This Danish coffee shop chain is the perfect spot for coffee and cake - but not the traditional one full of sugar, the healthier version that is not sacrificing in taste. I had the brownie with walnuts (2.50€) - it was quite petite but boy it was delicious, smooth, moist and creamy. Perfect size for a small little treat. Decaf cappuccino with oat milk was also very tasty, one of the best I’ve had in Lisbon so far. They also have gluten free and vegan alternatives on menu such as the vegan nut bars or mini cheese cake. And of course the traditional Danish cinnamon rolls. They make their own rye bread and it looks delicious. This coffee shop is quite small and has no outside seating but they have 8 different ones spread throughout Lisbon.

We have found this cozy place while walking on the streets. It is below the street level and interior has been designed elegantly. Had an iced coffee and it was ok. We have not had any food so I cannot speak to that but can guarantee you that you will enjoy your time here.

Fantastic coffee shop in Lisbon! We came here due to the Eater article on Lisbon restaurants and it did not disappoint. PROS: My girlfriend and I ordered a flat white and Cortado. The drinks were delicious with just the right amount of espresso. The staff were polite and they brought the drinks to our table quickly. The ambiance of the coffee shop was nice as well. A great spot overall to have a coffee drink and relax. CONS: N/A

overpriced and pedantic. this place targets the visitors who want to feel cool in their home cities and also want "cool" in Lisbon. but a "cool" that looks like their home cool. it's just a copy-paste.

Best cardamom bun in town. During lunch time almost all tables had people working on laptops leaving very few options for whoever was there to eat lunch.

Nice coffee shop with minimal modern furnishing, in a sort of American style, but much smaller than US-megastores. People can find here a quiet space to have a coffee and get some work done. It is not, however, the best place to get a quick coffee on the go or, also, to sit down for a chat with a bunch of friends. Just not that kind of place.

Drawbacks to address in this coffee: - The small portions (c.f the expensive yet small avocado toast on the photo - about the length of the smartphone). - Toilet door that you cannot lock. - The unbearable heat inside, AC isn’t working. - slow WiFi.

(Translated by Google) We were served by a pretty Swede. As the name suggests, the shop has little to do with Lisbon. And it's not cheap. The coffee is very good and the particles were great too. Our neighbor had ordered breakfast, which looked fantastic. While we were there, none of the guests spoke Portuguese. The most unusual thing was the music in the shop, a Swedish band called 1900.

In general, a good place, but sometimes you have to wait a long time for a fairly simple order that does not require long cooking 🤷‍♀️ From a significant minus - matcha latte initially comes with sugar, which makes the drink too sweet and spoils the original taste of tea. Repeatedly asked to prepare the matcha differently, but I was refused. I can't say it's bad, it's just weird. The pastries are delicious, but the price is too high, I think. It’s a solid three, but the place is really quite good 🤝

A great place to eat breakfast in Lisbon. The specialty coffee is very good and the pastries are amazing specially the cinnamon bun! I love the fact they have fresh bread made it in house and it’s possible to have a simple bread with butter. However as a Portuguese I might point the prices are a little steep and are aligned with the other similar coffee places in Europe. I tried 3 Copenhagen’s location so far and I can say the staff could be warmer. They are not rude but they are not pleasing aswell - they kinda don’t care if you are there or somewhere else. They often don’t speak or become awkward when you speak Portuguese with them and I find that off putting since we are in Portugal but that’s not the end of the world I guess.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and a coffee. We had the ham and cheese croissant, a smoothie and a yogurt bowl. It was all super quick and tasty. The staff are quick to clean tables and the service is great too. Located really central and not too far from the main attractions.

Super friendly staff, very welcoming and nice coffee. Came here almost every day during my stay in Lisbon. It is very warm inside. For only a coffee it’s fine but I can imagine if your working here, it can be extremely hot and hard work. It’s a little bit expensive (€4,20 for a oat milk latte). I would have given 5 stars if it was a bit cheaper

I visited one of these locations almost everyday for a month when staying in Lisbon in fall 2022. It felt like home…Let’s just say the ambiance is there for meeting either over coffee with friends or working with headphones on and jamming on a quick lunch / second coffee. Nearly everyone speaks perfect English and everyone is so friendly. The bakery is superb!

Had a full breakfast here. Break and pastries are fresh and top notch, just for that and a warm drink its worth to visit. One small minus are the scrambled eggs here, don't recommend getting those.

I visited that café, enjoyed everything, ordered a large breakfast for €12. I'd like to have double eggs in the breakfast, as I've ordered it here before and got scrambled eggs clearly from one egg twice. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere could be better; the arrangement of tables in the room is not quite ideal.

Hands off one of my favorite coffee shops. The staff is so friendly and warm. Coffee? Delicious and one of the best for sure in Lisbon! You also have a large table where you can work on the computer. The coffee shop isn’t big but it’s lovely and has a spacious feel to it (lots of natural light) on a quiet street.

  • 5/5 Annie H. 2 years ago on Google
This place really impressed me. I just wanted to order a convenient breakfast, it was pretty early and not many places with vegan options were open so I decided on here... I got a “super fix smoothie” (oat milk, banana, spinach & lime), an oat milk chai latte & a hummus & grilled vegetable sandwich on sourdough bread. Everything was absolutely delicious & very reasonably priced!! :) My only criticism is I think they should have more than one milk alternative because oat would never be my first choice personally. I don’t dislike it, I just prefer soy & found it odd that a cool place like this doesn’t have the usual number 1 milk alternative lol.

This is a wonderful coffee shop & more. We are from Seattle, WA USA so we are very picky about our coffee & they have nailed it! Great brew and the food, baked goods are also so good! This is the place to get coffee, tea and a perfect lunch! Great vibes!

Went in with expectation but soon after was defrauded. No table service, the place is cramped and busy in a ways that it's tiring just sitting around. Took around 15 mins to get a prepaid order with 5 people in front of me. Paid 4.20eur for two croissants which is probably is the only thing that resembles Copenhagen. It's just another overpriced hipster cafe trying to be something that's its not with a service very far off. Not coming back for sure!

the coffee here was incredibly lovely: nutty and delicious, splendid with a bit of milk. here, i've had the nicest coffee-drinking experience in portugal, it's truly wonderful to get away from the seemingly omnipresent horror that is delta coffee.

I give you 4 stars because the look of the coffee was regular. No rose or swan. The taste is one thing. The look is another. However it was good.

  • 3/5 Sebastian S. 1 year ago on Google
"Slightly above average". The brunch type food and coffee here are a bit above average, and the coffee is great, but what unfortunately draws the score down is the atmosphere and interior. It's just not a very cozy or fresh place unlike some of the chain's other locations in Lisbon (the one by Rato is a favorite).

The coffee tasted like dirt. The croissants are like those you can find in every supermarket and the pastry was very dry. We paid 10Eur for 2 americanos 1 croissant and 1 some sweet pastry. Very pricey, you can get the same quality and better taste for 1/2 of it. I asked for a sweetener and the answer was: we don't have it. Do not recommend it.

I can't say enough positive about Copenhagen Coffee Lab. On two visits to Lisbon, we've eaten here three times total. The coffee is dark and bitter and made to order--and it's lovely. The food is delightful--dark, heavy bread; flaky pastries; excellent whole milk yogurt. The service is not rude; it's brisk and efficient. Will come here every time we are in Lisbon and everyone should.

It was the first place (about 1,5 year ago) that I’ve visited in Lisbon where I’ve asked for a flat white and I got it! Been wanting to try this place for quite sometime but have been very disappoint by this first try of it. Firstly, the coffee is fairly disagreeable in taste... not at all to my liking. The service was cold and not at all engaging and the environment inside the cafe was a bit like a sweat shop. Even the screen of my PC had condensation on it. The one thing saving it from a 2 instead of a 3 was the very nice avocado and egg open sandwich.

An excellent specialty coffee offering in the Feria do Ladra market. We had an espresso and a V60 pour over and both were of a high standard. They have a good selection of pastries, lovely bread and sweets. We tried a cardamom bum which was delicious! It’s warm inside a great relief from the Lisbon winter. The staff are friendly and speak great English too.
