I left my iPhone 6 which was having charging problems. When I go back to remove the charging problem, instead of being resolved, it got worse. In other words, the phone didn't even stay on.

I bought a phone cover that i didn't want in the end. I returned 3 hours later to change it for another. It was unused, but they refused to change it or refund (even for a more expensive cover). No returns or exchange policy. I strongly recommend against them for this fact alone.
