I’ve tasted vegan natas before but these are the best ones. So crisps!

Whatever you are a vegan lover or not, I definitely recommend you to try this 'Pastel de Nata'. The crusty is very crunchy and the cream is soft and tasty. A delightful experience. A tip: add some cinnamon powder on the top and ask for takeout.

Wir waren zu zweit hier und haben zwei Getränke und sechs vegane Pasteis de Nata bestellt. Es war super super lecker und hat uns knapp 10 € gekostet 😊👍

So good! Took the 28E all the way over which was a delight as well. The pastry and coffee were amazing and the nata was better than the original! The real question is … cinnamon or sugar?

The vegan version of the Pastel de Nata – it rather famous Portuguese Custard Tarts were super delicious. They were flakey on the outside and super creamy on this inside. The prices were also really fair. I gave it one less star because I felt like the customer service wasn’t friendly and there aren’t many spots to sit. I guess it’s more of a place to take them to go.

As a portuguese I am positively surprised with how good these pasteis de nata are and how close to the original ones are. They are so authentic and delicious! Also, the coffee was served in an edible cup which is a smart idea for waste reduction! Really pleased with the whole idea behind this place and will definitely come back again!

pretty good! took a min to make after they opened but she was super nice about it (me being on a time crunch). i thought the vegan nata was pretty good but review from my friend (who tried vegan and non vegan versions) said it tasted like “less intense vanilla custard” and not as eggy lol

What an ingenious idea to open a vegan pastel de nata store! As a vegan specimen I’d like to thank the mastermind behind it, hehe! Lisbon was in dire need of a place like this — before going to Vegan Nata I don’t think I had tasted a vegan pastel de nata as good as (if not better than) the real thing. Kudos! Their coffee is also great and service super friendly – just note the minimum amount for cards is 5€

Cute little shop. All vegan custards were made fresh in the shop, but it was a bit too sweet compare to other shops.

For those wanting to try pasteis de nata but have non-dairy dietary preferences, this vegan option is a must try. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Oh wow!!! Thess natas are just awesome. THE BEST vegan pastel de nata I've eaten. Went to this shop from north lisbon to only try these and I was fully satisfied. So crispy tart, and so yummy soft sweet core. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top (or even without it) and you are good to go.

These. Are. Amazing. Never had a non-vegan one but me and my boyfriend have obsessed over these while in Lisbon! Also if you get a coffee... you can eat the cup!

Really yum! I’m not vegan but these are a delicious sweet custard alternative to the usual ones. The pastry is super crispy and flaky. Worth a try :)

Cards accepted! OMG this is so dope! Coffee in an edible cone is just another level of zero waste idea. The traditional Pastel de Nata in vegan version blew my mind and took me to paradise and back for another pastry. Strongly recommend!

The vegan Natas were super tasty and the vegan latte was one of the best coffees I had in Lisboa! Definitely recommend this lovely place!

A neat little place for a much needed break from walking around Lisbon. As the nata is a must try in Portugal I was ecstatic to find a vegan nata place. The neighborhood is quiet and bedazzled with tile facades old buildings. Definitely a must for all of you vegan explorers. Get a tiny cup of hot cocoa with your vegan nata and enjoy !

the pastel is delicious! the taste and the texture look like the normal one

  • 5/5 Bernardo M. 1 year ago on Google • 43 reviews
Their pastel is great! The shell in particularly tastes beautifully and is exceptionally flaky, just like the best traditional pastéis! And at just €1.20, it’s pretty much impossible to eat just one!

  • 1/5 Kelsey H. 4 months ago on Google • 22 reviews
Loved the concept of vegan nata. Unfortunately, the one I had was not good. The shell was too thin. The filling was sweet but somehow totally lacking depth. It was not worth the visit. The quality was not on par with the non-vegan nata I had had during my non-vegan days. My non-vegan partner ordered one to-go, and was shocked at the quality after one bite. Note also: they don’t have a washroom for customers.

Vegan Nato was very good, coffee cup to eat a nice choice. Coffee could be better, and it would be nice to have more choice for different plant milk. But the service was extremely unfriendly. What a pity.

(Translated by Google) Campo de Ourique, the neighborhood that is a perdition for foodies has vegan custard tarts. It's called VeganNata and opened on January 15th, at Rua 4 de Infantry, not far from Jardim da Parada. They do not have ingredients of animal origin, all without lactose, certified by V-Label, and with a lower sugar content, when compared with traditional pastels. The recipe was created by nutritionist Rita dos Santos. VeganNata also serves coffees, hot chocolate and organic teas from Honest Tea and is also concerned with the environment, since plastic utensils are not used. They are not as sweet as the originals and yet delicious. (Original) Campo de Ourique, o bairro que é uma perdição para os gulosos tem pastéis de nata vegan. (Translated by Google) Cold custard tarts Delicious recipe but served cold. I’ve been going to pastry since it opened and it seems like in the last few months they’ve stopped earning to keep the pastries heater working. I asked and they said they couldn't be dry anymore. So what about the others that I ate hot? Were they dry? Estavam secos?

Incredible Pastel de Natas! I am allergic to eggs and this vegan pastel is a godsend! Asked my mum and fiancée to see whether they approve, in comparison to other traditional ones, and they said it was the best pastel they had ever eaten! So great for people with allergies, vegan or people after an amazing pastel de natas!

What a great place! The 'pastel de nata' is really good, tasty, delicate, even better if you try with sugar and/or cinnamon. The vegan chocolate is thick, creamy, I just don't like that it's made of soy milk, as I don't like the taste of it (but it's personal taste). For sure will be back. 😊😋
