The quality of the food was phenomenal. For our appetizer, we had the "Guacamole, Banana Chips," a fantastic creation of fusion cuisine. For the main course, we had the Corvina Fillet with pea puree and the 36-hour Pork Belly. Both main dishes were excellent. The fish paired perfectly with the pea puree, and the Pork Belly harmonized uniquely with the coleslaw. As a dessert, we can also recommend the Chocolate Brownie, which rounded off the entire dinner. Justin Jennings is a culinary artist - we wholeheartedly recommend this place to every visitor to Lisbon.

This was the perfect dinner. I really don’t have any other way to describe it. The server was super friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered with ease and I could tell he had a passion for the food. I loved it. Next the food itself was outrageously tasty. I’m not much for fine dining I feel like the flavors are usually lacking, but the plating of the food is special.. that is not the case here at all everything had flavor explosions. The night was topped off by Justin himself coming to the table to speak to us since we had so many questions about the restaurant and story of how Australian food made its way to Lisbon. I’m putting this on my list of must visits while in Lisbon.

Honestly these guys deserve an extra star for being so incredibly delicious. It’s a bit off the beaten path, about a 20 minute walk from our hotel but absolutely worth the extra effort. My son made the reservation as we were afraid we’d never get in on a Saturday night. Arrived to find it nearly empty, which is often not a good sign, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We just eat too early for the locals. By the time we left it was nearly at capacity. I had the crocodile salad, (cooked for 60 hours!), kangaroo entree and date pudding for dessert. Simply outstanding food. Everything we ordered was beautiful and delicious.

We spent a week in Lisbon trying interesting and extraordinary restaurants and this one was on the top of list. We had the tasting menu perfectly paired with some great wine. Everything was perfect. Beautifully appointed restaurant and the best part was a surprise visit by Chef Justin. He was great and explaining the dishes. If you go to Lisbon consider this restaurant. Try the kangaroo!!!

The food is worthy of an art gallery, stunning presentation which is only outdone by the taste and service. We enjoyed every dish, especially the Black Angus steak, with roasted vegetables, onion jam and garlic bread crumble, outstanding! The desserts were amazing, we had the pavlova with passion fruit curd and the sticky date pudding, both 10/10. Definitely recommend and our highest compliments to the chef!

Pricey australian restaurant. Most of the seating is located in the basement of the place. The service was friendly, but the ordering process turned out to be unnecessarily complicated for our group. I had the Roasted Vegetables (minus the sesame sauce to make it vegan) as my main and the Coleslaw salad as my side. The food was really well prepared and tasty, the kitchen seems to know what they are doing.

Amazing food. Balanced interior. Cozy vibe but keeping the class. Our server, Miguel is the top. He explained great enough about the dishes ( in fluent English) and doesn’t make you feel out of space at all. In the end, we are not food reviewer, but just tourists looking for a great dinner to make the trip more memorable. And we are super lucky to spend the night here! Thank you so much, we can’t recommend this restaurant more 😊

Worthy last dinner in Lisbon this trip. The prawn starter came with a surprise mango sorbet. Imagine having dessert to start your dinner. This was followed by a yummy ceviche topped with a ginger mousse that balanced the citrusy acidity of the jus. The corvina’s crispy skin on its tender cod-like meat was divine. The 3-inch crispy pork belly was lean enough for me to finish everything. I would’ve loved the duck skin to be crispier but the meat was so tender that I can forgive and forget that part. Finally, the chef was magnanimous enough to change the chocolate dessert to a sticky date pudding which reminded me so much of the first time I had it with Mama Cecile. Apologies to the chef but my mom’s sticky date pudding is better. My first vinho verde accompanied me the whole dinner. .(=

Amazing culinary experience. Experimental dishes are well thought through in terms of ingredients, flavour and execution. Service a little slow but that's probably down to staff allowing you space to enjoy the experience. My only gripe is they should ask if you have any special dietary requirements from the start of your journey. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Amazing. Everything was perfect from start to end. A very beautiful, well-designed restaurant. We were greeted by Miguel who was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful throughout our whole dinner. The dishes are balanced perfectly and the individual components of each dish are of great quality. 10/10 experience regarding food, Ambiente and service. A big thank you to the chef and Miguel for this great evening!

Restaurant with excellent food, all the dishes tasted different and looked yummy. I recommend this place if u want a different gastronomical experience. The ceviche is a must, and the pork with the potato ships is mandatory

Amazing restaurant!! The food was of a very high standard, everything was very, very tasty. For starters we ate the meat croquete anf the ceviche, and we couldn decide which one is tastier! Both were amazing! The pork belly was amazing also, and don't miss the chocolate dessert! The chef himself brought us the dessert, which shows care and love for the customers! A restaurant that is a must!

High end dining, deserving Michelin rating. Quite affordable for the type of food and service. Great selection of vines to pair. Would highly recommend.

Vibrant, flavorful, fresh, and visually appealing - are qualities apparent at this restaurant. The menu is packed with tantalizing choices that range from comforting to elegantly exotic. From Asian flare to the Australian bbq, you will certainly find something that appeals to you. To pair with your meal there is a substantial drink and wine list. The service was excellent - informative and helpful. Their recommendations for wine pairings were spot on. I left here very happy and excited that I had the opportunity to dine here.

We booked New Years Eve menu with 8 corses. The environment is nice and clean. The food was delicious with interesting mix of flavours. The waiters are attentive and very friendly. One area of improvement could be the order of the service. We were the first tables to be served and it was all in order. However after 2nd/3rd course the order was changed and we ended up being last tables to receive dish, which resulted into almost 30min of waiting. Nevertheless, it is an experience to repeat. Thank you!

Great food and services. Should take the time to savor the nuanced flavors of the dishes, quite different from Portuguese food (obviously).
