I am disappointed with the delivery of KFC today. The chicken we ordered was not fresh. The meat was chewy and rubbery. It flaked when u ate it. The potatoes weren’t any better either. You r expect to get sole coleslaw with ur meal. This is a staple of KFC. Well guess what🥲. No soup for you! KFC should re certify their outlet.

I ordered but the main dish burger was missing and in place of two corns came only one and drinks also changed,fries freaking cold,pretty disturbing when u are hungry.... as much as like kfc these makes me not to go there nomore.

They ALWAYS get the order wrong. I don't even use the drive thru anymore because I know something will be wrong or missing. Now I buy takeaway, check things in the car and then go back inside for them to complete the order.

I wasn't step in KFC for years, I immediately remind why after this visit throw the drive in. Rude service, everithing was switched in my service, I requested tender and receive pieces full of bones and oil. One of the pieces was raw in the middle. Need to review if you're treating well your employees, they don't look happy.

KFC is near the terminal II Lisbon Airport. The secret of KFC is always its chicken which is present in sandwiches and salads, the chicken recipes are the most appreciated in the entire world of KFC. Loved 😘 the ice cream 🍨🍦and colada. Deera maza ye okra.

Meat had the taste of have been prepared hours before. Buns also "old". Avoid.

NEVER EVER get from drive-through!! I have no idea about take aways and having at the kfc, but deciding to go with drive through was the worst decision!! Sure, it was quick, but hey, if it's quick, dont expect it to be fresh!! The chicken in burger was rough like dry and super chewy!! And was squeezed to hell! The chicken pieces were fried probably several hours ago, and tasted like it was soaked in salt water! One of the worst experiences...I'd rather starve and not go to kfc even if it's the only option.

Food overall was ok but for all tourist be very careful of the delivery guys outside on the bikes, im pretty sure they spot tourist and break through cars lock to steal. As my girlfriend was ordering i stayed right in front of the window to watch my rental car that had a France license plate, 3 different driver went from sitting on their bikes watching their photo to casually walking to the front of the restaurent and looking inside, i may be paranoid but its common in Portugal sadly. Just be careful and dont leave money or passport in the cars especially if you have a license plate from another country and keep visual on you car if possible.

I spent up to 30e in Uber and didn't get my full oder. This is sad 😔 Disappointed!
