A bit sad with this Flat white. At the Lisbon Airport T2. The coffee is very weak. I had to order the second one and they just added a bit more foam. I asked if they know how to make the flat white and I was asked if I want more foam. They have no knowledge on how to make the coffee and just ruining the name of the brand. Very sad to see this. More training is needed and better preparation for the staff to make a proper coffee. Compare to other shops around here. This is still most empty. Not mentioning the price payed for a very bad coffee.

Cappuccino was way too hot, had too much foam, and was a bit watery. Overall, it was comparable to what an automatic machine would make. Pastry was mediocre. Seating area was somewhat untidy but comfortable.

This place is just okay - super packed and all the seating area seemed dirty. I ordered a caramel latte that wasn’t as sweet as I would have liked but it was okay. I also had a vegetarian wrap. It was nice to sit somewhere while waiting for my gate to be announced.

I wish I’ve gone to google reviews before I bought anything here. Absolutely disgusting the avocado sunbun vegan wrap and it cost 6.90€!!! For the lavash, some carrots, cabbage and avocado. This is ridiculous. They made cappuccino instead of latter and it’s so overpriced. The woman at cashier was not paying attention and almost started screaming that I didn’t gave her enough money. Recommend choosing McDonalds instead as there’s not many options((( very disappointing experience especially when you start your day at 6am.

After a disappointing meal outside in the departures hall, we came to Soho looking for better food options. The food was nice, the coffee was good but of course you pay the price for it. Also, the tables were unattended and it’s like a jungle.. people fighting over spots and seats. I literally grabbers the cleaning spray and a rag, and cleaned a whole table myself.

Airport prices with limited selection, but their staff were pleasant. I would suggest to bring an empty bottle and have it filled once you have passed security. Sadly I couldn't find a fountain, but if you decide to dine at one of the limited eateries you could ask them to fill it.

I don’t understand these bad reviews. I am a fusspot and have only ever had delicious quality food from Soho and the staff have always been sweet and polite. Last visit was 30/8/22 and we purchased: iced oat latte, big fresh fruit salad, Tyrell’s crisps, katsu cauliflower wrap and kombucha. The bill came to 23€ which is a lot, but airports have always overcharged. At least they have a good selection of vegan food which was non existent in terminal 2 before this cafe. When your lunch probably costs more than your flight then it will sting a bit but it’s all about convenience and availability and keeping businesses going.

Absolutely disgusting and overpriced sandwich. I am not keen on fast food but the McDonald’s would be a better option. We have bought 2 egg mayo sandwiches and bottle of water and paid nearly 17€. The sandwiches had a blob of eggs and mustard in the middle and the rest of the sandwich was dry. I have to highlight the mustard in this mixture as that was the only thing I could taste.

Tuesday Feb 15th 05h40 ! This woman should change of work ! She has been as rude as I’ve never seen to me ! I was expecting at the cashpoint and she let me wait for 5min for finally not let me pay as she was organizing her fridge ! nobody was here ! I have been waiting for 5min and try to question her she was not answering and finally responded to say cashpoint is close ! No hello no sorry ! She has been rude and disrespectful ! She could have told me before letting me wait for 5min she have seen me all that time ! If I was her boss I would definitely not let be working in my coffee shop !

Packed with people, had to wait quite a bit to have half a table and a bit more to actually be more free. Nothing special but at least a place to sit for a coffee in the airport.

Verdammt guter Café, ein grosser Latte um 4 ,-. Bedienung sehr freundlich und bemüht. Keine Ahnung wie viele Sorten Milch sie haben, ich bin mit normaler Kuhmilch sehr aufgefallen, die Packung musste erst geöffnet werden

Airport prices but not overboard (actually might even be cheaper than your typical Starbucks). Not sure what the fuss is. Service was brisk if a little cold. No complaints from me whatsoever. Would gladly come here again if I had to wait for a flight in the future.

The place is always crowded, food is tasteless and pricey. The coffee is ok.

Bestes Flughafen Café aller Zeiten ! Der Verkäufer war super freundlich und hat sogar angeboten die Wasserflasche aufzufüllen. Außerdem hatten wir einen sehr leckeren Smoothie und einen Eiskaffee für 4.50 jeweils, die groß und lecker waren.

What a nice surprise to find this coffeeshop with a lot of choices to eat and to drink for vegans. As well a wide selection of gluten-free cakes and snacks. The installation is clean and cozy. The employees friendly and smiley. If I may just add a little suggestion: for people who are going to take a seat in the coffeeshop they should get their hot drink served in a china and not in a to-go cup. We have to protect the environment. But all in all, a very nice surprise.

We sat on the bar stools. Our 3 yr old dropped a piece of pasta which was immediately attacked by a family of cockroaches. Spoilt the meal a bit. We left with a screaming 3 year old. We paid about 40 Euro for 3 small meals and one drink. Avoid.

this place has many healthier options and interesting grab and go options, e.g. vegan cauliflower wraps, youghurts, bircher muesli, overnight oats. With not many options in this terminal this comes very handy

Terrible coffee!!! Terrible service, awful tasting, assaulting to your taste buds cup of brown liquid with disgusting smell. Next time I wouldn't waste time and money. Oh, there will be NO Next time. The cup says "triple - certified coffee"! " Certified" by WHO?

Expected more for 4,50e from an iced latte which turned out to be a cold foam froth with no ice and little if any actual beverage. I would have expected the beverage I was served to be called a frappe or some other sort of blended name. An iced latte should be just like a normal latte only poured over ice. I chucked it as it was nowhere near drinkable. Sorry soho.

Slimy acidic yoghurt that tastes more like plastic and totally devoid of probiotics. Fruit pot not much better, fizzy, fermented fruit. Nothing fresh. Wish I had looked it up before I went.

I don't know what is going on with this place. Absolutely the worst coffee I ever had. Missed the reviews before ordering. McDonald's or Nespresso near them is a much better choice for coffee.

Overcharging 60 cents for plant-based milk is absolute fraud. Soya milk at the supermarket costs like dairy milk!

To my surprise, they had a vegan cake on their menu! Of course it's a bit pricier, as you would expect at any airport.

Ordered a Caffè latte and got a flat Coffee with Milk. No steamed Milk or foam. When I complained I got a very arrogant attitude and was told that Caffè latte simply IS coffe with Milk. The Guy told me he had worked there for 2 years, so he KNOWS his Coffee. Well, obviously he didn't leqrn How to use the Milk streamer during those 2 years. So 3,50 euroa for a flat Coffee and a Terrible attitude. Will never go here again!

Do not go there (soho coffee co. In the Lisbon airport). Extremely expensive and when you try to cancel your order (like a bottle of coke or can of redbull) they say is not possible.

Probably the most overpriced cold breakfast i had in my life. They add apple juice to a very berry smoothie, since when was apple a berry. The vegan sandwich was very disappointing. It costs 11.80 in total. They clearly know how to rip you off. Luckily there was McDs on the opposite side just ordered an egg muffin made fresh.

Coffee was good. Americano with cold milk. Sandwich was appalling. Egg Mayo. 7€, bread was dry, filling didn't reach the crusts and egg was 'tangy'. Probably worst sandwich I've ever had. If you are going to charge 7€ for something so simple please make it good.
