The ambiance was great, and the staff were nice. Nevertheless, the 17-course tasting menu featured overly generous portions, with the bread at the start being the standout. Some courses didn't meet my expectations for "The Story” and lacked depth. I've never been so full in my life. Definitely not ready for a second star, and I'm questioning the one-star rating a bit. I requested sparkling water but received still. For 250 euros, I expected more value in return.

I’d give 6, if I could. Embrace your self, this is something different. Once you book someone will call you making sure they get to know any food allergies upfront. On the day you’ll get an email with the menu where they instruct you how it is going to be. This is a tasting experience. You either pick “conto” with 11 dishes or “história” with 17 dishes. My wife and I went for 17. The staff is absolutely amazing, they will walk you through all the details of what you’re tasting. I never have tasted something like this. Incredible. The amount of food, the flavors, everything is part of the experience so I definitely recommend. You can also taste a few wines of just pick one for the evening. Don’t worry, you’ll have a sommelier to help you choose. I definitely prefer to pay this amount of money on dinners like these where you don’t get to choose what you gonna eat, is the chef that guides you. Although you’re is a very well design space you don’t feel force to behave like everyone else that goes to expensive restaurants. This is a place where food and family are priorities.

The Positive Aspects: - The ingredients were of commendable quality. - The culinary skills in dish preparation were evident. - The staff displayed a welcoming and friendly attitude. The Negative Aspects: - The duration of the dining experience was excessively long at four hours. - The restaurant's deliberate lack of sophistication does not align with the expected elegance of a Michelin-starred establishment. - The dishes lacked the 'wow' factor; there was an absence of surprising and transformative flavours that one anticipates in high-end cuisine. - The choice of music detracted from the dining experience. Financial Perspective: - Had the price been within €50 to €75 per person and the restaurant not held a Michelin star, the experience might have been deemed acceptable. However, the offering fell short of the distinct and memorable experience typically associated with Michelin-starred venues, despite a similar price point. At €200 per person without alcohol, the value for money was not evident. Conclusion: - This restaurant, regrettably, stands as the least impressive among the Michelin-starred establishments I've visited, lacking both the culinary flair and the sophisticated ambiance one rightfully expects.

Was attracted to the Story telling concept, so decided to try the Full Story menu. Food presentation wise it was great, However taste wise it just lack of complexity and surprises, and most of it just taste salty. The Fish Dish is lack of effort and creativity. (Somehow the Google Algorithm doesn't allow me to,post it) The Special Protein dish just shouldn't appear as a fine dining dish, as not all people can accept it.

I chose the restaurant based on its vibe and interior, but I had to look at its food, too. The staff were extremely polite, careful, helpful, just very very good. However, the food was disappointing, especially when you have in mind that it's a Michelin star restaurant. To begin with, I had sent them many emails saying I do not want to be served mealworms. They even asked in the beginning to make sure and I once again told them that I do not want them. Then they said they will see what the chef can substitute the mealworms with, but he didn't. At the end, my table was served the mealworms on the table, outside the dish, in case someone still wants to try them and the chef did not substitute them with anything. All this was very disappointing, as I really tried to make sure I saw no mealworms on my table..... To continue, the whole journey was all about the chef and very little focus on the food. The first plate, which was bread with additional sauces etc., was extremely delicious. After that, the food was not as good and to be honest, I was already too full after the first dish. At some point I had fish with sauce that they called to be tea - the fish was barely cooked and barely seasoned. And, many of the dishes required eating with hands, which was not too pleasant as it could have gotten too messy. In the end, they were even ready to open the doors and sent us out without giving us the jackets we had left in the beginning. We had to remind them we had jackets while we were with just a 't-shirt' on top. Honestly, the place I believe to be a nice experience if you have never tried any Balkan food and if you have a big stomach as I was very full at the end. The staff was very good and very professional!!! But the food had much more room for improvement.

Einmaliges Geschmackserlebnis. Tolle Kombinationen.

Must go! Food was very unique and delicious. Some of the textures and flavors were very different from what I have tasted so far. Staff was friendly.

Incredible! Definitely the top restaurant we’ve been to in Portugal, and honestly, on our Europe trip overall. The food was delicious. We did the “short story” 11 course tasting menu, and found it to be the right amount of food and were quite full by the end. Such a unique blend of flavours and concepts, mix of rich vs. refreshing dishes, and each showing the chef’s unique life experiences. We also had an allergy that they did a wonderful job accommodating with great and creative modifications of each course. The service was excellent, attentive but never overbearing. Great explanation of each dish and its origin. Finally, the space was beautiful. The dinner is indoors but it felt like you were dining in a forest. Each detail including the cutlery, plates, curtains, and even the bathroom walls were clearly well thought-out to create this beautiful ambience. I would definitely come back here again!

Delicious!!! Service was wonderful and fun. I loved the way they told the story with the food. The food was the best meal I have ever had. Absolutely a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

In 100 maneiras you'll find a really well thought menu from start to finish, with ingredients and dishes you never tried before, besides classics with a twist. The cocktails are also really good. The only thing I missed was a more filling protein dish. Overall, it is a nice experience, but I wish there was one dish that left me wowed and made me crave to go back, which didn't happen. Definitely an interesting experience, but not an unforgettable one.

It's not often you get a course with flavours that take you completely by surprise with their inventiveness, Maneiras did it with every single course. Quite simply, one of the best meals of my life, joining the ranks of Dinner By Heston for its sheer creativity and beautiful works of art that they passed off as food. The flavours, the visuals, the staff, the wine pairings, the ambience and the interior all made for an utterly perfect evening. Just wow.

Amazing experience this evening.... A little tricky to find, but once inside the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Staff superb, relaxed, full of chat, and all seemed to genuinely enjoy their role in the restaurant. Food was exceptional... intriguing, interesting, challenging, but full of flavour.... Would definitely recommend, and will happily go back the next time we are in Lisbon.

Food, service, aesthetic, and ambiance were all incredible. The restaurant concept is centered around the chef’s life story and his journey from Bosnia to Portugal and touches on how the war affected his life. With each course the waiter explained in detail how the dish was made, what was in it, and what inspired it/what it represented. The backstory for each dish made it a unique fine dining experience for me. We did the full experience of 16 courses, which ended up being quite a long meal - our reservation was for 8pm and we left at 12:30am, so plan for a long dinner! It’s definitely worth your time.

Came here as a single diner after hearing about its Michelin status. Ordered the short story with the wine pairing. The food was good, but I would not describe it as revolutionary, it is better than your average restaurant for certain, but I don’t know if I’d qualify it at the top with the Michelin. However, I would applaud the wine pairing, which I think was exceptionally done (alongside the service) The story itself was interesting - it’s similar to a biography of a chef, with dishes created based on the chefs main experience. My original assumption was that every dish had a story to go along with it, however for about 1/3 of my dishes, they just described the dish and there didn’t give a story to tie it together. There was one occurrence where I learned the story behind the meal from the waitress explaining it to the table next to me who experienced the course after I did. This is the main reason for 4 stars. All in all, food was good but not mind blowing, service itself was kind and high quality, but lacking in the “story”.

One of the best experiences I had in life. Unique combination of great food, wine, stories, staff and vibe. I ate all 17 moments and 11 pairings and couldn’t have enough. Bravo.

Celebrated my 32nd birthday here - such a memorable meal. We did the story with wine pairing. Big big praise to the sommelier- he was engaging, attentive and the pairings were fantastic. Servers were also great! I really liked the chefs story here - as immigrants, his story through his culture and the evolution since his arrive to Portugal stood out to us. My stand out dishes were the eggplant dish, the pork dish and the pear/pistachio dessert (I will dream about that). The initial bread dish was fun and beautiful. Cow neck and cuttlefish bites were also highlights. I am still upset I forgot to take my poison with me! In terms of critiques - I don’t get these types of restaurants charging for water at all, small pet peeve. In terms of the food, I wish there was more variety in texture within the snack options and the first main dish.

Very much an experience here. We had the Short Story and were stuffed. Favourite ls we’re the bread starter with accoutrements, eel and cauliflower, the salad and ice cream. Wine pairing is lovely, although perhaps felt that the portions were a little small at times. They also did an excellent non-alcoholic drinks pairing. Service outstanding, atmosphere amazing. We were not rushed at all and we spent a very enjoyable evening here.

This is my second Michelin experience and I was NOT disappointed in the slightest. First of all, the vibe and staff were excellent. The chef is from Bosnia and the menu comprises of multiple moments that tells either a long (17 moments) or short (11 moments) story. We initially started with the short story but had to switch to the long one after tasting the first 3 moments simply because how fantastic they tasted. The ingredients, presentation and taste were outstanding. The overall menu was also very fulfiling. It was indeed an experience. The sommelier did his job well and the wine pairing was top notch. Finally, the location is next to an amazing viewing point of Lisbon and worth checking out if possible.

I recently had the chance to try out Chef Ljubomir Stanisic's Michelin-starred restaurant, and while there were some standout moments, there were also a few things that didn't quite hit the mark for me. The tasting menu started off strong with a fantastic Balkan-inspired couvert that got me excited for what was to come. Some of the dishes throughout the meal were truly delicious and unique, showcasing the chef's background and experiences. However, there were a couple of dishes that missed the mark and didn't quite live up to my expectations. Towards the end of the meal, I found the dessert selection to be a bit too heavy on the sweet side, and I was hoping for a touch of freshness to balance it out. One thing that struck me as a bit odd was the music selection. They had a mix of fado, Balkan tunes, and disco music playing, which seemed like an unusual combination and didn't quite fit the dining experience. On top of that, I wasn't really a fan of their premixed cocktails. Even though I was recommended to try their truffle cocktail, I personally found it a bit hard to enjoy. Overall, it was a decent tasting experience, but I do think there's room for improvement in terms of menu consistency and creating a more cohesive atmosphere.

Was a great fine dining experience - easy going atmosphere (not stiff), great service, great food with an interesting story, very nice wines accompanying the food. We had a fantastic evening

This is a unique experience! Take your time because dinner usually takes a loooong time! Don’t expect portugueses delicacies, but expect good food and service ! Also, its good to know it is not a cheap ride: about 250 EUR / person.

It was enjoyable with good service staff and excellent wine sommelier. The mealworm dish was unappealing. I found a large fish bone and 3 fish scales in the main dish where there should be none. Its subsequent service recovery didn’t meet expectations. Overall it took 4.5h for the meal. A decent first time experience but will not be back.

A great find to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. A really special restaurant, with dishes & combinations I had not tried before. We went for the 'Short Story' with 11 moments & the wine pairing. It is difficult to choose our favourite dish but the 'cow head' tacos were a favourite as were the lollies. A pricey affair but worth while for something special.

The food and service were both outstanding during our meal however the wine service didn't match the same level in our opinion thus why we only gave 4 stars. We went with "The Story" tasting and the meal started off on a high note with some wonderful fresh baked bread with several accompaniments. As the meal progressed we found the servers to be well versed on the dishes and enjoyed the interactions with them. We were introduced to some new flavors as well as a mixture of some we had never had before and found them to be quite enjoyable. The only negative item was related to the wine. While we are not wine connoisseurs we have a good idea of what we enjoy and as such ask for a wine list prior to our visit. Though we requested it once when we made the reservation and a second time when we confirmed the reservation a day before our visit we never received it. When we arrived we were told that it was sent and that perhaps it was blocked by our email service and marked as spam. We found this strange as we always ask for it and never had this issue and didn't find it in the spam folder. So instead we were given a very large wine list and tried to work with the sommelier to pick a bottle. The bottle was okay, a white wine from the Douro Valley, but as it warmed up it never added any depth we were hoping for and found out later the mark up was close to 4x so left wondering if that is why we never received it. That said the red by the glass was a better recommendation.

I drool just thinking of the food here. The 17 moments tasting menu is a lot for one person, but I’m so glad I was able to experience it. The food here is out of this world. Every dish was a perfect explosion of flavors. I also tried one of the cocktails (it had ginger and green tea in it) which was a bit a disappointing. But fortunately the food more than made up for it. If I ever splurge on a michelin experience in Lisbon again, this would be it. Favorite moment is probably the ice cream popsicle. I can’t even begin to describe it. The creaminess... the flower flavor... the hint of fruit... can’t do it justice at all with words.

Service was excellent. Food was presented in a very unique way and the story telling concept was an interesting experience. Had the short story (11 course). However, food was not mind blowing there was not a single course that I would say was absolutely great. Food did not meet my expectations, for the price paid I think it is not worth it.
