An inviting spot with beautiful flowers and a welcoming host. The mint tea here is an absolute must-try! Of all the main dishes, the kebab stood out as the best. The shrimp dish, on the other hand, was a bit on the small side. The side dishes were also somewhat skimpy, four tiny plates for four people. If it hadn't been for an extra main dish of couscous, we might have left hungry. Despite this, the place still offers a pleasant dining experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. The lady was rude from the beginning. We showed up at 9pm and she curtly told us our reservation was not until 9:30pm. Fine. We come back at 9:30pm and are left waiting outside for well over an hour. When we inquired about the table the lady said this type of wait was "normal" and when we asked for a menu to start ordering the food she gave us attitude and wouldn't provide a menu. We ended up going elsewhere due to the poor service so can't comment on the food. On our way out, she was nice enough to yell after us that we could eat at McDonalds.

I really love this place. The restaurant is cosy, warm and homy. It feels more like you're at your mums place who's serving the best food with love. The who owns the restaurant is the only one who is serving and cooking... In a brilliant way!

This review is way overdue. I have been going to this amazing restaurant for more than 2 years, and I am impressed every single time. To start with, the owner is the sole creator, chef, and caterer of this business. She put so much love and compassion in her cooking that you can feel it in every bite. The interior design and table set up are her own creation. You can only dine there if you have a reservation, and she gets full at all the time. So make sure to book in advance.

Last Saturday we had a reservation for 21:15 for 10 people and the owner kept us waiting outside for 1h while treating us very rudely! They were somehow overbooked and dealt very badly with the situation. We decided to leave after a 1h wait and the owner yelled at us to never come back and to go eat at mc Donald’s…. I definitely do not recommend unless you like to be treated very poorly

An amazing experience, host and atmosphere. I was too busy eating that I didn't take any food pictures. We tried the couscous (original with lamb) - the lamb was perfectly cooked super tender and melts in your mouth. We also tried the Shrimp tajine that came with 4 lovely side dishes.. we ate every single thing and had to get the mint tea to help digesting. We Absolutely recommend this place (hands down). Rabiaa is a great host

We stumbled on Flor’s place just around the corner from our Hotel. Just wanted a nice place to eat with comforts of Home as we have been traveling for over a month now! Not, only was Flor so welcoming, wanted to welcome our kids 7 yrs & 10 yrs). Flor interacted with us all, I felt as if we were long distance family! Next best thing was her food! OMG? Amazing! Fabulous! Words can not even describe! Everything was tasty, was at the table hot! Could not say enough about how much we enjoyed eating here! Thank you for a fabulous dinner & great experience! This place is amazing!! It is run by the amazing Rebia (pictured) and she is a one woman show. She is the hostess, waitress, bartender, chef extraordinaire. She makes all the food from scratch, even dessert! She offered to take care of us for our family of 6 for dinner. She brought out an array of appetizers, and then shareable entrees. Everything was delicious. Atmosphere is very relaxed and dinner is a long enjoyable affair.

Best Moroccan food I have had outside of a Moroccan home. And the decoration and place very stylish, beautiful and typically Moroccan. Lalla Rabea manages the place on her own like a Queen and makes you feel like home.

Absolutely amazing food in a cozy restaurant cooked by one woman who has owned the place for 20 years. The lamb tagine and chicken with preserved lemon were fantastic. Be sure to make a reservation over the phone first. Don't come expecting a quick meal, everything is made fresh by one woman so take your time and enjoy.

This small restaurant is an amazing experience! Rabia is an amazing host, chef and wonderful person to get to know and chat with. I would recommend Flor Da Laranja to anyone visiting Lisbon and to locals as well. Every part of the experience was incredible.

The food was incredibly tasty but more than that, the lady who is running the restaurant (doing everything herself) is incredible. She welcomes you as a friend in her house and that's the warm feeling we had during the whole meal. Definitely a gem in Bairro Alto and in Lisbon in general!

Tried to walk in for dinner around 19:45 but was turned away and accused of stopping in only because it was raining which unfortunately was not accurate as we purposely travelled to patronize the restaurant. Was promptly told that dining in their restaurant was not possible tonight because we did not CALL ahead for a reservation. Sadly for us the requirement for a reservation is not listed on their website. I’m sure the food is great but the Gandhi restaurant that we ended up in smells and taste much better.

One of the most unforgettable dinners I've had in Lisbon. Thank you for your warm hospitality and of course, the tastiest Moroccan dishes ever!

This was such a memorable dining experience - from the incredibly warm and welcoming service to the mounds of flavourful meats, veggies, and couscous. I especially appreciated how seriously my allergies were taken - it’s rare to have such concern and intention displayed! Thank you for such a wonderful meal and for making us feel at home.
