tenants twice to keep it down it didn't make a difference. When called the host he stated there was nothing that could be done other than call the police. We ended up leaving to stay at a beautiful 5 star hotel in Belém instead for almost the same price.
