👍👍 Went there twice for breakfast. Lovely service, food was good. Waiter remembered us and our order choice on our 2nd visit. Seems to be popular with locals. The only drawback is schedule inconsistency. Apparently it is closed on Sundays, although their info says the opposite. People often mention service, Lisbon, breakfast, good, coffee, pastries, Great, nice, staff, pastel,

Staff are impeccable and polite, quality of the pastries is great and coffee too. A good morning spot for breakfast, not a ripoff like most of the ones around. To repeat 🙌

We had breakfast here twice during our stay in Lisbon and enjoyed it a lot. Quite huge variety of pastries (we tried pastel de nata, plain croissant and an almond pastry that I strongly recommend!). Also the cappuccino was much better than the standard in Lisbon. The service was friendly and fast (no problem with English which was surprisingly not that common in our experience). The only thing I would point out is they don't accept card for payment, which would be really important to improve especially in Covid period. We will come back for sure when again in the city.

Exquisite customer service (we felt at home), especially thanks to Rui, who was very kind and attentive to us. Highly recommended for breakfast in Lisbon. Having tried 4 different shops in 2 days, the best pasteis de nata came, without a doubt, from Pastelaria Aloma. It's no wonder they won awards for 5 years in recent years. Others we tried included the "real" pastel de Belem (a real disappointment), Manteigaria (very disappointing too, very greasy and lacking flavour), and Orion. They're all very good of course, but the winner for the whole family was Pastelaria Aloma!

(Translated by Google) I think that every day we were in Lisbon we went to breakfast there, delicious cakes / buns, the big cup coffee, the huge and very rich mixed sandwiches. The lovely staff! It is more the last day we went around 11:40 am and some waiters ate at a table and an aniga and I asked if they could serve us the same, it was a stew of meat with rice. And without problems we were pleased (it was not in the letter). Very nice! We would return with eyes closed.

My favourite Pastelaria in Lisbon. There is everything here that one needs or could want from a Pastelaria - forget all these hip places that seem to have popped up in Lisbon in the last years: you only need this place. Nothing more to be said.

This place is really cool to take a breakfast break, or even a brunch. Menu in Portuguese, and English so you won't be lost. I recommend you reserve if you go during a rush hour.

4.5 overall. We two stopped to have espressos and pastries in late Aug 2023. The customers all appeared to be locals, and it was popular. Hunger-inducing pastries and cakes displayed behind a glass counter. FOOD/COFFEE: 5.0 - Espressos were excellent - Pastel de Feijao: excellent - Jesuita: excellent SERVICE: 5.0. The boss (owner?) didn't speak English and we didn't speak Portuguese, so he called over a young employee who spoke English and took good care of us. Considerate and kind. AMBIANCE: 4.0. Indoor seating. Good people-watching at the tables along the windows.

This is a little pastry shop in Lisbon. I thought to food and service was great. My wife however, was in love with this place, so once discovered she made it her mission to visit every day.

Great place with good food and cheap prices. You can get a toastie for only 4 - 5€ and a coffee for a few euros. I have to admit that the coffee is not the best in the world, but it does the job. It’s worth coming here for breakfast if you’re around. Staff is also quite welcoming. P.s. Cakes also look amazing

Dry and tasteless carne asada sandwich, i do not recommend, i don't know why the reviews are so high. The pastries must be a bit better.

Best pastry shop we found in Lisbon! Not just the pastel de nata are amazing, but everything else as well! They serve many fresh traditional pastry, savoury and sweet alike!!! Perfect place to start your day in Lisbon...and if you need more convincing that this is the right place, it is also the place where the elderly of Lisbon will stop to have their coffee!

Good Traditional Portuguese food for a reasonable price. Good food, good service, been here twice. Got a fish dish with a egg “tarta” with 2 Orange juices for 14 euros. The only drawback is that they don’t take credit cards. Overall if you want to eat cheap and delicious go here.
