Came for the pastries and returned for the friends. Lovely staff and such a perfect way to start a day in Lisbon that we did it everyday. I'd return just for another bica and the smiles

The supermarket has fresher pastries. Coffee was ok. It's a nice quick place to grab a drink but not if you're looking to try out the local flavors.

I like this local cafe. They have a wonderful breakfast menu for 3.50 euro: croissant with ham and cheese, fresh orange juice and coffee (including cappuccino which is rare). The service is really welcoming and friendly.

Great spot in the old city. A relatively newer bakery but gave me a warm feeling of hospitality. The breakfast menu (coffee, fresh orange juice and a condiment) is available throughout for € 3,50. They have very tasty pies, sandwiches and Pastel de Mata among others. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place of you're passing by.

Highly recommend. Kindest staff. My daughter was very emotional leaving as the staff were so lovely. We returned every morning of our stay for breakfast as we were so welcomed.

Best cafe in, and around Graça, where the traditional touch and the locals are still present and alive while being tourist friendly

Before entering the cafe i was greeted with deserts that were displayed in the window having flies on them or flying around. I ordered a salame and a coffee… both were terrible! The coffee tasted sour and old, and the salame was hard, dry and only tasted of cinnamon which made it spicy. The only good part of my experience was the cashier at the payment station. My recommendation - don’t even enter the coffee shop and go to any other one in the area.

Really nice place for breakfast and coffee! Full of locals, staff is very friendly and explain to you everything in English. Pastel de Nata was served hot and was absolutely delicious!

We came here multiple times and enjoyed it each time. The service is so friendly and the portion sizes of the dishes are generous. My boyfriend loved the Fransecha (8.90€) and I, as a vegetarian, typically had the tostas (5.90€). There are cheaper "bakery" style places, but they don't offer the same level of service, or the large portion sizes. They also have AC inside which was a winner on the unusually hot days that we were there.

Great breakfast special; 3€ for coffee, pastry and fresh squeezed orange juice. I had a swirl pastry with nuts that was excellent. The espresso and orange juice were great too.

A place where spinach quiche is done with… spinach, real spinach! And the only place I know, in Lisbon, where you can still eat the magnificent “russo” (pastry). All that with a friendly staff and great value for money (inexpensive).

👍👍 One of the oldest cafe in Lisbon, founded in 1905. You can choose from huge variety of sweets, bakery and pastry right at the showcase, and they all are fresh. Interior is amazing - feels like you got into antique library. Minimum bill would be around 15€

đź‘Ťđź‘Ť We are Americans visiting and really enjoyed the pastries and coffee here. As a warning to other travelers, most the staff doesn't speak English and there us a ticket system to order. 👍 Nice spot, cool interior, busy at all hours and with a great menu. Juices and smoothies are good, food is hit or miss. Eggs and burger weren’t perfect, but we tried other dishes and they were fine. Reservation is definitely recommended.
