The owner of the Guest house kicked me out of the kitchen at 12pm. I appreciate the check out was early at 11am. I left the key but needed to wait 2 hours to take my flight, the owner came and asked me to leave, saying the kitchen needed to be cleaned. I asked if I could move to the living room and he said no, that I needed to leave immediately. I even suggested to pay to stay another night in order to use the shared areas and he said that was not possible. The worst service ever

Walking distance from the airport, self-check in and check out, clean, large comfortable bed, warm water, toiletries. We stayed there for 1 night in April and it was quite cold and humid in the room and the heater was making a lot of noise. In the house there is also a shared kitchen but we didn’t use it. In general, this is a perfect spot for short stays.

Easy 15min walk from the airport, though perhaps would recommend taking a car if you have a lot of luggage. The rooms were bright, airy, and the bed was very comfortable. The house and bathroom was very clean, and I appreciated the organization for the kitchen. About 10min walk to the metro and only a few minutes beyond to downtown so easily located if you want to save some money but still have access. One tip: after inputting the code in the door, push hard!!

We booked this hotel on our final night in Lisboa. We arrived 20 min past the opening hours of the reception of 7pm and could not enter the hotel. Nobody was there, no answer on the telephone only a very rude and impolite Email from the owner telling us that she did not want to be bothered by guest after this time. Very sad experience and very poor performance from this Hotel

Good place for connecting flights or a short stay in Lisbon. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and there's a kitchen. It is not a hotel so don't expect any service. We left our luggage at the airport lockers and spent a whole day in Lisbon before our flight back home.

Ein guter Ort wenn man nur schnell vom Flughafen zum Hotel möchte. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Organisation perfekt. Ich habe den Ort gewählt weil ich ihn auf Booking gefunden habe. Die Preisleistung ist für die Nähe zum Flughafen absolut in Ordnung. Mit dem Taxi nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles aus den anderen Zummern. Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden. Es hat einen Style der 70er Jahre.

Clean, simple and convenient. Very well thought of shared home. 15-20min walking distance from the airport.

It was such a lovely place.....with beautiful environment and surrounding.....super clean no disturbance...I would love to visit again in future...I was so happy but my man is more happier than me ....I would suggest everyone to be there at least once and you can't say no to second time I'm sure of it. See you in future again❤️

It's a very nice place but it is a bit far from the metro with luggage I suggest a taxi or Uber and for personal use woke staying there take a electric scooter

Sketchy and unprofessional: I booked at Encarnacao Home in March. When I arrived in this residential and sketchy area, there was no one available (at 15:00). The neighbour did not know about the place and seemed confused that there were guests expected. Since no one answered on the given number, I figured this was a scam and checked into a regular airport hotel.

Don't go there. We waited for two hours in the sun before Carla let us in. The room is real basic and old with hard bed, no door on the bathroom with dogs barking all night.

Everything was there. Just: Lady's mind that there is no waste bucket in the bathroom

Close 2 the airport. I walked there, it was very nice after sitting in the plane. Its very clean.

Very loud rooms. Heater doesn't work. Bathrooms are very old. Very poor customer service,worst ever seen from the owner.

Perfect place to stay if you have a long lay over near the airport. We arrived very late and had to leave really early in the morning. We didn't have the chance to meet with Carla but everything was organised and explained by email. Everything went well for us.

Nothing wrong here. Its a reasonable fast walking from the airport terminal... Good for a one night sleep if you have to catch a early flight. Room was comfortable with a good bathroom. Nothing fancy. Good communication.

Terrible customer service. The owner is very rude. There is a weird door very difficult to open. They don't have any respect for customers. Never will come back. There are better places and service in Lisbon. There is no confusion as my mother stayed last month.
