A great bar in Cais Sodre in Lisbon. They have a good selection of beers and spirits. When there is sports they have 4 tvs for you to view the games on. The bar is small but had a great atmosphere.

At night 25.05, we were sitting with my friends for drinks and food. Around 4:00 when the bar began to close, one waiter came to us and very rudely said : GO! NOW! We didn’t expect such rudeness and were concerned why other guys at the last table could finish their meal but we are not. But then she said: I CALL THE POLICE! We were so curious how she would explain to the police that other visitors can sit after closing and finish their meal but we must get out immediately in that second and where is the reason for these actions. To avoid the conflict we left the bar together with the guys from another table and together with them was waiting for police outside of the bar. That funny fact, when police came and that girl showed to police “THEY'RE HERE!!!” Police looked at us and just left not saying anything. Do not recommend this bar to anybody.

Just the worst place. It's super expensive and the service is awful, the waiters serve their friends before anyone else and you will probably have to go to the counter to be seen and order your drink (after one hour of arriving to the bar and politely asking the waiter 3 times to order). We were treated like trash and really overpaid for it. You have better beers for a third the price in Lisbon, and you don't have to go far for it.

Is not a "British Bar"... is a normal bar with this name! Some bears but 50% of bears is missing. Good space... Nice environment but in the middle of Lisbon, is empty!

Sabrina and Chris were so nice, I’ve had such a good experience here with them. Such a quality place with good selection of beers and ciders.

Beer was cold, staff were friendly and it was good to sit outside and watch the world go by, but not sure what makes it British.

TOURIST TRAP. A bit pricey for what’s there. No real Brit beers. A domestic and a Belgian beer totaled 12.50 E. About double what the bars around charge. Should have guesseD when the others were packed and this was EMPTY.

Staff was quite awkward and disoriented. We couldn’t enjoy our drinks because we were being watched the whole time. Was also a bit expensive for what we got

The Mancs invaded for the Champions League game. And these poor souls working here had to deal with them. They were hustling and bustling nonstop.... probably should have left a few more bins out, and maybe hired another staff person just for wiping down tables and clearing rubbish, but otherwise drinks were cold and flowing.

I'm not one to go into a'British Bar' while away on holiday in another country. Stopped off here though because it was extremely hot and we had been walking around a lot, so needed a rest! Fairly quiet while we were here. Tried the Super Bock stout and the 1927 IPA, both very nice. Managed to connect to the free WiFi from the bakery down the road as well!

We sat outside and sipped some nice beer. Friendly staff and great location. More sunshine here compared to the Irish Pub a few meters away.

Great service. Stopped here for a quick bite and a soccer game. They only had Super bock on tap as it was late. No carlsberg the day we went. Still 5/5

I thoroughly enjoyed the space despite the service being slow to serve. I admit that at first it was understandable as it was full, however at the end of the night there were very few patrons at the bar but the service didn't get speedier at all. Love the atmosphere despite how small it is, but the prices and service should be improved.

Was here for the RWC 2023 Ireland South Africa game. Food was limited to cheese and ham toasties and portions of chips. I don't know if that's always all they have but what was served was fine. Friendly bar staff and a good atmosphere. Super Bock was €5 for half a liter.

Went there with a friend for a drink at the end of the day and we had a lovely time! Each of us had a cider (strawberry and peach flavoured, 5€ each) and sat outside. The weather was great so the outdoor seats were the best! The staff wasn’t overly friendly but the service was fast and efficient. Might return for another drink on a hot summer night!

Just visited this bar and what a rip off. Ordered 1 alcoholic free beer and what was supposed to be a large leffe beer got charged 10 euros. The large leffe was 33cl the same size as a can of coke. Tourists avoid this bar otherwise you will get ripped off, there are a lot nicer bars and a lot cheaper 😉

Amazing place! I spent my birthday there with friends and we had a blast! They had Karaoke that night too, the service and atmosphere is lovely, only good vibes and the staff is the nicest and coolest! They accommodated us all in the best way. Definitely recommend 🤗❤️

An OK, so-called British bar, but ridiculously expensive at €5 for a pint of lager. You can get cheaper in much better establishments. For what it is, I think €3.5 per pint would be more appropriate .

I did not eat here so cannot speak to food, but the service was good and the atmosphere was dark as you would expect a British Bar to be.

We are watching Man united vs brighton games there.. then they change channel to other saying other costumer want other games.. they donot have respect for all costumer. Better not got there if you are football fan even your are British. They litterly don’t know about the emotion about games. This is not even British.. they should put something portuguese padaria And don’t advertise the game that you donot allow to watch. We left in middle of game. Worst communication

Fairly standard pub, nothing really to get excited about. Decent range of drinks, not outrageously priced, but not in cheap territory. They do not seem to accept card payments despite having Visa signs in the window, which is a bit of a pain and should be pointed out when ordering.

Great atmosphere for sure . Probably great beers . I am a cocktail lover. Ordered white lady and pina colada . I am bartender myself. In pina colada we felt only coconut milk and was not well balanced. And not properly garnished. In the white lady more than egg white was added which made the cocktail to taste wired. Best luck guys , Time to improve

I came to this place with 3 friends . And all was fine , its small but the music was really nice. I gone out to thus place thanks to a colleague who advised me this place and I don’t regret it !

This is an interesting estblishment cateringo to the Brit expat community. Plenty of brews from the UK, Belgium, etc. Try their famous ginger beer. Quite refreshing.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stop or even come back to after a long walk about town. Stumbled into this place for a bite and a refreshment. Spent several following visits not quite stumbling but close when leaving. Food was great with a short menu and the staff were very accommodating. Ask for Tony, he's your guy.l

Very near by Cais do sodre train station. Multiple transportation available in this place and Very popular for tourist. I visited this Bar to meet friends. Staffs are very friendly.

⁉️ in general ⭐⭐⭐ a little pricey (at least 4€ for half a pint of beer), discreet choice of beers. 🥪 beers ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ok the number of choice, but little pricey. 📍 Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐ a few meters away from pink street and Cais do Sodré. ❗ attention to the drug dealers a few meters away too. 🛋️ Atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐ few tables inside and some outside, typical furniture for so but nothing impressive so in the average. 👥 Staff ⭐⭐⭐ meh ok, they are serving but that's it so once again plain average.

While everyone rushed to a cold pink street, this was the perfect warm, calm, and welcoming end to our evening out! Great beers, hilarious conversation with the staff and other patrons, and the best rock music playing the whole time.

Everything is really expensive but not any better. In terms of quality than in any other place around, so I dont really recommend it, it makes no sense to pay 6e for a beer when you can literally get the same thing in the bars next door for over half of that price.

Not much space but they do a lovely Somersby cider.

Traditional British Pub experience, the staff were friendly and accommodating the 4 Cheese Pizza was fantastic and the Chicken & Beef Croquettes were light and delicious.

Good music. Good beer. But the food is "cheap pizza"..Good place to enjoy beer and music but better go to other places to eat.

We asked then to Switch to a Football Game if we sag down to Drink and 5 Minuten After we Saft down with pur Dirndl they changed it to another Match although they promised us to leave it. When we asked to change it back, they pretended to not know about it.

Overpriced and they serve a pint in a .4l glass for 6 euros. We were able to watch the football however!

What a trip this place. The place is really cool. They have pool tables in the back. The bar tender can make you absolutely anything you ask for.

It has nothing to do with British bars. Whisky and other drinks only in plastic cups, the staff doesn't speak English at all + the prices are off the roof. Only good thing was that they transmit the football matches like million other places in lisbon. Not recommend

Empty pub compared to the others in the area, better atmosphere in the Irish pubs less than 50 meters away if that's what you look for. Half of the beers on tap were out of stock and the bar staff mixed my beer with Carlsberg due to the other being low on volume, without giving me the option, and only asked if it was okay after he'd done it. Also the only bar around that tried to force a tip onto me. Could be a great bar with the location, but needs a lot of improvement at the moment. The price is also pretty heavy compared to others. On the bright side, the music playlist is good!
