Me and my friend arrived late at the bar to have a glass of wine but had no idea we were the last costumers because the owner's friends were hanging around the bar drinking. My friend at some point politely asked the owner about the wine glasses he took (she thought they still had wine in them). I have no idea if the glasses still had wine in them or not but regardless the owner's reaction was crazy and disproportionate. The guy flipped and began to be incredibly rude to us saying we overstayed our welcome and that we should have known because he had brought us the bill earlier. I apologized and said we would leave as fast as possible but despite my apology he kept being incredibly rude to us to the point he made us CRY. No joke this dude made me and my friend cry. I kept saying he could just have politely told us it was time to leave instead of flipping and being rude and angry like that. Again we had no idea they were in a rush because he had 6 friends at the bar and we just assumed they were costumers too. We tried to pay but the bar doesn't accept credit cards (they had tiny signs saying that) which the owner angrily pointed out. I did all I could to be nice, polite and leave fast so they could rest, but he kept coming at us with a lot of anger. I've never been treated so badly in a bar before despite my best attempt to solve the situation in a friendly way.

Simple no-frills little place we stumbled upon late one night when the place we were looking for was actually closed. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the kitchen stays open until late so that was a plus.

A truly local tasca with super cheap delicious drinks and great chilled out atmosphere. Despite its tiny interior, they have a live band almost everyday, always fantastic music. In the late hours the bar and the little alleyway where it is located is filled with people enjoying their drinks and chatting.

Simple easy pace place. Lucky to hear an amazing guitarist/singer. Tasty beers and fun local foods. Staff not super versed in English (and I SO appreciate them trying as I do not Speak Portuguese) but very friendly and helpful :)

I had no idea this was a restaurant. Never have I eaten there, nor saw anyone doing so. It is one of my favourite bars in Lisbon. Small but cosy, fills up quickly and there’s often a ton of people outside the bar. Brazilian music is played there and the caïpirinhas are DELICIOUS. The staff has always been nice and friendly, the crowd that goes there too... everyone is so approachable in that place. Definitely a place that makes you feel welcome!

Went to listen to the very nice live music ordering a couple of drinks at the bar. Was charged for cover charge 1.5 euro for sitting at the bar. I was too quick to pay and should have said something beforehand, When I questioned it after paying, only then the waitress told me it was optional and seemed a bit uncomfortable. Nice ambiance but didn't like this approach, felt dishonest to me. So beware about this fact as sadly for me, it ended a nice evening on a bitter note . Will not go back to the place for this reason

Delightful bar - nice vibe, good music, pleasant staff and an extensive snack menu. Visited on 3 evenings for drinks - also had snacks on day 2 which were excellent... olives, garlic shrimp, cheeseboard and pork rinds... very tasty. Beer and cider on tap. Live music on 3rd evening was a nice surprise. Coral beer on tap from 14th February. Don't forget to shut the door!

The atmosphere is great. When we went there, there was live Brazilian music. It's a very lively place, ideal to go with groups of friends. The food is mostly to share as it's kind of tapas style. The pastels are amazing. I recommend!

I love this bar. Caipirinha is the best in Lisbon. Food is well prepared and wonderful taste. The staff is friendly, music is always in a good level, not too loud. We can have nice chats without yelling.
