I live near this area and I never get bored of it. Very peaceful and beautiful. I especially go there for evening walk. We can see beautiful sunset. It's more beautiful when there's more water in the bay.

Cozy little town which maintains it's traditional charm combining it with new and upcoming new developments. Has quite a few good number of restaurants and bars, might just retire there. The river there can be a bit smelly on dry days but worth a visit off the beaten tracks.

Very nice sidewalk, with lots of space. People of seixal very nice.

Great for long family walks lots of benches to sit and take in the view. Small coffee places and parks with swing for the small children.

Lots of people are moving out of Lisbon to the towns on the southern bank of the Tagus. Based on this place you can hardly blame them. Definitely worth the ferry ticket.

Pretty promenade, great view of the Christo Rey etc., friendly atmosphere, located on the Tejo (or its wide estuary, which still clearly has ebb and flow here).
