The
coffee
is
very
nice
and
tasty
-
perhaps
the
best
in
Lisbon
(I
use
this
brand
at
home
and
highly
recommend
it!)
&
I
popped
in
to
try
the
coffee
shop
they
operate
in
the
store
on
Saturdays.
However,
while
the
coffee
is
lovely,
there
was
an
uncomfortable
atmosphere
among
the
staff,
with
one
member
in
particular
being
rude
towards
my
(baby)
puppy.
We
had
just
settled
down,
and
my
dog
made
a
few
quiet
noises
as
he
adapted
to
the
other
dogs
in
the
shop
-
he
was
not
barking
loudly
or
being
disruptive
at
all,
he
is
very
well
behaved
(especially
for
his
age).
If
he
was
being
loud
and
disruptive,
I
would
totally
understand,
but
he
was
not.
However
a
member
of
staff
immediately
threatened
to
kick
us
out
before
we
had
properly
even
settled
-either
allow
dogs,
or
don't
(as
so
many
coffee
shops
in
Lisbon
don't
allow
dogs,
it's
no
problem),
however
don't
say
dogs
are
welcome
to
then
be
rude
to
them
and
their
owners
-
especially
when
it's
clearly
a
baby
who
was
not
being
disruptive
at
all.
This
could
have
been
handled
in
a
much
more
personable
and
human
way
(simply
asking
us
to
pick
him
up
etc),
and
not
rudeness
and
abrasiveness.
Totally
changed
the
whole
vibe
and
atmosphere;
it
became
intimidating
and
unwelcome.
A
very,
very
disappointing
experience
as
I
was
excited
to
try
their
coffee
in
store.
Be
advised
if
you
plan
on
taking
your
dog
best
friend
