All cash was missing and cards were reorganized. The place was closed so nobody other than the staff wasn't there - so the staff have spent the 20 minutes going through my wallet while I was waiting outside. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAM PLACE!

Wann darf ein Türsteher Gäste ins Gesicht schlagen? Nach einem wirklich schönen Abend in der Rua da Atalaia, Bairro Alto (eigentlich mein Favorit Place seit vielen Jahren), mussten wir leider ansehen, wie ein Mann (Mitte 20, zierlich) ohne sich zu wehren von den Türstehern dermaßen zusammen geschlagen wurde, dass er seinen Zahn verlor. Natürlich wissen wir nicht, was in der Bar passiert ist - der Mann wurde aus der Bar geworfen und die Security aus allen umliegenden Bars wurden sofort auf Portugiesisch zusammengerufen, woraufhin sie ihn an die Wand drückten und mindestens zu viert auf ihn eingeschlagen haben - die Schläge gingen direkt in sein Gesicht, währenddessen er mit erhobenen Händen an die Wand gedrückt wurde und sich wirklich in keinster Weise gewehrt hat. Auch nachdem bereits sein ganzes Gesicht voller Blut war und er offensichtlich seinen Schneidezahn verloren hatte, wurde immer weiter auf ihn eingeschlagen.
