No organisation, food looks like sh** and loooong waiting. Tastes like I did the food myself, Im terrible at it. Kindergarten style.

Just ok stuff.

Sandwich is good, batata is cold. staff no smile, not focusing, wrong order .. 1 staff was grumpy at people older ladies, they looked very tired even that it was not peek hours.. not sure if they took their rest hour but it’s not pleasant to be grumpy at customers!

First time trying it out, staff were nice and loved the food. 👍🏼

I believe it is overpriced for the quality and size of sandwiches! Especially the full pork sandwich is not too full! Do not believe the menu photo !!! It was tasteful but small almost empty !!!

BG Mozzarella is very nice, others so so. It's normal to wait for 10~15min to get your order done. Friendly staffs.

Nicht besuchen - das Essen ist unterirdisch die Bedienung unfreundlich. Meine Kreditkarte und Girokarte wurden nicht akzeptiert obwohl ich damit schon mehrfach ohne Probleme bezahlte. Einfach ein Saftladen - hat mit der Qualität in Spanien gar nichts zu tun - nie wieder. Pfui

No signs saying that they have run out of huero (all the vegan options basically) and you stand in line for 25min to be turned away. Just put up a sign or turn off the big advertising banner.

The minimum is one star, but i would give zero stars if i can, very rude and bad atittude staff, and when we wanted to pay we gave him 100euros he said he had no change and he wanted us to pay by credit card only, and after insisting that we left the credit card at the hotel and we only have 100euros and insisted that its his problem he opened the drawer simply and gave us a change!! In adittion one staff member was on cash and preparing orders togather while there was waiting customers to order

Very mediocre service from the individual who was taking the orders at the Corte Ingles location. I was trying my best to use my Portuguese but he wasn't even hearing what I was saying when I placed the order - i.e., the type of Cola that I wanted.

Bread was dry, fries cold and staff got my sandwich wrong. Overpriced for what it is.
